Well, best strategy I've seen so far is:
1) decide how much you're going to invest in project
2) invest 1/3 in ICO
3) invest second 1/3 two-three days after exchange listing when dumpers get out
4) set low buy orders with third 1/3 in case of sudden drop
5) just wait - waiting for 5-6 months is usually very rewarding in case of good projects with decent ICOs.

The token was distributed in waves yesterday. I do not believe these were dumped by the team. I'm not sure what their determination was for the distribution queue, but during the first moments of trading on bittrex there were people in the slack claiming to have received their ICO funds. I got mine very early as well.

Looks like some people received very early but as yesterday night some people still didn't receive their coins yet. I don't know are they received or not. But anyway its not fair. Should 100% receive their coins than it should be on market.

This is a pretty great strategy but now a days trend is different, for example see BAT, it started trading above 5x of ICO price, so what would do in that case?
This strategy was good in those old days of waves launch which was below ICO price for a few months and now it have reached more than 4x of ICO price and still showing upward trend.

I could have chosen to put 2 more BTC into Elastic but I picked Decent and now I can't even trade it or log into DecentGO, bummer.

I think that problem with account balance is still unresolved but someone received their coin already. Is the team processing the claim requests manually or into batches?

If you're trying to send the total amount of DCT in your wallet, it can't send because it requires to take fees. Also, it rounds the number for the 5th digit after the point.

Why are you so sure? Take a look on coinmarketcap and try to pick 3 good coins with supply under 100M, great potential and priced under 1$. Not quite possible?

I'd say it's quite risky to sell at this point. Also, I don't see why anyone would dump their bounties (free coins) this low. Anyone mature enough would just put them aside and let their value grow. Imagine all those who put their (free) ETC aside after ETH forked last summer. But, let amateurs be amateurs, this is zero-sum game in the end.
