The game is really tight. The warriors holds the lead but it can go away anytime. It's just a single possession. But they must be fully aware that a 3-1 lead in favor of the Lakers would be very dangerous. They have to prevent that from happening.

Edit: I guess they will fail.
Draymond Green makes a mistake that turns into a jump ball. Somehow Curry gets the ball and throws it away. What the heck is that? Golden state is in deep shit now down 3-1. Lakers prob gonna rest Lebron and AD a lot in game 5 so they're fresh and crush game 6.

Yes, what the heck was that? I really wondered what Curry thought when he shot that long 3. I think it was unnecessary. The Lakers only have a point lead and he's got 10 seconds to shoot. Why not take a few more steps to dribble or pass and make sure that possession won't go to waste?

My bad. If you're referring to that possession after the jump ball, I guess Curry thought somebody was there. He was just passing it blindly, trying to save it, just to make sure Lebron won't have it.

I also think this series would end in game 6.

That was a nice back and forth game between the Lakers and the Warriors but in the end Los Angeles came out on top. With the Warriors down 3-1 now it looks like LeBron is going to get to the Western Conference Finals. I hope he is playing the Suns but we’ll see. I think the key to this game was Lonnie Walker. He came in and made some big buckets to put the Lakers back in it.

Man!! I can say the GSW messed up this one big time! Thompson, Green, and Curry all have their poor decision making and poor shot selections late in the final quarter. I don't understand why Green dished out offensive rebound when he can lay it up back in and potentially get a foul as he have a smaller defender (Schroder) in front of him. Thompson as I remembered, had a couple of bad 3 pt shots that killed their momentum. Curry on the other end,  forced that long 3 in front of Davis. They could've ran it back again and make a play as they have still 10 seconds left in the shot clock. And that last possession, they could've called a quick time out after Curry grabbed the ball from the jumpball.
Well, too bad! The Warriors got beaten by Loonie Walker alone in the 4th quarter.  The guy will have more minutes in game 5 and yeah LeBron and AD will probably have to rest next game to get a set of fresh legs in game 6. Otherwise, they'll come again in full force to end the series in 5.

I wish all the Golden State Warriors players and Coach Steve Kerr could hear Stan Van Gundy in the commentating area. He is right, just give the damn ball to Steph Curry and everything will be alright. He won't be in a triple-double if not.
They also forgot what Lonnie Walker IV did in the 4th quarter of Game 3. He was dominating all the bench players even in a blown-out game and because of that Coach Ham made sure he will give him minutes when they are in crucial need of a shooter and so it was successful.

Jordan Poole is messed up, someone should give him a lesson about not dribbling the ball too much. This ain't the season anymore.
Klay Thompson may have dominated 1 game but his defense is weak and he doesn't hustle for the ball on both the defensive and offensive end of the floor.
I'll stick with Moody and DiVicenzo instead of them because they play like every possession is a crucial one to win the game.
I bet Steph Curry is so frustrated now but he cannot just let it out to avoid quarrels in the locker room.

Now the real test begin when the have to try to overcome their still terrible away record. They have to win at least 1 game away and win all their home games of course.

I'm not worried about that angle anymore because the Warriors have proven they can win on the road, as they did in the first round of the series. If you still remember, the Warriors won Games 5 and 7 on the road, and the Game 7 win was a full domination. So it's not a factor anymore. The most important factor now is whether the Lakers can make the right adjustments in Game 3.

Well, what about now?
Guess I told you so.  Grin Tough loss today considering having a 7 point lead going into the 4th quarter.
Steph with a triple double but 12/30 from the field, what a bad day for him. 31 points sounds a lot but on 30 shots it’s not that much.
Used day for the Dubs with terrible shooting splits all over the box score. Gonna be a looooong road now to beat the Lakers in 7 .

It was all thanks to Lonnie Walker IV, who played brilliantly and didn't miss many shots. His confidence is sky-high, and he even made crucial free throws to seal the victory. Lebron also deserves credit for his leadership; he trusted his teammates and didn't force the issue, which led to their success in a very close game.

As for Curry, he was brilliant as usual, but he needed more support from his teammates. I was expecting Thompson to step up and provide that support, but he wasn't consistent enough.

