Actually he does not Lose reputation because of Not keeping promises but for Ignoring His obligations instead.

He is acting in his promise when he says paying when he made a post , but that will happen months after the supposedly pay time.

he has a lot of red tags and neutral tags already coming from trusted members of this forum, now if there are new complaints coming there will be a flag created for this, his action is still tolerable as long as players can withdraw their money and there's no complaint coming he is still ok, but the two projects are now vulnerable because of Lighlord inactivity and failure to address some issues.

Giving flag or not will not change anything that he mistreated His players and also His advertisers .

Isn't that sort of the same? I mean his promises are his obligations as well. What is your obligation as a casino owner? You promised to pay your signature wearers their amount and then you need to pay that, that's your obligation to pay but it is also your promise as well. If people put money in your casino, they should be able to withdraw it with hot wallet filled enough, that is your obligation but casinos promise that you can withdraw whenever you want.

Moreover, I would say that it is very important to have this kind of thing, it is both obligation AND promise at the same time. I can't say if you could do something without getting people give up hope about this place. Lightlord managed to build a big big big reputation over course of many years, and then managed to destroy it within 6 months, that is the quickest someone destroyed such a huge reputation if you ask me (at least in crypto).

There is no problem on the users who are gambling on there and no feedback against any complaint regarding the deposit/withdrawals or playing on the site. Those feedback stands for late payment. I am also following this for a while, yeah the reference thread is actually created about delayed payment in the campaigns then it converted into the hot wallet issue as well but personally I remember few of the trusted members complaint against Lightlord for their hot wallet is not getting refilled so they have to wait for few weeks to get their withdrawal but Lightlord didn't gave any shit about it, he remain silent all the time but resolved everything like the payment delays amd hot wallets after that there is no update about hot wallet.

But there is some interesting observation which is about their bankroll investors, they started to take out money slowly after this kind kf behaviour from Lightlord.

It's better to talk about their campaign on the specific campaign thread and not on this not that's solely made for the casino's concern.

Basically the reference for the withdrawal issue is in this ANN thread but Poker Player use the link of last page from this thread which was the same date as when he created the reputation thread. If you follow this thread regularly, you will find several complains related to delayed withdrawal for long time with similar reason. The reason is about empty hot wallet and lightlord  did not refill the hot wallet as fast as he can.

A "instant cashout" casino where the hotwallet is ALWAYS empty. At a certain point, call it what it is, they're choosing to leave the hot wallet empty. It's not as if an unexpected surge of cash outs is the problem.
But don't worry, you can still play your crypto in the meantime! Hot wallet will be filled as soon as you bust.
If you get bored, don't forget to come to chat and have one of the mods repeatedly literally harrass you, including specifically banning you for 3 minutes then unbanning you (because they weren't justified to begin with) just so you won't get rain anymore ("the same person shouldn't be getting top spot every rain")

Oh and promo? That doesn't even exist anymore.

I think this is enough to support that Red Tag, and i believe that @lightlord needs to change this habit for His own betterment in gambling business.

The answer is posted above mate, actually originally it was posted here in this Thread but the OP decided to create His own thread and then transferred in Scam Accusation board.

But the sad part is that because of the waiting , the complainants lose all the funds when he tries to play while waiting .

Yes Poker Player is absolutely right, and the flag would have only been the beginning, I made that very clear to one of the mods. There are way more effective ways to hurt them really hard on top of creating flags.

The thing with the loss that didn't occur is that they were simply lucky in my case. I tried to withdraw a sizeable amount of Doge to sell for Bitcoin. At the time I requested the wd, price was at ~600 Sats, when I finally could withdraw it was still about in this range. If it had dropped by say 100 or even 200 Sats within this time I would have made a pretty big loss (USD and BTC-wise). But even with about the same price I could have easily lost on a missed opportunity (whatever, a car, a house that got sold otherwise in the meantime).

When I invested into bitvest I tried everything first with small amounts and did rely on their promise to be able to withdraw any amount within 18 hours backed on lightlord's excellent trust and reputation. But it was part of the agreement that I proposed that if I get my money on my last ultimatum that I won't follow-up on it in anyway, neither flags nor other measures I have had prepared and I uphold that agreement from my side. There is indeed a bit of a dilemma in this, but I decided to keep my word as I still feel very lucky having got my investments back.

Actually I first only planned to divest a small amount from bitvest to secure some of my gains and the reason for that were previous credible reports from people in the bitvest thread that they can't withdraw for days and do not get any answers no matter how they try contact bitvest, which kind of started to unsettle me considering the amounts I had invested there. Once I found I couldn't even divest a small part of my investment I got worried and decided to pull out everything ASAP. Mods told me that this is an ongoing problem since longer but I should just trust that I get my money at some point. So this is obviously has been going on longer than two months.

You are not misleading people at all. It is a big problem for the site and for a place that has been doing marketing for years, it is really not that smart to suddenly stop caring about people and ignoring everything and being AFK for so long. I understand that last time was because he was sick, but I said the same two things ; one is how come we should be okay with him being sick that caused it? Shouldn't there be alternative solutions for when he is sick, and two what about the previous late payments?

All in all I would say that this place is getting worse by the day unless lightlord proves the solutions he came up with are permanently solving these.

Was a month ago but he was online 4 days ago.

He's aware of what's going on and we don't know how long he has to adjust to fix things that has been left for his casinos. Especially that people have figured out about the problem on the hot wallet.

It's a major concern not only for his customers but as well as the major concern for the investors.

There's a previous issue about withdrawal here and the amount is huge, but neither op nor their team give an explanation about that particular problem. Thats why gamblers lose their confidence to play in both casinos owned by lightlord.

But as you've said both casinos has still many players and doing well, maybe the owner is already working to get his business back to normal. But its better if there's an official announcement here so we know the real status of both casinos. and that is a MUST for every gambling site , and a Owners Obligation to make the wallet always filled and ready for withdrawals  because the players depositing from time to time and not aware of the Hot wallet being emptied , so they are becoming frustrated and disappointed whenever there are a delay in withdrawals.

If lightlord will put His feet into the players Shoes, he will understand the eagerness and the reactions .
