I feel like we should have to enter the recovery phrase from the ICO reclaim to safely create a new account and recieve the tokens.

I cannot login to GO using my ICO reclaim credentials, so I am forced to create a new account with my email address.

 Am I correct to assume this is the right thing to do?

Am I forced to obsessively reload my GO wallet in hopes that a balance will suddenly pop up? For up to 7 days?

Will you, in that case, share some of that ICO cocaine?

Can we see our place in line to receive the manual deposits?

the fact we all already read the RED note above  does not clarified all the process , I have no problem to wait till the transfer MANUALLY my balance to my new account , but I agree this kind of information should come from DECENT Team  and be posted in here.

They should tell the all transfer process is done manually  and I guess we should use the same email , because is none semi-automatic !!!  If I am  wrong something is missing because  , like many others ,  I had to register  a new account on www.decentgo.com as the one on the ico was not recognize on the new one .

All said above  I still have to say thank you to the Team which bring to live this great project  and in the end will make us all (investor and Dev team) bit more rich ,  I am confident they will clarified this matter as soon as they can

Yes completely agree , such easy process ...I don't understand why all this trouble .They can still do it on the www.decentgo.com and would solve so many complain and trouble, so everyone will be a must to completed the reclaim in order to have the coin

If that's the case, go to their slack. I've spent my free time to gather and share sourced information, no need to be rude. whole my life passed supporting other users.

But at Decent point, I'm at the user site, struggling with probems.

tried to login to Decent Go with my reclaim credentials after the launch and I got the same "user not found" error as most of you guys

the wording was really unclear in the decriptions/guides

Please go to https://icoreclaim.decentgo.com/ and complete the ICO Reclaim BEFORE creating an account in DECENT GO. If you skip this step, you won’t be allowed to create the account. Once the reclaim process is complete (ie. you have a Recovery Phrase), follow the instructions below.
