In fact, that guy didn't delete his posts, he actually replaced their contents with "deleted", "removed", "locked", and so on. And I don't get what you might see wrong with that per se, irrespective of deleted content...
If you look at their Stats page he has a bar on every single hour of the day. This means that they had at least 24 posts. Also, all of the bars are different heights, which means they have made more than 24 posts (as they has made more posts at certain times than others). I believe that they only changed the ones they couldn't delete to 'deleted', 'locked' and 'removed'.

10 March 2014, 12:25:55 pawnco.in u=265418  starts a self moderated thread: [PRE-ANN][PAWN] Pawncoin-Launch Thu Mar 20 2014 [Cryptorush] https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=508824.0

Code:
Name: pawnco.in

Last Active: 28 May 2015, 16:08:33

Looks harmless enough, but then have a look at this:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=265418;sa=statPanel http://archive.is/uEksi

ie They've deleted their posts with the exception of the thread OP's, but the stats shows they have posted more than seven times.

In fact, that guy didn't delete his posts, he actually replaced their contents with "deleted", "removed", "locked", and so on. And I don't get what you might see wrong with that per se, irrespective of deleted content...

Though I agree that the user name looks suspicious and scammy

I've been able to scrape some interesting information indirectly about pornco.in such as from TomatoCage u=37522 and Raxe.io u=301032 posts amongst others...

I disagree. Your posts are shit quality on this account and I'm sure the story is the same on your alts.
You post the same useless bullshit in the same threads to do nothing but bump up your post count and earn dust from your signature campaign:
girls are also gamble but not many times like a boys because they like different things to do and i like when girls want gamble that is funny girl
yea but it is really hard to find girl how she gamble in my case i didnt saw that type of girl
i want find ine girl or myself wich will gambe on internet so then itca  be more funn with that girl

If you would like my suggestions, which I'm sure you will completely ignore like every other parasite on this forum, but I would read the forum threads and better your English skills to a bearable level using one account before trying to further exploit this place for your selfish desires.

To respond to this part:
i am just hardworking guy who  want make serious money here and nothing else
Cool, you are here for the same reason as 3/4 of the rest of the forum. How's about you try to achieve that without making the forum a worse place than it already is?

My apologies for going off topic, will stop now.

Theymos has detailed how this is actually done. It depends on your id.
And of course, a secret seed

...
Currently this randomness is done with a single SQL query, which is very convenient.

Code:
update smf_members set ID_POST_GROUP=21 where ID_POST_GROUP=8 and
activity>=775 and activity>=775+conv(substr(sha1(concat(ID_MEMBER,
secretSeed)), 1, 2), 16, 10);

The required activity level per user is suitably random for betting, but anyone who can read my code (there are a few such people) will be able to exactly predict when someone will become Legendary, so I don't really recommend it.
Thanks for posting this. Now that I see the code, I am fine and waiting. I passed the 903 mark, meaning that the first bit of my converted hash was '1'. That is the unlucky half, who has to wait longer.
Shoudn't be that long any more, and hopefuly my substring isn't 'FF'.

Am still a Hero at 910 activity... maybe next fortnight...  Undecided
I'm in the line as well. Not sure when we'll ultimately break in. Cry

Could not make it this time either. Cry

I'm finally eligible for Legendary status at the next activity add up in a fortnight. Obviously I expect to wait a long time still but it's nice to finally nearly be eligible.

I guess, that user keeps own previous rank, after deleting posts, only in case if he login never more, or other option he gain post count again in same 14 day period.

Shoudn't be that long any more, and hopefuly my substring isn't 'FF'.

And I finally got upgraded, when changing from 910 to 924. It means that the first two bytes of my hash were between 87 and 95. Good to get there and I wish all waiting members to become Legendary in the next activity upgrade.

Go to the modlog, pick any user who has been nuked. All of them will have some details on the General Statistics page.
This section probably doesn't get updated when users' posts are deleted.
