Hi,
Do you need to unlock the wallet and check the box that says "anonimization and staking only" When you run a masternode? Thanx

You only need to unlock the wallet to stake. If it's a local MN then you need to keep the controller wallet running but not necessarily unlocked. Alternately, if it's a remote MN, you don't even need the controller wallet running at all, let alone unlocked. Of course, if you do leave your controller wallet unlocked, you can stake your MN profits as they come in (but not really worth it until you have > 1000 'extra' coins accumulated).

Regardless of your setup, you should check it regularly to make sure the MN is still running. Sometimes things go wrong and you have to restart your MN. Also, it'll take 2-3 days to receive your first MN payment after everything is set up.

back to 1 MN. I think we are overpriced. More than 6 btc for 10000 pivx or 1 MN? I am not sure that the current state of development deserve such a price.

The positive is that the distribution has expanded greatly with the rise and fall of the price.

However there are is still a lot to do in term of coding, and it's not a simple copy/paste operation. So there may be chain problems, meaning wallets exchanges temporarily paused, having to rewind the chains and who knows what.

I hope the devs team will be able to pull it off.

Then there is btc, who is in my opinion slowly ending it's block size limitation. Sooner or later a solution will be found, and when this next stage of btc is initiated...

it's gonna be wild and wide.

And finally I tried everything, but it's impossible to have more than one MN stable on one pc (i tried with a recent quad-core 8gb ram 1 ssd, and still crashing too often), but with only 1. flawless.

When the people of the world will get that covid was intentionally released to frame china, steal the election from trump, assure massive bail outs and foster the forced vaccination agendas...they will forget, like 911, wmds in irak, uss liberty or pedogate.

i guess 40 - 60 cents is ok for now

for masternodes - no problem to have 5 nodes one one vps @ vultru for 5 bucks/month
25 GB SSD $5/mo $0.007/h 1 CPU 1024MB Memory 1000GB Bandwidth.

thats cheap and more than 1 node on same vps is realy no problem
can't speak for windows and i guess this would never work no matter how much power you have and you also need 5 static ip's (v6)

Just a notice to whoever is spreading news that zpool.ca pays out in PIVX, you're wrong.  You took advantage of a misconfiguration on my pool, which let you siphon funds from a masternode account. Whoever you told, and subsequently just lost their accrued PIVX, you should be paying them back.

ZPOOL - the miners multipool! Support We pay 10 FLUX Parallel Assets (PA) directly to block rewards! Get paid more and faster. No PA fee's or waiting around for them, paid instantly on every block found!

How do I stake Pivx from my wallet? Thank you.

The method is the same regardless. Have coins in your wallet. Make sure you have staking=1 in your conf file. Unlock your wallet for staking and anon only. Wait. (Of course, this also assumes that your wallet is syncing properly and is up to date.)

Coins will only stake once they have 101 confirms, which explains why staking takes a while to activate. Once it's active (green arrow in lower right of wallet), how long it takes to receive a stake depends on how many coins you're staking. As a rough reference point, staking 10k coins will result in a payout of 6.34 (at time of writing) PIVX ~once/day. More often with more coins, less often with fewer. Regardless, minting won't start for a couple of days after staking begins.

Exact current payout numbers here: http://178.254.23.111/~pub/DN/DN_masternode_payments_stats.html

Not necessarily.  I minted my first block reward within a couple hours of staking activating.
