Too many bad things are happening to him and fans are protesting his support for the anti-Semitism remark. And his team even suspended him for 5 games without pay!

Kyrie is the kind of player where he is becoming very popular thru dramas.

His attitude when he was in the Celtics, saying he doesn't have a coach in the Nets, vaccination mandate, that anti-Semitism remark etc. I mean there hasn't any time where Kyrie doesn't involve in any drama. I don't know, but Nike made a good decision cancelling the deal with him. I mean it can also cause negative effects to the shoe brand knowing that Kyrie always involves himself in any drama possible, and he will create one if there isn't any like that remark that he said.

Change? I don't think so that he will change at any moment after this cancelled deal thing-y, but he will do what he is known for - to create dramas around him.

Too many issues that he's been with and that's going to drag his career down. If he just remains focused on his career and just play basketball and does his best then these won't happen but he likes to chase clouts and this deserves him.

Right, I don't think that any brand will support anyone for anti-Semitism remark. Specially in this era wherein we have what we call the "Cancel" society. So it's really a bad move for him and not sure how he can bounce back except maybe about his suspension, he will go on publicly to apologize and then make his team better.

However, I guess he is too late to make any apology and not sure even if he hire a PR company to make his image look good again.
His donations to anti-Semitism should be deny by the group for sure.

Those brands that have endorsers that have remarks for anti-semitism for sure will also break their relationship to it. They're a business and they need to get most of the customers sympathy and empathy and that's why they can't neglect the actions of the people that are attached to their brands and Nike just did the right thing, business wise.

Nike is into business, they will always make sure that their promoter will be a good model, as of now, Irving does not fit to be a good model so canceling his contract by Nike is just good for him. He has an attitude problem, he is a superstar but unfortunately not a good role model.

He had been doing these things for a lot of times, I don't why it is just now that Nike did this. It should've been before.
Disrespecting your coach (Steve Nash) at that time was not a work of a good role model too. It becomes a plague, not just in NBA but also on leagues with young people playing basketball. NCAA, or small leagues. Those innocents that thinks what he did is the right thing if you don't like your coach, you can talk bad to them and even make them go away.
And so, it happened.

Good for Irving, well deserved, now, I believe he is already realizing that because of his bad action, he already lost a huge amount of money.  I don't understand him, we cannot deny that he is really a great basketball player but he will never be a hall Famer if he does things that are disrespectful because everyone deserves respect.

I don't think that money will be the problem for Irving, yes he could have lost a big chunk of money here if Nike will suspend him or their relationship. But probably the most important thing is his reputation inside and outside of the court. Yes, he has some disrespectful moments in his NBA career, but this one is very different as he is talking about a certain race that has suffered a lot throughout history. So not sure if he can be called a HOF, even his fellow ex-NBA players like Shaq are taking bad against him for his remarks.

But then the Blazers executed a perfect inbound pass, and then Jeremi Grant hit the winner in front of the Suns bench, that's really dagger.

The game was tied before the winning shot of Jeremi Grant, good for them because if that game went to OT, Suns could take advantage and they'll win the game. It was a nice game, I think the Blazers have really improved because even without Lillard, that does not give them a problem being competitive, I'm pretty sure Lillard is happy with the performance of his teammates, especially for Grant who had 30 points and a winning shot.

Warriors is struggling so much early of this season and it seems they really get a hard time to work with their piece this season since its like they are losing their defense and they are relaxing to much that's why they lose so many of their games this season.

I'm quite surprised about the result and for sure lebron to because he don't expect to see for his self how good the rooster of Jazz is. And also for sure Lakers regret because they let go of Clarkson which is doing so good in Jazz now.

But, the really starts when 2nd half starts, it was the Magic patience and determination that keeps them alive and really steps up
to even the game in the last few minutes of the game.

I really like how the Orlando Magic played them last night ang they don't seem to care that their opponent are the depending champion. They managed to execute great play throughout the last minutes and they won the game. GSW was also doing good and they were sinking threes as well but it's not enough since it was the Magic night.

No pressure from this team because they don't have a superstar, I mean they are a young team, and winning against the depending champ makes them confident going forward. Warriors are struggling, they have a serious problem now, this is by far the longest losing streak I witness from this team.

They're by far the worst with the start of the season just like with the Lakers but now we're seeing progress as they beat the defending champion. I think for the Warriors that Green-Poole drama plus that Klay with Booker was just a few to mention that may take a toll on this struggle but they'll bounce back after this. I'm sure with that.

Well, they did not as they lost the game for the 5th time on their five straight road games but on this game, they can somehow make an excuse because Curry, Thompson and Wiggins didn't play to rest and to heal their respective injuries. The guys on the 2nd squad with Poole are the ones who faced Zion, Ingram and McCollum. It was a fun game and it was just a 5 point game, not bad for the guys on the second squad against the NOP.

