Recently the thing that has been drawing my attention is Celtics' rise in the Eastern Conference. They have climbed to the 2nd place by winning 8 of their last 10 games.

There is really good news for Celtics fans other than this. Tatum is back very soon! I have seen it like March 4 on ESPN. If the source is telling the truth then Celtics can be the number one candidate for the finals from this conference.

It’s Friday and we’re getting a battle for Los Angeles on ESPN. Won’t be too many more of these LeBron vs Kawhi matchups. With the Lakers fully healthy for the first time in a long time I’m expecting to see them try and take home the win over the Clippers.

That's why sports bookies see it, Clippers is 3:1 underdog here. It Lakers are fully healthy and seeing Doncic again, it will be very hard for the Clippers to beat them. Unless Kawhi has a monster game again.

So maybe Kahwi and Doncic can even up the field in scoring, but Lakers still have Reaves so I guess he will be the key difference in this game and if he score like 20+, then I'm expecting the Lakers to win by at double digits here.

Yes, too bad for those who bet on the Lakers with that handicap as they didn't cover it. And it could be that the Clippers might pull a upset if not for Kawhi getting injured and not finished the game. The Nuggets though, when I check the score, I thought there was something wrong with it.

It's was a total team effort for them, I thought that Jokic might have like 50+ points or more, but 7 players with double digit scoring and everything who played scored at least 2 points for them.

The Denver Nuggets dominated the night, defeating the Portland Trail Blazers 157-103 on the road. Denver's 157 points set a new NBA record for the highest score ever recorded in a single game this season. It also set a new club record for the highest road score.

Jokic once again put on a spectacular performance. This time he didn't achieve a triple-double or double-double, but he scored 32 points.

Oklahoma easily defeated Brooklyn 105-86. Oklahoma needs to get used to winning without the SGA.

For real, and that’s without Gordon. There are 12 players on the Denver Nuggets roster, and all of them scored. From the 1st to the 3rd quarter, they scored 40+ each quarter. Nikola Jokić was just one rebound short of a double-double. As long as Jokić gets enough help on offense, especially from Jamal Murray, the Nuggets are still one of the best contenders for the Finals. But reaching the Finals won’t be easy with the Thunder and the Spurs as the biggest obstacles.

The Cavs have won 7 in a row. Mitchell and Harden have great chemistry already. Add Allen and Mobley to that and they've built a strong core. There is also Garland that will come back to this team.
People say the East is weaker, but looking at the current form of the teams, the Pistons, Celtics and Cavs all look strong enough to beat any team in the West.

As much as I want to see Tatum going back on the court, TBH it might cause more harm than good if he comes back this season.

He even said it himself on an interview that if he comes back, it might hurt the chemistry of this team that Coach Mazulla has been built ever since without him, and that might be true. The Celtics are now in the 2nd spot even without him. Yes, they're they all-star player, but what if the chemistry will be destroyed just because he came back? I'm not saying that it will happen, but there's a chance that it will. I don't also want to say that he must not come back, but he even said it himself that he might ruin the chemistry of the team if he comes back.

Anyway, let's see on how the Celtics will be if he comes back. I believe in Coach Mazulla and he'll make adjustment for his main player. It's just a bit sad to see that with Tatum coming back, Brown's performance will surely go down as well. Well if it's for the team, and if that will increase their chances of winning a title then it doesn't matter. Not a C fan, but good luck for them. Hoping that the Celtics and the Pistons are the ones that'll be facing in the Conference Finals a few months from now.

It was a keenly contested game, both lakers and Clippers had and good and spectacular performances, I must confess that I was really entertained, and I noticed how much Lakers was struggling to hold on to the lead, but Luka was absolutely brilliant with his performance as well and I noticed that LeBron wasn’t much in the game as we would’ve expected, but obviously it was a good game and it was also a good performance from both teams who was spectacular, LeBron tried to make the difference in this game so it was more expected that Lakers was going to win with the little margins.

The first half of the New York vs. Houston game was closely contested.
The first half ended with Houston leading 53-54.
Houston stormed into the third quarter and finished it with a 16-point lead, 91-75.
I fell asleep before watching the final quarter, thinking Houston had already won.

I was shocked when I saw the score just now. Houston lost the game by 2 points, 108-106.
These results happen in the NBA, but I think a team that wants to be champion wouldn't lose a game when they're leading by 16 points. Houston is capable of such absurdities this season.

They have so many scoring options now, it really must be fun to be a Cavs fan at the moment. With a roster like this I wouldn't be surprised if the self proclaimed king LBJ wants to join them asap.

Lakers will not win anything even if NBA wants them to. While that is a lot of money going around, so does New York and yet they never win anything even while being the most expensive team. We have to see that Lakers is having trouble anytime they go up against even a semi decent team, they are not going to beat everyone and be in the finals.

