Damn, the Mavericks really played strong today. I never expected them to go that far but I know they can win games. 30+ points lead and the Celtics already benched their stars before the 4th quarter started. Yes, It's a whole 4th quarter of garbage time but thankfully Tim Hardaway Jr. made it fun by shooting 5 consecutive threes in the distance.

That was a sign of early defeat when the coach have already benched their superstars. Since they're on a 3-0, a given lose of 1 game won't matter to thme.

But this is all about hope for the Mavs. Court will be on the side of Celtics next but still, this series hasn't ended yet.

So let's wait and see if there will be new history for the Mavs or it will be for the Celtics.

Yes, perhaps Mazzula thinks that they will go back to Boston Garden so it make sense to not force this game on them. They still lead the series and let the Mavs takes this one as as they are still very much in the lead with 3-1 and going back to their homecourt.

And it's just about time that the bench of the Mavs get it going. As what we have seen, it's only Luka and Kyrie that is taking the load, but in this game, the bench really took it personally and then smothered the Celtics with their defense and at the same time everyone who plays in their side almost contributed to this game.

Granted, tonight was a gimme game to get back to Boston, but it’s still wild to think that being down 3-1 you could still have more total points than the other team.

Not sure about this stats though, just nice to haves and I don't think that it's crazy as it sounds as in this game, the Dallas team won by a huge margin and so it will offset what the Boston winning gap in the first 3 games.

I just watched a video of a Laker fan and thru an insider that they are going to pursue Donovan Mitchell with Reaves and Rui + multiple 1st round future draft picks. But it is still early to speculate, but I think this rumored has been with the Lakers since the trade deadline last February.

We can really see that this is the effect of the absence of Porzingis in the court since we could able to see that Mavs can fight back since they will not get pressured for the presence or performance what able could contribute inside the court. If Luka didn't get fouled out on game 3 maybe they could able to take that game but unwanted things happened on their side. But we are seeing now that Mavs dominate totally and out scored Celtics then for what they are showing then if they are consistent on their performance then there's huge chance that they could able to stretch this series and might we could see Mavs in 6.

Man, let's just give that to Dallas, but if Dallas still beat Celtics in game 5, then that would prove they didn't rig it, Dallas just found the way to beat them.

I don’t believe that they intentionally loss this game since this is championship and they have nothing to gain for doing that. Besides, a lose is expected for them after getting a 3-0 advantage since they will relax a little bit.

Yeah, Luka getting fouled out in the game was really huge, as the offense became more predictable with only Irving making plays. If Luka had been there, they might have completed the comeback, and this series could already be 2-2. What I saw in game 4 was the Dallas team that beat the Wolves; they got everyone involved, and that momentum should carry into game 5.

If I'm not mistaken, this is the lowest output for the Celtics in the playoffs, or even in the regular season. They only scored 84 points and were really outrebounded by Dallas by a huge margin, 52-31.

This ain't a lucky win. The Mavs weakness is Luka Doncic not playing defense and if he do, there's no hole anymore. Tatum scored but most of it are forced. JB have a rat on his body and he is scared to shoot the ball against the strong men of the Mavericks beneath the paint.
So, the only thing that's hindering the Mavs to win more games is them.  Play defense and another blowout will happen.

Exactly, give Boston  a taste of their own medicine I mean play tough defense and outrun them in terms of offense, I like the way the entire Mavs play their game finally we've seen them communicating inside the court, they are not allowing any lapses and they are really playing good defense, good to see the adjustments from both Luka and Kyrie and for sure if they will continue playing that same tempo they might force more wins and possible to push the series to game 7, we never know if fate brings them for sure fans and bettors will love to see that scenery.

They played really well in the last match and managed to win with a huge score difference. Actually, this score gave me some hope. Will we see a legendary comeback like we've never seen before? A lot of people think that but in a finals deciding game do you really thing they were bored?  Most of these guys never won an NBA championship and have trained theor entire lives for this moment.  It is more a do or die situation for the guys on the other side.  Might have been some nerves on Boston side but trust me they weren't bored, or just gave this one away.  If they lose game 5 they are facing going back to Dallas with them having a chance to tie the series up.  That's how quick these things turn

I thought they would have a good chance for winning the series.    Game 4 was quite boring to be honest. Boston Celtics players were complacent obviously. The game technically ended in the first half already. They didn't even play with their starting five in the last quarter. The game was like a 3-point contest after a point.
