Gambling. Is It Wrong?

it was just shared on the other thread. and yah, he is really betting on the last few chances n u already have almost gave it up after playing so many times and yet still cant win, and suddenly such a huge winning appear. really will be very excited.

but that is like once in a blue moon, tons of people will suffered losses after that before the next big win.

why it should be wrong? why would anyone care about how someone spends their money? i think it is an ok thing to do and everyone is allowed to gamble their money if they want

gambling is not wrong and i dont think that anyone can ban people from gambling their money if they earn those money by themselves, they can do anything they want with them

Never wrong. I think, the problem of people in gambling is cant control it and gambling is not wrong if you are just playing for fun and most know when to stop.

but that is like once in a blue moon, tons of people will suffered losses after that before the next big win.

And because of the big win, don't think that person will stop from doing gambling because 100% he wants to experienced again the feeling of being a big bucks winner then eventually the rest is history.

Then you ended up high smoking and gambling at the same time. Now if you really want adrenaline rushes you could be doing many other things that can give you bigger adrenaline rushes, of course they could be dangerous but the adrenaline rush is higher.

Gambling is just a game I think the one think is if you play it for real money or not.
Is not wrong when you are doing for entertainment is just bad with you can't control yourself.

it is not wrong in any ways, it gives people a lot of entertainment so its fine to play it if you like it and dont waste too much money that you need for a living, thats just my opinion

Yes for entertainment I think nothing is better than poker or who dont love poker, then dice rolls. It gives you some comfort and relax. But the problem is after winning you get too optimistic

Gambling is wrong I think when you are addicted and betting the saving for the family or loan money that you can't pay it back. After all gambling is not wrong is the person that plays it and hpw greedy you can be with it.

yah both have the same high adrenaline but they actually belong to different group of people. those firends i have that always like to go gambling aint really active so asking them to do extreme sport is impossible, so maybe gamble is the only habits that can provide them adrenaline without any movement needed.

Not everyone gambling is entertainment. You can get a lot of money from gambling and you can lose a lot too. Gambling is risky and if you want to serious in gambling dont try to play for entertainment
You must have a strategy to play it.

there is no strategy in gambling except in games where you can attain an advantage, such as poker or blackjack. and in the case of poker, you are correct, gambling is not at all entertaining for professional poker players, for them, playing is work so they can earn a living, nothing more. there is little fun in knowing that your livlihood is at stake if a bad hand is dealt or you make a single wrong call.

Agreed with you, its should be for fun, enjoyment and entertainment. if people can afford to loose some money and if it doesnt affect their financial or personal life then its absolutely fine. But if people are addicted toards gambling and loosing the money which they can not afford then its a big problem, they should stay away from gambling.