They can push for playoffs, they are in it right now and I doubt they will lose enough to not matter, but when they do go to playoffs eventually, they will lose either on the first round or at best case on the second round. They are not even going to be in the conference finals because they are not the team who can do that, look at how they play and you will realize they are not that good.

Actually Lebron is open with this scenario, since he provably want to retire on Cavs. The problem is does Lebron really want to retire next season? and if he is willing to take the offer given by Cavs? for sure he cannot ask for more in this deal since Cavs already got those talents that they need.

Cavs have strong roster and even if one will fail for they have lots of option to choose that can able to step up. Everything in Cavs became intriguing now since there are lots of things need to see with their current situation now. Let see if they can able to win a championship this season since their team is now a title contender after Harden been added on their team.

I don’t think so. LeBron already left the Cavs two times before, so I doubt they’d be happy to take him back now, especially since they’re doing well with another James on the team. If this was years ago, maybe. But now his production has already declined. He’s not the same dominant LeBron we used to know. Honestly, he’s better off just retiring with the Lakers. He wants a big market anyway, and he’s already there.

It’s also not good for his legacy if he keeps jumping from team to team just to chase another championship.

You should probably call him out. But for me, I won’t complain because I actually won my bet on that game. That low-scoring fourth quarter was a blessing since it hit the under.

I honestly thought the Rockets would take the win easily, but they’re just a bad team right now. They always seem to collapse in the fourth quarter. That’s something they really need to reflect on. And if I ever get the chance to talk to Mike Brown, I’d ask him why he barely used Clarkson anymore.

They are always struggling on 4th quarter especially if there’s no KD. Sengun particularly commits a lot of error like missing the crucial free throws and turnovers.

KD is their best shot on crucial times due to his experience but this time it doesn’t work since Knicks is much a better team on this tight match.

I will go for Knicks too if I will bet on this match.

I don't know if somebody has seen it, but Sengun is very bad on defense, and that might be one of the reasons why he benched him for the majority of the 4th quarter especially in the final minutes.

Udoka has been known for his defense, and he's obsessed in it that he's willing to bench anybody that's bad on defense. That's why he didn't gave Reed Sheppard that much of playing time in his rookie season because he's bad on defense, and he's still bad until now, but other players can cover for it. As for Sengun's case, the Knicks will always find him and will maximize his weakness in defending his opponents. I didn't watch the whole game, but there are some videos online where even Durant himself is shouting on him saying that he needs to defend better.

There's no need to ask Udoka on this one. You can just look at who's playing in the final minutes of the game especially when it's a close one.

When I watched the highlight video I saw some comments about that strange Kawhi fact. Some guys said something like "thanks NBA", like it's another rig job to push the Lakers over everything. I mean it sure looks strange, the best guy sitting while the team is almost coming back to win the game. Guess the tank has also reached the Clippers, there is no other reasonable explanation. If you want to win, play your best guy, if you are ok with losing, just sit him. And so they did.  NBA these days really is so lame.

While that could be one reason, another reason would be that Kawhi is a player who is constantly injured and Clippers is doing alright this season, which is something they rarely ever do, and they didn't want to risk Kawhi getting hurt.

Maybe he had a pain or something, I do not know and for that reason they just ended up not risking him and just taken him after the game to see if he was okay. If it was some other player then I would have understood why people would be wondering, but with Kawhi, it could be always about an injury.

Crucial game time then your superstar did not play that long, I'm not sure since Sengun is one of their main man aside from KD he's the one who can contribute the most, that's why it's really questionable why coach Udoka bench him since they've got decent lead but unable to sustain and NYK managed to bounce back and rally their way to win and snatch the game away from the Rockets.

Superstar center Nikola Jokic has not been himself lately, and it is becoming more apparent that something is bothering him. Granted, Jokic did just return from a month-long injury absence, but his 22 turnovers over the last three games are the most he has ever had in a three-game span.

I always consider chemistry when it comes to superstars, and they cannot perform well if they are not in the game yet. Jokic came back from an injury, and it doesn't mean he will come back fully recovered. Physically, yes, he is good to go, but mentally, it's a different discussion.
He is not doing what the average Jokic is doing, and so he will fall back from the MVP talk. He was injured, and it is part of the game, and if SGA wins it, it's not that hurtful because he deserves it considering how many games Jokic was gone.

Damn Dillon Brooks has been surprising me all season, went from super villain to superstar well you get what I mean he's been playing absolutely fire this season but health is always the biggest factor. Now I see he has broken his hand and will be out for some time crazy how things can go from alright to oh shit in a matter of seconds.
