It's just that you loose money when you gamble, so its not good for you in the long run.

You say anybody, I do not think so. Gambling for  living is only suitable for very professional gamblers. For most people, if they are lucky, they can win some time, but lose in most times. This is in the design of each games. The house has an edge. If there is no hose edge, there will be no casinos.

I have to say that there is nothing wrong with gambling.  People all of the world gamble every day in one way or another.  When you are driving and you are about to get a red light and you speed up to miss it and run the yellow light, you are gambling with your life.  There is certain food you can eat that would be considered gambling with your health.  Just because you are not using a form of currency, does not mean that you are not gambling.

its not a matter of knowing when to stop, i would bet 90% of gamblers know to quit when theyre ahead. its just that most people value the possibility of winning more and chasing potential profits more than taking what theyve already won for themselves. that, or theyre really addicted to gambling and only seek the thrill of gambling rather than the money.

i already done that before but i always failed to reach that goal. i  think that won't help either or maybe its just for me, and it will work on others, in the end , its still based on our luck.

Who will tell what is good and what is wrong? Eveyone got a right to decide their own destiny, I`m for freedom in every meaning of that word. So gambling isnt wrong simple as that. But like food if u eat to much you will feel pain, so dont gamble to much u will have some kind of pain also.

Gambling is like many other methods to get fun and pass time. People spend time and money to watch film, go to theatre, travel around the world and many other activities. Gambling is to spend and money, wit very little chance of getting the money back. But in the gambling process, there is some fun.

Interesting comparison. People spend money for tickets to cinema, museum or theater, because they like watch movies, spectacles or art. Other people dont like that and the spend money to pass time with gambling.

if you double, then save 3/4 of what you have and keep playing with the other 1/4, so you will have profit even if you lose everything and still can earn more

Gambling is fine, although I had to accept that I had to really do it less because I'd be too tempted to continue betting. Originally i was fine betting with small amounts like 0.01BTC at a time (at the time this was not that much) , and then if I'd win I'd store some away, gamble with what's left. But I'd just if I did lose end up also using the money I stored away to gamble and try to win it back. And I kept having to win/lose higher amounts to get the same amount of joy , and at one point in 2014 I bet 2,000$ worth of BTC in two bets with 10% odds. Since then I don't really use BTC for gambling anymore.

Gambling is only wrong when other people have to pay for your loses. What I have found in life is that people who are supporting you financially now will stop when they find out your losing your money at the casino. People who argue that they can make money actually seldom make money and only remember the times they win and think that those wins cover the losses. These gamblers never keep track of how much they spend at the casino and they end up either borrowing money and never paying it back or outright stealing money thinking they can replace it since they're sure they'll win. For some people, yes gambling is a very bad idea.

It highly depends on how you work your way in gambling, and that's true. If you're an addicted gambler and gamble for the sake and hope of doubling your money or getting high returns from it, then you're doing it wrong. But if you just gamble just to kill time, then you're doing it for recreation and for fun.
