Is all or nothing for Lakers tonight because if they don't win and they go down 3-0 ...the series is over, but if somehow they manage to put a victory and make this 2-1 , I have confidence that Lakers can win the series or at least push it to game 7.

I also think that Boston can push their series up to 7th game but I do see Heat reaching the finals.

This NBA playoff bonanza really is special.

Miami stomping all the higher seed, who would have thought. Now they can take care of business at home. Boston is not dead but it surely looks bad right now.

Denver vs Boston, doesn't sound so bad. If Denver is winning it would be their first chip and 100% well deserved.

Jokic couldn't care less about the lost MVP if he manages to crown yet another awesome season with the first title for this franchise. This would make him a legend already in the city.

Rooting for these guys, they surely deserve it big time!!!

I honestly hope they win it all.  They've been knocking authentic door for awhile and I don't want to see any of the other 3 winning lol.  To be honest I can't see either of the east teams stopping Denver, they are just too strong.  Who on either team would stop jokic, bam, Robert Williams? Philly is just too weak but they can neutralize jokic with embid that would have been a good matchup to watch even know the rest of Philly is meh.

Yes, the Lakers haven't lost at home yet during this playoff run, and it looks like home arena advantage is the deciding factor in the Lakers' case. That means there is still a chance that the Lakers will win the next two games and tie the series. Besides, the results of the previous games show that the Lakers can quite compete with the Nuggets, but they lack just a little bit, as both times they lost by no more than 6 points.

Celtics are pretty heavy favorites at home against the Heat considering they lost the last game. Seems like maybe people are expecting a little much from the Celtics or maybe just underestimating what the Heat have been able to accomplish this postseason. Should be a good game. If the Celtics lose this it’ll be extremely hard to recover in Miami.

They've been overrated based on the people's picks and that's probably people don't like Heat. But we saw how Heat beaten them at the first game.

This 2nd game will prove if they've learned from the first game that they shouldn't belittle Heat. They've been beaten once, and let's see if they'll allow that again on the 2nd game.

That is a very smart bet in my opinion. I was thinking the same. Heat's shooting percentage was surprisingly great. I didn't check the statistics but I felt like they made almost every shot and very very hard shots. Even from almost all of the players, not only Jimmy Butler. I feel like it will be hard for them to do that in every game. After two wins at Boston, Heat might not be so disciplined in this next game and Celtics will be so fierce to win and not get 3-0 behind. I just feel like from experience that Celtics will cling on to this game for life and might get a win. For the 4th game though, I don't know. We will probably see Heat bounce back up play like the first 2 games.

The Celtics and the Lakers have to be feeling the position they’re in. One more loss for either in the next two games is likely the end. Both teams get to play their next games at home, so we can’t write them off yet. Tonight is a must win for the Lakers or their season is pretty much done. I’m hoping they win, even if it just extends the series a little longer than 4 games.

Or at least Davis should be healthy. If he is healthy 100% and playing at home then we should expect to have a good game from him and taking the lead from Lebron James. The problem is that we don't know if he is not feeling anything, for Lebron I think he has twisted his ankle on game 2 but I think he can go and play at home because this is a must win for him.

As far as Boston and the Heat goes though, Boston blew it and that series is over. You can't lose 2 at home and hope to win 2 on the road deflated. Tatum has to take control and he's just not been doing that.

It's very unusual for the Celtics to lost back to back at home and Tatum cant' find his rhythm. But remember they are down 3-2 against the Sixers and won one at the road and then finished them at home. So let's see if they can steal game 3 against the Heat and then make game 4 crucial for both team.

Celtics is a different story, they have the homecourt advantage in this series, they are the second best them in the East agains the number 8 seed in the Heat. But they've lost both games at Boston Celtics and now they will have to travel to a hostile crowd just to get a win and then comeback to tie the series. It's going to be very difficult for them to make back to back wins at the road. It will take a lot, both physical and mental to bring the best, specially from Tatum and Brown to lead the team.

