Why are you so seriously underestimating the massive fortunes these guys made ?

You as much as anyone should be aware of how extensively easymined LTC was well into 2013. The profits made from day/insider trading it and dumping it at peak price, should account for several million. Now lets add the exchange's fees and the millions made from the PoS coins their servers generated.

I'm sure that the lion's share of their ill gotten profits are now distributed in accounts in almost every bank on every small island nation by now. Angry

6 Million read page 129..

Class Action? How/where/when? sign me up.

I don't know. As soon as the class action is successful, Cryptsy would just file bankruptcy, making the judgement uncollectible. I'd really like to see charges leveled instead, and have Big Vern and all his buddies facing time in the big house. Perhaps be fined all of their personal assets and have it be distributed to their victims. Of course, the whole debacle has only cost me about 200K sats, so maybe the bigger fish would not be satisfied with this outcome.

isn't florida one of those states where the primary residence is untouchable?

big vern has a $1mil house and there is probably zero other assets to be found

I bet the IRS can touch his house if he can't show where his money came from legitimately.

IRS can seize any asset sure. However, this would only happen if they determine he owes unpaid taxes and doesn't have some other way to pay. Those assets would then be sold and the money goes to the IRS. This wuld not be a favorable outcome for cryptsy creditors if he was to lose everything to the IRS, etc.

Give a cut to Cryptsy. Given Cryptsy's track record, I'm sure that is just the normal course of business for them.

I saw that someone was buying Craptsy funds @ 50%.

How do they cashout themselves?

That's me. I buy 50% worth of CSC and withdraw it. The rest I leave in Cryptsy to trade etc. It's a straight risk deferment strategy for me.

Example:

1. Unhappy customer has 1 BTC stuck in Cryptsy.
2. Unhappy customer contacts me via PM and send me 1BTC via tradekey
3. I confirm transaction and remit 0.5 BTC to unhappy customer
4. Unhappy customer becomes happy customer
5. I buy 0.5 BTC in CSC
6. I enter a withdrawal for said CSC
7. 4 minutes later CSC posts to my wallet

That's really all I'm doing and 2:1 seems to be an easy ratio for people to understand. The CSC is worth so much more than what i can buy it on cryptsy right no, so I'm happy to stockpile it.

Actually you were told to STFU about it and i suspect your using dummy accounts here to talk to yourself.
The kicker here is you have not said once you were paying 50 cents on the dollar.
I believe your last offer was 68%.

There is no way those new accounts just showed up here to ask about it like that.
How would they know you offered if they didn't read the offer ?
I'd say you are busted GoldSeal..
You or a friend is playing along so you can advertise your scammy shenanigans.

I warned you if you keep it up i will request the community come down on you.
I know they will agree with me.

You are free to start your own scammy topic buddy..
No reason you have to loiter around here preying on people for a profit.
I am leaving you a negative rating right now and if i see another post of you doing that here again
i will start running around trying to get the whole forum to neg your ass too !

The other night i did some digging on your ass and i KNOW you know better.
You have strutted around playing Mr. Morality and now acting like a sleazy cunt.

I will remind people here..
This guy way back 100 pages ago started spamming this topic hard.. everyone else but me got pissed off at him.

Another 50 pages go by and he started doing it again and i warned him.

Don't give GoldSeal your Bitcoin guys.. especially not for a 50% loss.

Actually you pissed everyone else off way before me Wink
Want me to go back a 100 pages and remind you ?

You have now blatantly used dummy accounts to ask yourself questions about your scammy deal.
Those noob accounts would not have known you even offered..
And you seem to have changed the amount on the fly from 50% from 68% implying that is what you had offered before.

Act like a smart ass all you want but you just ruined your account and reputation.

I can safely say the community will think what your doing is sleazy
and now you added deceitful tactics into the mix as well.

Go be a vulture somewhere else.
Right now i have more respect for Cryptsy than i do YOU !

EDIT:
I think people are REALLY starting to get sick of sleazy deceitful greedy bullshit these days.

Enjoy your negative asshole.

Not playing games with you.

I encourage others to give this guy negative ratings for this crap.

He is now lying.
There is no way a couple noob accounts popped up with the very next comment after his last one
asking about some offer for him to buy peoples Bitcoin 50 pages back.
almost no one is reading every comment posted here and guys late to this topic
are not reading 50 pages back.
And if they did like that noob was asking about
he would have known it was not 50% as the scammer now claimed. (implying it was always that way)

Your full of shit and caught red handed and digging deeper.. like a fucking Fodor or Marshall ROFL
Brilliant.. pull a sleazy scammy stunt then compound it with more and more lies.
Hell i wouldn't be surprised if you were Fodor or Terrik hahahah

You can keep laughing it up but your being a greedy deceitful vulture.
i don't find any of that to be funny at all.
Every single time you brought this up you have been laughing and making fun of it all..
As you prey on the desperate and scared.

You should be ashamed.

Keep spinning those wheels and busting your ass for nothing, Spoetnik. At least Gleb adds some value to this place. You've become nothing more than a joke since your days promoting jackpotcoin. Lol. Jackpotcoin...

That's what I was alluding to. Inside trading is not earning moneys legitimately. Fees, yes, but there's not enough fee revenue to sustain Cryptsy's overhead and afford Paul Vernon a digs upgrade, ergo his finances WILL be looked into by the three-letter boys. Make that ARE being looked into.
