Dark marketplaces are illegal marketplaces or well marketplaces with illegal products on them a lot of it.
They are mainly used by criminals to buy and sell drugs and weapons as #1 because the marketplaces are so anonymous and not traceable if you do it right, I'd stay away from them.
Aside from that, bad people there uses bitcoin to sell online stuff like child porn, rape and murder videos. All tragic things go in there. If you can't take that kind of stuff, refrain from opening those sites. |

Look those materials are being sold with fiat, and crypto has just bringed them advantages that fiat hasnt, we do see several days people exposing childs porn, there a insane and sick market at those, but crypto cant do nothing against. |

and that is such a shame when you pay something with the bitcoin.

There are now many places when you can buy some illegal stuff and that is because it is easy to pay with Bitcoin and it is also becoming more used and popular so that is why there are now more.
And it will be bad for the people with a bad meaning and the problem is that you also cant stop them.

Its not always the case , if you are aware enough on the risk when you intend to shop on that place then you should do make yourself with safety precautionary measure but as you said i would not intend to shop on that place because of lots of scammers and the essence that is a darkmarket but theres still legit sellers out there but its really hard to trust especially to the goods that are being on sale on their. |

Dark marketplaces are markets with illegal items being sold and services too in all kind of categories it's pretty sickening.
If you need info you just go on tor and search it up you will find hidden link wikis with a lot of information

there are so many dark marketplaces on the internet that you almost cant choose witch one you should use but you need to know that lots of peopel
dopnt know how it works and that is the biggest problem.

You have a website that you can find on google that has reviews from dark marketplaces and also some marketplaces with direct invite links.
Its pretty nice because the reviews are real and I also find a good one to look on sometime on the deep web..

I have a question and i hope someone can help me out. I see on the Tor network a lot of dark marketplaces where you can pay with bitcoin. My question, how do they make those markets? Is there any tutorial we can find?
you will not get any tutorial about making these markeplaces if you know PHP and codeigniter (php frame ware) you will make your own marketplace if you dont know php and codeigniter so learn first and then make your marketplace here i put link many old marketplace use this script https://github.com/Bit-Wasp/BitWasp you can download there script and make changes there and create your own marketplace i hope you will understand |

So naturally this attracts criminals but also authority fishing for criminals in there so be careful when browsing.

Dark marketplaces sell and buy illegal products usually, and it's not safe or secured as well, you can easily get scammed using their services. Its always better to avoid using such marketplaces.

Not all people are criminals a person which use drugs is criminal? Just because He do like the feeling fromt He drgus, i do understant it not be legal, but it would be better it there were a regulated market of drugs, people wouldnt hidden and pay overpriced those, the only ilegal i do believe its a problem is people traffic and guns thats a problem

You should be downloading TOR if you want to acces dark marketplaces and information about them cause it's very easy to find on TOR.
Also it's cool to see what is on it for curiousity cause a lot of the stuff is really being sold which is kind of creepy.

Most of the dark marketplaces were just scam specially the stand alone page sites dealing with high price item like fake us ids, weapons etc. I haven't done deal but some store with inbuilt escrow feature could be safe way to buy things in dark marketplaces.
I am no need of illegal items so i don't bother going to dark web to buy things and i really don't like how darkweb sites can scam easily.
Personally I prefer that bitcoin should not use for buying dark market items like weapons and etc... We guys should understand that bitcoin is decentralized currency which is not acceptable by government. If btc users stops using bitcoin for these things means more adoption will come to bitcoin and price is also rise rapidly... Who cares about the government they are just bad to the people and corrupted in any country keeping secrets and making money dissapear better than magicians. Having bitcoin is like giving the big finger to them buying weapons etc is not a good thing but government isnt either. |

You wont able to access those darkmarket if you dont use tor because its not searchable on using surface webs and you would really need to download tor and other services which could able you to access them. There are really interesting and creepy things on darknet. Back to topic setting up a marketplace in darknet is the same here on surface web i suppose. |

Dark marketplaces are bad marketplaces used for criminal activities they are very shady and anonymous so I'd stay clear.
They have a lot of items on there but most popular will probably be drugs and guns as a second.

well i think openbazaar is great place, rather than build a dark marketplace, you know people who see "dark market" is usually judge bad thing. Well I think that is a good idea to open up your own bazaar but I guess people who are already into dark marketplaces will stay there for they are already using and been there for a long time. Because more people tend to like more to be in dark marketplaces for they are getting what they want there rather than in a bazaar. |