Jordan Poole is messed up, someone should give him a lesson about not dribbling the ball too much. This ain't the season anymore.

I think the team should trade Jordan Poole since he hasn't been as useful as he was during the last playoffs. I'm not sure what happened to him, but since receiving a huge contract, his stats have dropped significantly.

If the Warriors fall to the Lakers, there will be no more opportunity for Jordan Poole to prove himself. He has been inconsistent, especially in the postseason, and it's unlikely that the team will still consider him as a player to grow with. I'm not sure if the Warriors made a mistake by giving him a max contract instead of Draymond, but I think they may be regretting that decision now.

I know, I know that the Warriors back when they are down 3-1 against the Thunder, and still won 4-3 isn't the same now, but the core players are still there, and as  Warrior fan, I don't want to say that the Lakers will be going to the Finals until they reach 4 wins.

Well, players who are up 3-1 win 95% of the time in a playoff series, so in this case, there is only 5% chance of the Warriors winning, but 5% is different from 0%, so I believe that there is still a chance for them to win. They won 2 straight road games against the Kings in the first round, and I believe they can do it again. The Warriors are just one three point away from tying the series, but Curry unfortunately just didn't sank those 2 crucial three points in the final seconds of the game to get the lead which is sad.

15 points in the 4th quarter alone, and had some important shots in the final minutes of the game. For sure nobody expected for him to step up in this game. When Russell is not having a good game, somebody must step up offensively, and that's what Walker IV did. Reaves is expected to step up offensively, so as Lebron, and even if AD didn't play that good in the 2nd half (only had 4 FG attempts), they still won.

Jordan Poole is messed up, someone should give him a lesson about not dribbling the ball too much. This ain't the season anymore.
Klay Thompson may have dominated 1 game but his defense is weak and he doesn't hustle for the ball on both the defensive and offensive end of the floor.

[/quote]
Steve Kerr gave him lesser time in the last 3 games because of his poor shot selections, poor defense, and poor offense.

I will not be surprise TBH if he will be the one that will be traded if the Warriors will lose to the Lakers. I mean Poole is a big factor last season when they won the title, but he isn't the same for this season, and he's more of a liability when he's in the court. Like what @danherbias07 said, DiVincenzo and Moody are more productive than him, so I'd rather see both of them be given more minutes. I also hope that Looney will be better in the next game because he's been playing limited minutes because of the illness.

That kid is clever; he was very clutch in that game. With his lack of experience in the playoffs, I didn't expect someone like him to step up in such a huge way. The Warriors surely weren't prepared for him, and I'm sure they'll be figuring out how to defend against him in the next game, as he did a lot of damage. Actually, the Warriors could have won that game, but unfortunately, they aren't the same team anymore and can't protect their big lead, as the Lakers can easily come back with a big run of their own.

Jordan Poole's strength was his offense, but since he's not producing this series, there may be no need to keep him. DiVincenzo is a good example of a player who wants to win. He's good defensively and can also grab offensive rebounds. As we saw in game 4, the coaching staff seems to have lost faith in Poole, which is why he was only given very limited minutes.

In game 4, he only had 10:24 minutes and was scoreless.

Very bad stats with 0-4 shooting.

Well the Warriors has a bad start, even before the start of the season, Poole and Green was in a altercation. And now coming into the playoffs, we here him and Kuminga not happy with the playing time they got from Steve Kerr.

So not sure if the Warriors are going to kept him last you said, he just sign him a good contract but so far his numbers are not up to par like last year. And probably this is the final straw for the Warriors. I believed they can still win the next game, but it will be over in 6 and Lakers moving on the next round.

Overall, the Warriors have a good chance of winning the next game at home and extending the series.

That kind of decision will happen after this semis. I also see that change from Poole after receiving that max contract. He's playing inconsistently
he might be eaten by that pride thinking that he's already a star-diva.  Roll Eyes

Still one more game to keep their chance, but 3-1 and against the Lakers where both LeBron and AD are playing healthy, it's a tough series to come back and a possible snatch.

All will be concluded once the management announces updates with what they'll going to do after this season!

It's just too bad to see  Jordan Poole performed way below the level that the team is expecting him, I guess it's his ego that really take over himself. I agree that the Warriors coaching staff might have been losing faith in him and it's time for Kerr to sit up if needed.

