I don't think that gambling is wrong if you are gambling with a small amount that you can afford to loose but its really wrong if you are addicted to it and if depending only on it for living and if that is the case then you are putting your life at very big risk.
That is true but with some people there is another problem and that is they when start gambling with smaller amount then they start to love gambling and in that they spend the whole day and in that timing they spend all of their money and they do not leave any thing for their family and lose everything so in this way it is not good. That is really the worse thing that could happen to a person who is getting hooked on gambling. It's not wise to gamble one's family money because it will most likely you will lose that money than winning. And if you are using that money in gambling then you are putting your family's life at huge risk as its likely that you will loose all your money in gambling and your family will have to face the consequences of it which is the worst thing to do. That's being irresponsible, you won't be able to win with so much pressure on your hand, gambling is a game of chance and you might also lose despite the fact that gamblers are so optimistic to win, our emotion will not help us to win, it is the method that we use and how we were able to effectively apply it. Yes we cannot afford to take that high risk of investing all money in gambling as if we loose then we will be begging on the streets for food and apart from that it will become impossible for you to take care of your family and I have seen many people who have committed suicide for the same reason. The addicted gamblers will lend money from their friends or relatives to play gambling. And they will lose that money. When there friends and relatives start to ask money back few times they will escape telling any lies. But one day they will be caught in that time some people take this type of wrong decision. It is common for addicted gamblers. Agreed. Addicted gamblers can tear their lives apart and worse than that they can destroy the lives of the ones they love the most. If you play everyday and if you think of gambling as a salvation from your daily routine problems of your life chances are you will become an addicted gambler and will stop thinking clearly. In this situation gambling is wrong. If you see gambling as a fun activity with little amounts played or you invest the most of your stash in bitcoin casinos this maybe or maybe not wrong. |

Agree. I don't even think these people don't know these fuckin simple reasons. Or they're just trying to remain blind and deaf. They should just bet all they have once so if lost then it will be a big lesson in their lives. They are surely blind and deaf when it comes to their addiction. They are not going to listen that they are doing a wrong thing with gambling. And whether you are going to teach them lesson about gambling they are going to keep on doing it. They can't accept the fact that they are doing it wrong because of gambling. |

There is nothing wrong with gambling itself, I always have fun gambling but I know how to moderate myself but that was a lesson learned after losing an amount that was more than I ever wished to lose. I think the problem is most people don't have that self control or they just keep trying and trying despite their losses that is when it becomes a bad thing.
For 99% of us its fine we have good days and bad days but most importantly we have fun.

But we are not really free, there are still some restrictions that keep us from doing what we want and love. In this world, we are restricted by many things, family, even our culture and religion, and we will do things to make it happen, to do what we want, even if we need to hurt or harm others. But it differs on how we put an opinion to something, and how we treat them, so when you treat gambling as a mere entertainment, you are doing great. |

Gambling along with anything else is a person's choice, and should be able to decide what to do for themselves. With that said though, people who become addicted like with alcohol and drugs would need help.
It puts a blackmark on the industry when sob stories are heard about people losing everything. Well, it was their choice to spend more than just disposable income but now need help because of their inhibition, or lack thereof.
