This coin seems so promising, so many people projecting a multi million dollar marketcap. And then you have two random asshole saying that it smells like shit, casually, out of the blue.

It appears that you do need to create a new account on Decent GO. I say this because they specifically use the word create directed towards the DECENT GO website twice in the first step.The confusion then comes in step 2 they have already told us we need to create a DECENT GO account as an ICO participant highlighted in red above. They used the wrong verbage to communicate the correct process to gain access. I believe in step 2 they need to replace "login" with create an account. Either way I will be waiting for confirmation from the team to avoid headaches.

See someone else who understands this like me, people are just fucking brainless robots that can't put 1+1 together, it's a simple typo that is obvious... and the balance is 0 because they're verifying it for your security. Quit calling it shit and just wait... like ffs you kids

That's my understanding also, and why I created a new account on decentgo.com. However the recovery phrase in the new account is not the same as the recovery phrase in the ICO account. Why? If they are just going to manually transfer the coins to the new account why the need for the recovery phrase in the ICO account?

I will recap what is happening now.

1. Decent tells users by email that they can now login to DecentGo with the credentials created during reclaim process

2. People try to do it, but the accounts created during reclaim process do not exist on DecentGo, so they get user not found errors

3. No problem, since they have received a recovery phraze during ICO reclaim. So people try to recover the account, but get the error that the phraze is wrong.

4. Someone came up with the idea that you have to create a new account with the same credentials as before.

5. People create new account and even if using the same email/pwd combination get a completely new recovery phraze

6. Besides the recovery phraze a private key is displayed in small letters, which needs to be saved, but many people overlook it, and save only recovery phraze. To get the private key again, they will have later to generate the recovery phraze again.

7. After logging in they see their account has 0 balance and now wait up to 7 days in the hope coins will show up, as apparently the sending process will be done manually by comparing the email addresses of ICO reclaim with the email addresses of the newly created accounts.

8. Maximum confusion with no word from devs. I think it's the most confusing launch in crypto history.

I have also created the account with the same credentials as during reclaim. Decent amount still at 0. I hope for the best.

Its possible to get a wallet address on bittrex that means Decent code is well implemented on Bittrex.
When trade will start - so many ass-firing of not-received funds users will begin. I am among of them.
I can't understand what the problem with such a great funding and so many time to make a well working portals that will help users transfer balances to wallet without any problem.

Thats only the reclaim portal after that you still need to go to the decent go to open a wallet there and get your balance there before you can send it.