That is a winnable game for the Warriors and they let this one go away. It's crucial as the series might be tied and they will have the home court as game 5 will be at Chase Center. Now it's a must win for them.

Jordan Poole was given a chance to show up, but in games 3 and 4, he didn't perform well. In fact, he was scoreless in game 4. As the team is now in a do-or-die situation, it's difficult for the coaching staff to trust him in the succeeding games. Poole needs to reflect on his performance and accept if the coaching staff decides not to use him. It might be degrading, but he should respect their decision.

That is a winnable game for the Warriors and they let this one go away. It's crucial as the series might be tied and they will have the home court as game 5 will be at Chase Center. Now it's a must win for them.
Mistakes are inevitable, and the Warriors made some in the last game which led to the Lakers' victory. However, the series isn't over yet, and the Lakers still need to win one more game to eliminate the Warriors.

Truly Walker was stunning the GSW in that game and they can do anything about it because of how he surprise them, he shoot the ball without hesitation as long as he is wide open and you can also see how LBJ trust him to shoot the ball. Good for them they managed to hold their late comeback lead in the last 2 minutes and that was a truly amazing game because the GSW was not gonna give them easy game on that one and they struggled to catch with them until Walker took over in the 4th quarter.

Walker made three consecutive shots before he missed, but he stayed in the game until the end and still made contributions. I believe that the Lakers' coach is really good, and he isn't overrated like some people thought at the start of the season. In his first season as a Lakers coach, he has the potential to bring the team to the Western Conference Finals.

Unfortunately, we haven't seen the old splash brothers here as Thompson hasn't been playing well, he only scored 9 points and has struggled with his shooting.

Unfortunately, we haven't seen the old splash brothers here as Thompson hasn't been playing well, he only scored 9 points and has struggled with his shooting.
Although I'm not that updated to the current NBA now but still I keep tabs on their games and some of their highlights. Aside from that, I had also watched earlier how their game take off, I also noticed how Lebron no longer as fast as how he usually are and is giving the credits to Davis and Walker earlier. I really agree that their coach is something else, seeing that GSW is having a hard time dealing with Sacramento last week and for sure their coach made adjustments so they could adapt to that kind of playstyle. All in all Lakers did a good job winning game 4, hopefully GSW will win their games too since it is most fans anticipated their games.

He isn't a washed out player like what his bashers are saying. It's just he isn't consistent in this series.

In their 2 wins, he put 40+ points while in the 2 losses, he is almost non-existent. Harden just needs to be consistent in the remaining games if they want to go to the Eastern Conference Finals. I mean him, and Embiid can carry the team just like what they did in Game 4. I agree with you as well that the ability of Harden to adjust to what his team needs makes him a good player. When he was in the Rockets, he focuses more on shooting, but when he is in Brooklyn, or now in Philly, he focuses more on passing, but can lead his team offensively when needed. Overall, if Harden will be consistent in offense in the remaining games in this series, we might see the Sixers defeating the Celtics in 7 games or even 6.

James Harden is one hardworking player, able to capitalize in any given situation which is why he is also great at handling the ball and making plays for the Team, I just think James Harden and Joel Embiid alone can not be done it they really need the support of their teams I think De'Anthony Melton, Shake Milton, and Tobias Harris needs to fire up because they are badly needed to boost the offense of 76ers more,

I can also say that Davis helped a lot in the victory of the Lakers. This helped the Lakers' defense to be strong underneath and still have offense on the court. According to what we saw in game 3, it will be difficult for Gsw to score under the ring, Gsw did it because they don't get a shot at 3 point line because they were defended by Lakers effectively. Lbj is also unstoppable in this game and I can say that they can take over game 4 if they continue to defend Gsw's gameplan.

The Warriors are on the brink of elimination and 1 more game and they are tossed if the Lakers continue that effective defense on the Warriors they will definitely win this for me it is really hard to get back up again in this kind of situation for the Warriors they got an experience of getting back up again in this kind of situation but the Defense of the Lakers is really superb that the Warriors doesn't have an answer to it, for me I think I will stay away in betting for the meantime because it is harder to predict from here on,
