There was a very great and competitive game between really close teams last night: Los Angeles Clippers v Denver Nuggets. And the final score also showed this to us as Nuggets won by 103-100 away. I admired especially the third quarter performance of Clippers. They scored nearly double the points Nuggets scored. And I think that the player of the game was definitely Jokic. He got 26 points, 22 rebounds, 8 assists. What a performance! Clippers really felt the absence of Paul George.

That's just it the Clippers without pg will struggle.  I wasn't a huge pg fan but the guy is the core of that team.  Jokic is the player of the game in usually every game.  Dude is silky smooth for a big man, definately a tough matchup for any opposing big man.  His court vision is insane, love the guys game.

Clippers have been struggling already without Leonard, now, it's Paul George who is out due to a serious injury. As per the report, it's unsure if he will return or when he will return, which means I doubt if the Clippers will stay in good standing.

3-4 weeks is just for evaluation, another more weeks to treatment, and another more weeks for rehabilitation and recovery. Plus after he will be cleared to play, other weeks again for training. To sum it up, more likely at the end of the season.

Los Angeles Clippers fans should conclude already that Paul George might be out for the remainder of the season. He is one of the best players in the league that is injury-prone in the league.

About Paul George, he is expecting to come back in "mid-January" but given the usual timeframe needed for a 100% full recovery from his injury, I doubt he will come back next month as we know he already missed games this month because of a different injury. They should not actually rush for getting him back. Clippers should just try to maintain their current standing between the 5th to 7th spot as much as possible.

With Clippers' both superstars out of the game, I'm expecting someone from the team will now have a chance to showcase a much-improved performance. For who is it, let's see after several games and I hope there is.

Agree and from now on, the Los Angeles Clippers have to do everything they got. Their main scorer, Kawhi Leonard, and Paul George are both out and possibly will take time before they can come back. The Clippers are also not that good even with PG on the floor.

I wonder what's next for them. Are they will be out of the Top 8 until their main star will come back? It's a tough road for them now to compete in a big Western Conference but who knows someone will pull a trigger.

That's what I'm expecting to happen.

They will face Nets twice and the Suns in their next ten games. I see them losing those while the rest are also tough but still winnable. We'll evaluate again after that since Paul George is expected to return after those games.

Will it be Terance Mann? There was a time he exploded with 30+ points in a game when his confidence was overflowing, shooting threes, attacking the paint, and like doing it all style but we have never seen it repeated. He should feel this is the time to shine once again. With little help from Kennard and Bledsoe, they might create a winning chance even against the Brooklyn Nets while they are KD-less.
Just try to win as much as they can while waiting for their teammates to come back. Batum is also out due to an ankle sprain.

Yeah, but we don't know what happened to him as it seems he has been in a slump after that huge performance in the playoffs. Reggie Jackson is reportedly to be out as well in their game against Nets.

But with Harden and Mills starting to be the big replacement for Kyrie so far, It's hard to bet on them to lose against the Clippers here.

Right, it will be a struggle for the Clippers to be just above the .500 market in the Western conference. So it will be very difficult to win against the Nets with Harden now playing very good plus the support players of Nets as well. Clippers losing four out of their last five, is a sign already that things might not end good for them at least before the all star break. So I'm going to be on the Nets side here.

These guys are finally back and they score big time vs Atlanta Hawks, they are winning some games again and building their new winning streaks. If they continue such games, they have a chance to regain back the top 1 in the eastern conference from the Nets again. It would be awesome to see them play against the Nets on January 13, I hope they won't postpone it.

Last night, there was a really nice game between LA Clippers and Brooklyn Nets. My favourite team to win this game were of course Brooklyn Nets. Maybe Kevin Durant was absent again but there is another big player there like James Harden. And he had a really great night and discharged the responsibility of carrying the team. Nets got a satisfying win like 124-108 in their away game. Harden was so close to making a triple-double as he got 39 pts, 8 reb and 15 ast. I'm really a big fan of his perfect play.

in last minute Suns took a lead with Booker three pointer 5 seconds before the final whistle (I just thought, finally), but Morant put layup with a whistle for a Grizzlies win, bad luck

That was a close game but the Grizzlies did surprise the Suns, they were the heavy favorites to win but the underdog led by Morant had succeeded this time. Suns and Grizz will likely gonna see each other in the playoffs and I'm sure even if the Grizz are the underdog, they would not easily give up especially if they are all healthy.

But those monster duo or we could add the other one that makes them a trio beast of the Chicago Bulls. Nikola Vucevic. 24 points 17 rebounds. 
Why do I feel like Vucevic found his home with the Bulls? He's enjoying the company of those two offensive players and his contribution went up compared to how he played with the Magic.

Kevin Durant was still unable to play against LA Clippers since he entered the league's health and safety protocol last December 18, he already missed 3 games since then but I've read an article that KD will be returning this week and play against the 76ers, says Steve Nash.
Despite KD's absence, James Harden took the responsibility and carried the team to secure their win and scored 39 points, which resulted a final score of 124-108 with a 16 points difference.

They have the best chemistry of the big 3 I witnessed watching the NBA. Look at the points, they are sharing it very well and as a result, the team is looking good. I always believe that they have a shot to win in the ECF and even the Finals, but I just don't want to expect a lot as it's their playoffs appearance after missing for many seasons.

That's what I think as well. If you see the Bulls record, you can literally tell they're actually playing very well this season.
The absolute team chemistry is the very reason for their performances. Not only these 3 players have contributed much to current Bulls roster, but basically each and every pieces they have on the roster.
However, I may not going to assume they'll dominate the Eastern conference in the Playoffs since the regular season and playoffs has a very different atmosphere and game intensity. The Bucks and the Nets are still the leading team to win the ECF.
