Houston is a weird team, they are playing well one day, playing terrible another game, it's really not that good if you do not have a sustained system.

Alperen is still injured, and playing badly because of it but they do not have any decent bigs left since Adams is also out, so they are forcing him to play and that makes things so much harder for them with that many misses. What people do not realize with injuries is that, even if you can play through it, pain makes you tired faster and that is an issue when missing shots.

They really need more than Amen as a starting point guard, I do think that Schroeder could benefit the most if he have been traded to the Rockets more than in Cleveland, the Rocket should have been aggressive towards him as they need a true PG now that Vanvleet return will not expected this season. I think they can utilize Capela and Finney-Smith now but they aren't that consistent as well. I don't think they'll struggle next game though but with Durant out I guess it will be tough.

Nets were able to hold on during only Q1. It was the end in Q2 already for them. They are already a hopeless case of course. On the other hand, Pistons are really amazing in Eastern Conference. I'm curious about their playoffs performance.

The Knicks are really solid at home. They beat LeBron and the Lakers by double digits.

What stood out to me was that even though Brunson struggled, 4-for-15 shooting, his teammates were ready to step up. That support made the difference and turned it into a convincing win. The second half was the real game changer, especially the third quarter where the Knicks outscored the Lakers by 12 points and basically took control from there.

I thought LA will beat Knicks on this game since they have a very good 1st half. Brunson and KAT are struggling so I thought Luka can take over to demolish the team.

Knicks bench is the real MVP on this game that gives hindrance to Lakers to extend the lead on the 2nd half.

Shamet scored 23pts gives a huge relief for Brunson cold game.

The bench really saved the Knicks that game, and yeah, Shamet was hot, he kept the lead out of reach when the Lakers tried to rally back late in the 4th.
I was also expecting the Lakers to win it because they totally locked down Brunson, but Shamet and the other bench players have plans. Also, the Lakers are back again in their classic "be complacent after winning the last game" kind of game.

For sure Reeves was carrying the team to wins at the start of the year. He might be benefitting from having 2 legends on the floor with him, but he was definitely making an impact. The Lakers still have fuel for a trade (DeRozan?) so I think they still have a shot at winning it all. They’ll need a good trade and some luck staying healthy.

i agree. Austin Reaves is a bucket for real. His touch is elite and he plays way stronger than he looks. He draws fouls like crazy almost like SGA. If his PR game was stronger he’d be a much bigger star in this league.

Pistons just crushed the Nets 130-77. Winning by 53 points actually broke the franchise record for the biggest win ever. The old record was from 23 years ago when they beat the Celtics by 52 points (118-66). Great performance tbh. What’s even cooler is that only one player scored more than 20 points... it’s awesome seeing the whole team chip in and get on the scoreboard like that.

They’ve already had two 50+ blowout losses this season. Only 24 field goals, that’s very low. Their score could’ve been even lower if not for their 22 free throws. Their highest scorer had just 12 points, a two 12 points, followed by 10, and the rest were in single digits. They’re really one of the worst teams right now. I wouldn’t be surprised if they suffer one or two more 50+ point losses this season. And if MPJ gets traded, they’ll perform even worse. Kuminga will get a lot of playing time here, but I don’t think he’ll like it if they keep losing, especially with blowout losses like that. But who knows, he already has a ring. Maybe he’s chasing playing time for now and wants his averages to go up so he can negotiate for a better salary.

Reeves maybe not a good star player to lead the team alone. but  it is a good  or one of the best option to have when your superstar is at rest or nursing an injury.

The Charlotte Hornets won another one tonight against the Pelicans. They are definitely the hottest team in the NBA. Coming out of nowhere to go on a crazy winning streak. LaMelo got accidentally headbutted by his head coach tonight, but he’ll be ok. Looking forward to seeing how far they go.

The game between the Houston Rockets and the Indian Pacers was very exciting. The Rockets won 118-114. Alperen Şengün was the top scorer of the game with 39 points and also grabbed 16 rebounds, making a significant contribution to the team. It's unfortunate that Alperen wasn't selected for the NBA All-Star game. Hopefully, we can see him as an All-Star again in the coming years. The surprise of the night was the Timberwolves' loss. Minnesota suffered their 19th defeat, losing 137-128.

The Hornets are a young team rising to the helm. Reminds me of the Houston Rockets last season too. With Kon, Brandon Miller and Lamelo still at his best, I think they can be the team to beat in the East.

Both the GSW and the Heat are the front runners to land Giannis, but Miami has advantages because of the assets, but it will come down who has better offers and where Giannis want to land of course he has he's condition that is the consideration where he want's to be , if he is looking for a push in the playoffs he will go with GSW because they have the advantage and will be able to push with Steph along with him, although the west is so tight when it comes to positions, while both are in the 7th and 8th spot, the heat is better destination.

I have recently been seeing the news in some sport outlets about the possibility of Gianis moving to the Miami Heat, well I will have to say that there is no smoke without fire, which obviously means I’m every rumor there is an atom of truth in it, Personally I would say that it is going to be a good move for Gianis and Miami Heat but I’m wondering how the trade is going to happen, who is Miami Heat going to trade Gianis with right now, but I believe that it will depend on someone who is willing to move to the Milwaukee Buck someone that can be accepted my the buck into their team, Bam Adebayo would do obviously be a good pick of a player but I don’t think Miami Heat would want to do that right now considering how reliable Bam is for them right now, let’s see how it goes for Gianis.
