I was surprised by this trade, I thought that they will keep JJJ because they are going to trade Morant. I guess they are going to build from scratch now. Let's see if Morant will be traded though. Initially he wanted to, but there are also reports that he chooses to stay again.

The Bulls traded their center Nikola Vucevic and a second-round pick to the Boston Celtics for Anfernee Simons. Anfernee has been playing well with the Celtics, but perhaps they wanted more size and strong man in the middle just like when they have a good center in the likes of Porzingis or Al Horford.

Rumors are saying if the Sacramento Kings can’t trade DeRozan by the deadline the will buy him out so they can go their separate ways. This would allow the Lakers to get him for nothing and let him finally get to play for his hometown team.

The Charlotte Hornets are very hot right now. 7th winning streak, including beating strong teams like the Spurs and Orlando Magic. Their next game will be against another strong team in the West, which is the Houston Rockets. We will see if they can really keep the winning streak or if it will end by that day. They will have a long rest to prepare for it.

The trade deadline is near. February 5. There are a lot of rumors going on, and it includes James Harden of the Clippers when he requested to be traded.

The Houston Rockets could be a good place to come back, but the problem is the players to be traded. I bet Houston will be happy to see him back in a Rockets uniform, and it sounds sweeter as KD is there, his former teammates during the Brooklyn Nets run. Chemistry won't be an issue.
The Clippers seem to be asking too much, and it will be difficult to trade a piece like Harden, who has been playing great with fewer injuries, actually, almost none. He has the right to seek a better team, considering he doesn't get enough help from the Clippers. But this is business, and the deadline is around the corner.

I’m surprised with Charlottes Hornets performance, they are one of the teams that have really improved with their performance, I was speechless when they beat San Antonio Spurs, because that is a team that I have at a high level, considering how Victor Wembanyama have been performing this season, they seems to be in a very good winning streak like you have said, anyways I have never really rated them so much, but I have decided I will have to be seeing their game more often and hopefully I will be watching the game against Houston Rockets and see how they will perform and I’m really not interested in them winning, I’m more interested in how they are playing what the game plans is all about and what makes them thick all the boxes.

Everyone including me is also interested, but let's not forget that the Bucks aren't rushing things right now. They can just not trade him this trade deadline, but instead they'll trade him during the off-season. In fact, they'll get more assets if they trade him during the off-season instead of this time because there are no teams that can afford his contract, and how much the team is asking as a return. I do hope that despite the fact that we are waiting, there's also a chance that he might not get traded.

As for the Cavaliers, Harden can also make plays, but will he adjust his playstyle for the sake of Mitchell, Mobley and others? Alperen getting a win over Pacers nearly all by himself proves that he is what that team needs, but missing KD and Adams, (while KD isn't "big" he is tall) is their problem. They can't rest Alperen and that will hurt them on the long run. This dude has been playing almost every game and came from injury early without resting or healing, because Rockets are missing others. This will result with him being super tired, specially considering he played during the summer as well.

This means near the end of the regular season he is going to either miss some games and rest, or he will not and he will get worse and worse. You can't expect him to be this good for 82 games, plus at playoffs he will be even more tired and will probably be nowhere near this level. He needs like a week off at least.

This has long been anticipated by many of the Laker fans before he got moved to the Kings. Now, they will get another chance to sign Derozan if this happens. However, the Lakers will probably going to have a bad defensive rating with Derozan's acquisition, unless they acquire defensive pieces as well. I'm really hoping they can keep Hachimura, but I think they're already looking to trade for a 3&D offering with expiring contracts in Hachimura, Vincent, and Kleber. If they can't pull this one off, Hachimura would most likely sign a higher deal from another team.

They opened up a 25-point lead in the first quarter, and Orlando couldn't close that gap later on.

And it dawn to him that he could be involved in a trade at some point specially there are big noises that the Warriors are keen on getting Giannis from the Bucks. If they can trade Klay, then obviously, they can also do that to Green even if he is somewhat that glued everyone (and destroy) their championship pedigree.
