2026 NBA Season

Thanks to a great start of the season, Lakers are doing fine even after such a horrible period, but they need to realize this can't go on. Either they need to rush Reaves back on court somehow, or they need o tell Luka and Lberon to start playing differently. JJ Reddick is a good friend of Lebron I know that, and he did alright so far, but they need to end up trying to do something better for the long term.

Otherwise all they are going to do will be just making sure that they need to do something a lot better and not have something bigger on this case. Lebron needs to play differently and a bit more playmaking role so that they can get a lot more out of him and his brain, while Luka will take shots smarter that way.

It seems people are already starting to blame Ayton. Luka has said he wants to score less but we aren’t seeing that. Ayton is complaining he isn’t getting enough touches but he sometimes checks out during a play. I think they can figure it out, but I think they are still a strong backup center and a good defensive wing away from being a contender. Hayes is developing nicely, but they really need to trade Knecht and some picks for Wiggins.

Well they get Ayton to play defense and rebound he is not the star player of the team, if your position and you are task to take rebounds, and defense why would you want to have the ball, the playmaker are the one who makes the play, if you get rebounds and have a clear shot and you wont make it, that's a big problem.
He wants to have more touches, he don't know how to make plays, I think they are not blaming him for not scoring he's being paid for other task, so wanting the ball in his hands, will not always happen, i see know what is he's problem, and why they did not make it with the suns.

Ayton got it done tonight. 17 points, 18 rebounds, and 7/9 from the field. LeBron had a great game too. Luka didn’t shoot great, but they easily took down the Atlanta Hawks.

OKC Thunder finally got a partial revenge over the San Antonio Spurs after previously losing to them 3 consecutive times this season, I thought that would give the Spurs a decent psychological edge, but it didn't, although the was a very close one in the first half, with both teams going back and forth, however, everything changed completely in the 3rd quarter when OKC and Shai put up 40 points in that quarter, there was just no way back for Spurs after that, they couldn't even get to the 100 points mark tonight, big statement from OKC to show they've still got it.

SGA already have enough being beaten by same team over and over again. I never so him block like a center just to stop Wemby dominance on the paint. 

It’s satisfying for them to finally have a revenge match from the team that gave shame to them by beating back to back last Christmas.

It's really hard to stop in SGA is moving like that, they are celebrating every shot, shouting to the fans and contesting every shot that Spurs throw that's why they had a bad shooting night and they can't stop SGA this time. On the other hand, how about the Lakers trouncing the Hawks, we've been discussing the state of Lakers on how they are playing bad. But this time, they blasted the Hawks winning big and at least they got help finally from LaRavia and Gabe Vincent with his outside 3 point shot. Rui though needs to step up more as he only got 7 points. Luka got 27 while Lebron with a huge 31 point game. Ayton too with his massive 18 boards to not give the Hawks second chance point.

Exactly that was personal for SGA there.    He showed it with his lovely performance as well. He was one of the bests in the game with 29 on +/- too! That was very beneficial for Thunder.

I mean you lose 3 times to Spurs and finally you needed to show some sign of fighting back against them at a point. That even happened in less than 2 weeks if I don't remember it wrong.

Houston ended their three-game losing streak by defeating Chicago. It wasn't an easy game for Houston. They struggled but managed to win.
Alperen also contributed well to the scoring in this game.
He achieved a double-double with 23 points and 11 assists.
They will now play four more home games, but two of these games will be crucial for Houston to test themselves. I am eagerly awaiting to see how they will perform against San Antonio and Oklahoma.

This is a business, and fans are the reason it thrives. You can understand why fans aren’t happy anymore since the Milwaukee Bucks don’t look like a championship team right now. Because of that, you can’t really blame some of them for turning on Giannis Antetokounmpo.

Things will have to change, and at the end of the day, fans usually dictate the direction. If the pressure keeps building, don’t be surprised if Giannis eventually gets traded.

I agree with this one, I've watch the match earlier and even though Ayton is not a star player he's really an effective defensive player and really is a key player in winning against the Hawks. Based on the stats of Ayton, he receives around 20-30 mins of game time but his stats aren't that consistent though the last 2 games are actually good just a little bit of consistency and I think he's a great center. We have plenty of games tomorrow, can anyone recommend? I was planning to bet on Nuggest though they lost to Mavs in their last 2 games but they Nuggest are on win streak now and their last match were a really close game.

He should produce with the current lineup of Hawks those numbers should really do, but no blocks but his intimidation under the basket help them, i wish he got some blocks to he's stats in this game, all in all this is a great game, i wish he should perform like this to the top teams of the league, if he can do this kind of numbers then the lakers will have a match with OKC, Nuggets, in the playoffs, that is what the team and management expect of him to do not just with points but they are expecting rebounding and blocks.

They started really bad, now catching up. If they remain healthy, and avoid some load managements, they can actually clinch a playoff spot. We're not even halfway through the season, a lot of time to catch up. Top teams started losing. Lakers, Suns, and Rockets looks like about to get closer against bottom teams, as the GSW, Blazers, and Clippers are doing a lot better in their last 10 games.

The Clippers is one of the scary teams on paper. If you look at their roster, they're capable of beating any teams, and supposedly at the top seed. I don't know what kind of curse have Kawhi or Harden brought to LA, lol. I think a lot of missed games and injuries are hindering their full potential to gel as a team.

"If they stay healthy" has been the whole career of Kawhi Leonard. Dude doesn't stay healthy, we all know that much and we have to make sure that we realize that when we are betting on them. This dude could be gone tomorrow and you would not least expect it, he can be gone at any given moment. On years he was healthy, he won FMVP and got his team the title, but it's such a rare case that he plays more than sixty five games required to win awards, he usually misses most seasons. This means, it could be possible for him to start missing again, now or near the playoff period.

The fans' reaction is understandable, as the Bucks are indeed performing poorly this regular season. If they don't improve, they risk finishing the season at the bottom of the standings, i.e., not even making the play-in tournament.
As for Giannis, I think he will leave the Bucks, but probably only after next season, when he will have to decide whether to use his player option or not.

Alperen is forced to bring the ball up the court all the time right now. Because of this, he gets really tired and starts making some messy plays. But when someone else brings the ball and the offense starts through him, he is way more efficient. He finishes better and sees the open passes much more clearly. The difference is huge. I think if Rockets had a real guard next to him who could carry the ball, Alperen could easily average 30+ points. His basketball IQ and scoring skills are already there. He just needs to save his energy for the right moments.

Kawhi Leonard is technically one of the most valuable players in NBA. He is insanely skilled! However these injuries have just stricken his career realy hard... He still has 2 NBA championships though but he could have had more than that.

When it comes to "staying healthy" Anthony Davis is another player whose career is full of serious injuries. The guy can't stay fit for some respectable time period. He makes a lot of money at the same time.

OKC has gone on a four-game winning streak and seems to be back to its old form. Houston Rockets, on the other hand, aren't exactly inspiring confidence; after a series of losses, they'll now face the best team. OKC will probably win this game; I don't think the Rockets will be that successful. They aren't playing with the same ambition and quality as they did at the beginning of the season. I'm really curious about the outcome of this game; we'll see what Durant and Alperen can do together

Giannis stayed loyal for too long. In the NBA, you should request a trade the moment things start going south. He acted with character and wanted to fight until the end but at the end his own fans booed him yesterday. if i were him i would definitely demand a trade ASAP and leave this Bucks dumpster fire behind.
