Definitely some trouble brewing in the Warriors training camp.  Draymond Green and Jordan Poole had a fight yesterday because Jordan Poole scored on Draymond in a scrimmage and then called him a "triple single."  Meaning he doesn't get double digits in any stats during a game.  An interview with Klay Thompson after winning a 3 point contest (against Steph and Poole) had him saying the best part of the win was to "humble Jordan Poole."  When Jordan Poole then interrupted the interview with his own microphone, Klay said that Poole was coming for the reporters' jobs too.  I think it's pretty clear the Warriors are getting frustrated with the young guys wanting a piece of the pie.  I wouldn't be surprised if the Warriors signed Poole to an extension just to make him a more valuable trading piece.

What's with Poole lately? I think he's becoming boastful just because he's been reliable on his career last season? I think he should not be full of himself, he's just been used after all when Klay was still on his rehabilitation mode and now that he's fine, that definitely make more sense if a trade is at hand.

Draymond Green is now facing disciplinary action and Joe Lacob is also considering a suspension to Green because of his unprofessionalism. This could be a problem to the team because they are showing some weakness and the other teams in the league will surely use that.

That would be a good move for the Warriors management after the incident. I mean the matter may have been contained for now but I doubt this would be forgotten. It may escalate at a later time so I don't think it's ideal to keep them together.

We're getting the sides of them, some of the news that I've read said that Poole has changed his attitude and that's why the incident happened.
But on the other side, it's said that Poole did nothing wrong and it's Draymond that's aggressive. I guess everyone will understand that Poole won't do anything bad because he's about to get a very profitable extension so, he's not in a position to compromise it.
Well, all of the news that is coming out are all speculations and we're all guessing what really happened because it's unclear. Although we've got some glimpse of it because there's the video but that's not enough to understand what's the actuality.

Currently, Kai Sotto's skills aren't enough to take him to the NBA and that may be the reason why he haven't got drafted recently. He got the height and advantage compared to the other players who are seeking NBA but he need to do more so that he will rise above others. Kai is now groomed up and his teammates even help him achieve his dreams. But Victor is different, teams in the league are already drooling to get him. Let's see who will be the lucky team soon.

Height is his asset but that won't be enough.

I've seen rookies that has got the height and not that much thick but performance wise, they can really make plays inside while him, he seems so lousy and needs more training.

IIRC, there were G League invitations for him but he has chosen other priorities than it. I guess if he went through g league, he's got more chance of being in.

Not enough to create big impact in the land of all talented basketball stars, and scout see that reason why he didn't make it in recent drafting.

But on the positive side, he showed a big improvement. Yes, currently not enough to create a big impact but if you guys just see how soft he is during his early days in the international league, you should notice the great changes by today. Even Jordan Clarkson got amazed at his skills before, he is not even athletic and can't score in the paint.

I admire the effort of the kid and he really take seriously his goal to enter the NBA even he received lots of criticisms while building up.

Yeah, and it really doesn't look good for Green, specially if he is really the aggressor and it seems he force the hands of some of his teammates and choose side. Do Green really think that he is Jordan and can do anything with everyone not name Curry? And this will definitely test the Warriors moving forward as well, again it reminds us of the Durant and Green incident.

The act of punching a teammate in the middle of a practice session, however, is simply unacceptable. Poole's jaw was literally flashed by the punch. It felt as if he was knocked out almost instantly after being hit. This kind of behavior really needs to be punished seriously in my opinion. People are always going to have differences. However, this does not mean you can punch someone in the face just because you want to.

That mock trade is just a meme. It's not even a rumor, to begin with.

But if let's say we take that thing seriously, I doubt Atlanta Hawks will give up Capela and Collins. They are a big piece for Atlanta Hawks and blend well with Trae Young and the others. That's an automatic disapprove by the Hawks.

Sorry to say that there's no other team that Draymond Green is fit but only to Warriors. That's the problem with him, he is just effective on the court when both Steph Curry and Klay Thompson are present too.

That was ouch. Draymond is clearly caught on cam, fair and square. No such statement from involved players is being released maybe they want to settle it privately and internally without disclosing some information to the public. It's really unacceptable but we need to know every side of the story.

As far as reports are concerned, Green already apologized to Poole and the latter did not suffer a major injury in that incident.

It's pretty insane that no disciplinary action has been taken. We don't know what Poole said to trigger Green, so if there was disciplinary action taken I think both should be punished, but with the aggressive action by Green he needs to have a more severe punishment.

