They didn't start the process even now after 10 days how will they be able to complete all the bounties to distribute within 3 months time. I don't think it will be completed in time. Yes it seems decent get a less appropriate time when distribution as the market was in a downward trend. We are still waiting for the results of the hardfork bitcoin. But if the price of the bitcoin down may altcoin will be in a rising trend or vice versa. but I expect bitcoin price to rise and altcoin also increased.

Can`t start from CLI (because of "Can't parse a number with two decimal places" error) so added in config like described https://wiki.decent.ch/doku.php?id=decent:howto#start_mining_validating
But, my miner is not on "active miners" list and zero blocks found.

One simple solution that may apply to you.
Add your keys to config.ini, scroll down and find the line with miner_id.
Input your miner id = 1.4.xxx and delete the pound sign # at the beginning of the line. Save the file.

Finally, clean your blockchain folder and start your node by typing in decentd without any suffix.

It also confused me for a little while, and I hope it works on you.

In that case, you are going to use your user key for signing key as well. For increased security you could instead change your miner signing key to a new randomly generated key (suggest_brain_key) and apply this change at config.ini file.
