That's true SGA master that style, initiating contacts and if the defender scared to play tough defense he can easily make a easy basket, that's the pressure that both Curry and SGA got since they are both elite scorers and they are both deadly when giving enough space, surely they can easily make a good basket and will be a big threat with their offensive attacks if the defense will not adjust to prevent that easy shots.
He’s basically the new James Harden. Back in Harden’s prime, before the rules were adjusted, it was very easy for him to fish for fouls. At one point, he was even leading the league in free throws for a season. But once the rules changed, that style stopped working as well, and he couldn’t rely on it the same way anymore. Because of that, I think the league is already starting to notice the same pattern now.
If adjustments come again, we should expect that SGA won’t thrive as much with that foul-fishing style.
It worked for a while, but history already showed how that usually ends.