The warriors team players have a little misunderstanding but all will be sorted out. Jordan Poole who thinks he's bigger than some players, no doubt he's good on the court but he needs to be mute interms of dealing with his teammates, not getting into argument with them will ease the smooth flow of the team and a good working communication. These young players wants to gain big position in the warriors team and targeting at their earnings to top up.

It's just a little misunderstanding but unfortunately, they didn't know that there was a rat inside their camp that is why a video has leaked. Now the franchise is pressured because they need to act accordingly because the world is watching especially Adam Silver

Jordan Poole shouldn't be so full of himself just because of what he did last season, he's not the only one who worked hard to win a championship. I believe his mouth was the problem that's why Green lost his temper towards Poole.

Apparently, Kai Sotto is not really rushing he said that he will pursue his dreams even more, and will not get carried away with an easy option of getting into the NBA, but for me apparently, his offense is NBA-ready in terms of his height and movability, but of his defense, I think he has lapses that need to be fixed, his height is one of the advantages that he has, but his defense is still lacking I think he is ready in terms of offense but there is a big no for his defense, it is just one of the lapses I have seen in Kai Sotto,

That was a hard-slamming punch I hope Jordan Poole is OK, but after that Green did not go to practice, with the team, and on Thursday he eventually say sorry to Poole, but it is hard to believe that Draymond Green will do such a thing, but I think this will surely come with a crack on their friendship but I really don't want the Warriors fighting like this, because this could lead in getting some negative vide inside the team,

Yeah I'm surprised there hasn't been any action taken either.  In the 80s/90s this happened all the time but in the world we live in where no one wants to be labeled an enabler I'm surprised.  With the video out now, I wouldn't be surprised if they both get something here shortly.

Draymond makes around $25,000,000 per year, and next year he'll be making $27 million (if he accepts his player option).  A $20 million dollar fine seems a bit much, but I could see suspending him for 2 weeks without pay or something along those lines, which would be about a million dollar loss for him.  Don't worry though, he'll definitely regret punching Poole come negotiation time.  He was supposed to be having a career season this year to go for a max extension, but now it looks more likely that he'll sign a lower paying deal to go to a team he wants to like the Lakers, or might even have to not accept his $27 million player option to sign with a team he wants to play for.  One thing I will say now, I don't believe that both Jordan Poole and Draymond Green will be on the Warriors next season.

Kai still needs just a little more improvements. Footwork, toughness and shooting percentage. Big men who does not have any guard skills today does not usually work in the NBA today. If you noticed how dominant Dwight Howard was in late 2000's, but now he's became irrelevant and he even considered retiring as no teams would allow him to play his usual minutes. It was reported that he does not want to play in a smaller position. And, not it's not like it is because of his injury too. He literally bounced back though it's not 100%.
Chet Holmgren and Victor Wembanyama is also one the main reasons why Kai did not make it in the recent draft. I'm confident he'll make it next year, I hope he's not gonna quit on his dreams.

I also believe he still needs to improve some of his attributes, but I also have no doubts that he could be in the NBA soon, he is tall, young and has a great future ahead of him!
Gaining more experience, improving his footwork, shooting and gaining muscle mass could make a difference if he participates in the draft again

By the way, the longest suspension (86 games) for a fight in NBA history was given to Ron Artest after that famous fight during the Detroit-Pacers game in 2004. It's clear that the conflict between Green and Poole is much simpler, so the Warriors management definitely won't suspend Green for the entire season because it would be too much of a punishment for his inappropriate action. Nevertheless, I think this conflict may affect the Warriors' decision on a future contract extension with Green.

That is just a mock trade, I think because it includes Wiseman. Wiseman is the future of GSW, why would they trade him?

If anything, I think Draymond wants to go to LA. He gave a hint of it when he was asking for a max earlier in the offseason. If he does not use his player option and decided to be a free agent, I think that is where he is going to go.

That is what every Filipino hopes for, Kai Sotto entering NBA. As long as he does not stop developing his game and developing his body to be better suited for NBA, I think he will be able to get into the league one day. He is still young and there is no telling what the limit is to this guy. Anyway, draft is not the only way to get into NBA. There are other great players who did not get drafted but were scouted by other teams and were offered a contract. There are plenty of chances where Kai can show his talents in the future. He should improve his minutes in his team in NBL and he can also showcase his talent come FIBA world in 2023.