Well, they seem got a hold of it because they manage to defeat the New Orleans Pelicans earlier today. It was a crazy game but it's undeniable that the Lakers is quite different now and Westbrook already got used to his role as he keeps on laying the table for his teammate to score. Pelicans was shocked as the gaps of their score becomes wider as the first half finished, they managed to chase the Lakers in the 2nd half but Lakers was so determined to put a win today.

The Lakers were on the verge of defeat and Matt Ryan saved the team from another defeat, it was cool. The match was difficult, at first it seemed (especially in the second quarter) that Laker would win confidently, but then New Orleans began to regain their positions. If Dyson Daniels had hit even one shot, then Laker would have had no chance, but he missed twice.

Those two missed shots on the 4th quarter somehow dictated the game, the Pelicans are too loose on their defense just because they are leading the game, they didn't even bother to rebound the ball or poke it that is why Lebron managed to get it easily and called a time-out. That fact right there made the Pelicans lost the game, even if they reached an OT. They underestimated the Lakers.

Orlando Magic VS Sacramento Kings

Warriors are playing in a relax mode right now and to be perfectly honest it has been not even 10 games since the season started.

So you are saying that because the Warriors are relaxed, we will disregard the reasons why they lose on some of their games?

I know this is just a season game and different from the pressure of playoffs game but saying the Warriors are just relaxing is discrediting those teams who beat them, especially with the previous one, Orlando Magic.

Being relaxed is not in the vocabulary of the whole Golden State Warriors. They lose because of a problem and that's what they need to figured out.

Yeah, that is a complete disrespect to the effort of the teams that beat GSW this season. I do not think any team in NBA is taking it easy or feel relaxed on games. The competition is very high and even lower teams can give good competition against top teams. If you relax, even if you are the top team, other teams will roll over you and you may find yourself in a difficult situation comes playoffs.

I think everyone agrees that they're a great team. They'll probably be in the top 5 by the end of the year.

They are a great team, but they are lacking defense right now. They let go of GP2 this season so the defense that comes from him has to be filled up right now. And their bench is not quite what they have last year. Maybe a few more games and the bench players will be able to help them like how the bench players helped them get a championship last season.

TBH, they are their best role players last year. GPII and Porter is very good at defense and Bjelica is their reserved big.

Losing these 3 players might affect the chemistry of the team IMO because they are playing huge minutes last year. They didn't make some big trades last off-season but for me, I'm thinking that they are experimenting their young players for the future of the team thus, there are times that they are losing, or their core players aren't playing for some reasons. As for them being a great team, they are still, and we are seeing Curry doing Curry things. Shooting threes and had a triple double. Their core players are still there, and some players are added to it. I still believe that they will enter the playoffs despite of their bad start and I don't see them not in the playoffs.

Their offense no doubt is still there with Steph Curry, but something has change regarding their defense this season. I think Steve Kerr knows this and for sure they wanted to snap that losing streak and take a win.

It's also unusual to see that the Golden State Warriors gave up that many points against a considered low-tier team. Defense is really the problem as Orlando Magic does even have a below-100 average total per game. The odds might be impressive at that time for the Magic when they are down by over 10+ points almost the entire game.

Really surprising to see those low-tier teams upsetting those dominant teams but still, when playoffs came, all eligible teams will start at 0-0 standing.

Those who placed their bets live or before the game started towards the Magic are quite lucky, I bet those odds are so juicy and because nobody could really tell that the Magic can shift the table and in the game with just a point shy away from the defending champions. Anyway, that's good for the Magic because defeating the Warriors is a big deal for them as it will lift their morals high and give a boost to their confidence as well.

There definitely seems to be something going on with the Warriors.  They're the first defending champions to ever start off the season 0-6 on the road.  This in contrast to the Bucks, who are 8-0 now this season and tearing it up.  So I guess the gambling game now is betting when the Warriors are going to get their first road win and when the Bucks are going to lose their first game.  I always love a good winning streak, so I hope Giannis takes this 8-0 start and turns it into something historical.  A pretty amazing accomplishment considering his number 2 guy is still out with injuries.

Defense, they played very poor defense in the second half, they allow a lot of second chance points for the Magic.  They can't get the rebound even in the free throw and then they commit useless foul.

Yeah, I noticed that too. They do not have GPII which is a very good defender coming from the bench. That guy is good in offense and defense. Steve Kerr need to develop someone from this current roster that they can rely on defensively. They already have too much fire power. If they can get someone who can fill up their defensive needs, then we will see them win again.

I agree. That might be really the case on why the Warriors struggled in their recent games, they are now lacking some players who can make their team airtight when it comes to their defensive capabilities. Gary Payton II is good at that, but the Warriors didn't re-sign him, right? Most of the remaining guys on the team are good in offense and not defense, Klay is not reliable to do that job anymore because of what he sustained last time. They really need someone new to get the job done, they can't defend their title if they are so vulnerable.

Like for example it should be insanely easy to give Durant to some other team and get some picks in return.
