just for info:

so far non of my masternodes running with version 2.1.2.1 crashed
some masternodes still running with 2.1.2.0 & just crashed again, so i guess the new version is a nice step ahead for masternodes Wink

What addnodes are you using?  I have been syncing for the past 3 hours with none in the masternode darknet.conf files and it's still less than 50% done on the first node.
It was stated when we pushed the update before this past one, that you should not need any addnodes. Yes, coin-server.com is a good one to have, but again, you should not need any. If you have more than that one, i would remove them all and delete your peers.dat file and restart the daemon

This new update is a great news. I hope it will fix those crashing issues.

I have removed everything from my wallet but its still stuck at the block I posted before..

Keep the wallet.dat, the darknet.conf and masternode.conf and delete the directory. launch again with the latest update and start brand new.

When the people of the world will get that covid was intentionally released to frame china, steal the election from trump, assure massive bail outs and foster the forced vaccination agendas...they will forget, like 911, wmds in irak, uss liberty or pedogate.

my nodes are still running...well they say they are enabled. not had any payouts tho but over all this update has fixed the crashing issues as they are actually running. windows wallet is different question tho.

Been away and not paying attention for the last couple of weeks, so just upgraded. New wallet is syncing and working fine for me on Win10 64, FWIW. Thanks to everyone for working through the issues of the past little while!

Question, and apologies if this was addressed however many pages back: Just got my first MN payment after upgrading, and the text is grey and it has a little eye beside it. I'm assuming this means the payment is invisible in some way. Is this the new normal for all MN payouts now?

Also, is staking automatic or does it have to be configured (if it's even up and running at present)?

Cheers.

Needs to confirm and it won't be grey anymore

Ok... running DarkNet Core:2.1.2 ...

A couple masternodes ended up being out of sync for a while... behind 100+ blocks and
showed up from the controllers point of view as missing / expired.

I suppose leaving them, things would have fixed themselves. I connected a couple of
working masternodes to the "stuck" peers with addnode ..... onetry... and the nodes
came back into sync in a few minutes. (and show up as ENABLED from the controller.

my nodes are active but no payments as of yet? have you reset the time that they need to be online for once updated? would of expected a payment by now.

Can confirm the new client keeps on crashing in Windows. Every time I start to try to stake it crashes - hmmm..

Not liking this. Seems really suspicious. Nice way to stake without competition for a select few.

To those still having issues, can you please hop on skype or slack so that we can help get things figured out? Just checked in with a few of the folks there and they have Windows wallets that are ticking along just fine on v2.1.2.1, staking and serving as controller wallets at the same time. I am doing it on Linux, and s3v3n is doing it on Mac. There are still some underlying things to tweak, but there is no reason you shouldn't have a fully functioning wallet.

The links to skype and slack are in the OP, shoot s3v3n a PM with an email address for a slack invite.

My windows wallet hasn't crashed and says it staking plus it's acting as my controller and it says it's active bit I have had no payments. It is in sync as well.

Yeah, I was staking fine on the last version up to Aug. 21. I think all these crashing errors will suddenly clear up when staking rewards go down.

I was wresting my corrupt wallet.dat on my controller wallet all day yesterday. But I gave up and went back to an old pre-pos wallet.dat backup made in July. It seems it's working okay now. (again) My coin balance looks right and is on the right block. (matches MN info page) Now I'll just have to wait and see if my MN payments start to trickle in. (I started them about 14 hours ago)

Anyways, I wish I bought some of those cheap DNET at 500 sat yesterday during the dump!

http://www.presstab.pw/phpexplorer/DNET/chain.php?count=2000
6 address count for 30% of the last 2000 minted blocks if I'm understanding well this data. Don't look very fair IMHO.  Undecided
Edit : On the other side all of them are very big bags, so porcentually didn't seem to be so strange  Huh

Have you tried a real DEX??? But a real DEX like this!!!

It's been about 21 hours since I started up all my masternodes yesterday.
No payments received from them yet. Hopefully they'll start soon!

All this fiasco cost me 3 full days of masternode payments so far. Cry
But yeah, I was fighting with a corrupt wallet.dat after the stall.