As per their odds in Stake, the Boston Celtics are still the favorite for Game 3 of their Conference Finals against the Miami Heat. I am also not sure about going for the Celtics on their game 3 but I will risk some for the team. I do not think the players are lacking to defeat the Miami Heat. I think it is the coaching that needs improvement in this series. Joe Mazzulla is outcoached by a more veteran Erik Spoelstra in game 2. That should improve since the players rely very much on their coaching, especially in the late game of each match. The Celtics are on the road but it does not mean they cannot win against the Heat. A lot of teams have recovered from a 2-0 deficit before. What they do not want is falling into a 3-0 or 3-1 hole. If they do, it is pretty much a Miami series.

That is bad for the Lakers if that is their history going on a 0-2 deficit. Some could argue that they do not have Lebron James when those happened, but Lebron James is having a bad performance as well. He could not take over in the deciding minutes of the game. Both in game 1 and game 2, he missed clutch shots that could have turned the tables against the Nuggets. I do not know if his feet are bothering him, but he really is having the worst performance right now. It is not shown in the stat sheets but if you lose the ball in the dying minutes or missed layups and open shots that should be clutch, then all your points, assist, and rebounds in the early part of the game is meaningless. All those stats are nothing is you do not perform when it matters.

With the Los Angeles Lakers vs Denver Nuggets game about to start, I think the analysts pretty much nailed it. I’m expecting a lower scoring game with Jokic scoring most of the Nuggets points. DeAngelo Russell will probably get less minutes with Rui picking up his time on the floor. I think this sort of game favors the Lakers, so we’ll see if Jamal Murray can break the defense and have another big night.

Closing games. They are not good at it, especially Jayson Tatum. He is the one expected to step up his game in the last 12 minutes of the game and yet the same as in Game 1 he didn't make any field goal. They must change that if they want to steal at least 1 win in Miami. Then, someone on their bench must step up his game, and feel the energy of the Conference Finals because compared to the Heat roster, they are way better than them on both ends of the floor and they are showing how it's done even if they are undermanned.
Jamal Murray starts hot today. 30 points in the first half and he will definitely add more in the 2nd half.
Nikola Jokic on the other hand is not that much aggressive yet. He must be preserving his energy and will show it later in the 2nd half, we will see.
Despite the big start of Jamal, the Lakers are only down by 3.

I definitely agree. The always favorite Boston is helpless in the face of the Heat. The Celtics are even the favorite in this year's championship but it seems they cannot even think of a way to stop Butler. Heat is pretty much walking in the park right now. Even if Boston is able to steal one game in Miami, they're over. The series is indeed decided the moment Heat won both games away from home.

Lakers is still alive though. 2-0 is a bad start but it's their court advantage now. And although they're still trailing by 8 at this moment, they can still turn this game around.

Yeah, it was Carmelo Anthony's time during the Nuggets, prime Anthony and Kenyon Martin and Billups vs Kobe and Paul Gasol. I guess Nuggets or Jokic has learn a lot from that series against the Lakers in the bubble. It's now a prime Jokic and Jamal Murray. Lakers and Lebron and Davis looks very tired at this point and now down 3-0 and might be a sweep or at least Lakers can still win 1 game and make it 4-1.

Boston vs Miami series is not done yet since Boston could bounce back after their two defeats with Miami but its so hard for them to do this knowing that Miami gain so much confidence for getting that big wins against this supposed to be title contender team. If Miami continue to dominate Celtics tomorrows match up then maybe we can see Miami vs Denver in finals. This would be a great match up knowing that they have championship drought for long years especially with Denver which didn't win a championship yet and maybe this will be their first championship this year.

3-0 for Denver and the series is over! Lakers fan should be happy because 2 month ago they were out of the playoffs and reaching conference finals is a big achievement for them and I would say they saved the season.

Nuggets...they look unstoppable right now and Nuggets vs Heat should be the best final we could get. Also , what is happening with Jamal in this period of year ? he is a beast in that court.

They'll be the first to win coming from a 0-3 deficit if they do indeed win, and they'll make history. I agree, the series is already over; the Lakers did everything they had, but the Nuggets had every answer to the adjustments made by the Lakers. LeBron has already shown his age in this series and cannot dominate anymore.

No one from the Lakers roster can stop Murray; he might have a bad start, but he'll continue to do his thing. As we can see, despite sometimes having poor shooting, it does not change his confidence.
