I have to laugh when I read people talking about pump and dumps here.

This is clearly not a pump and dump. If it was the price would have crashed long ago.

The PIVX team have done something really smart with this asset.

They fork a coin that has great tech (Dash) but little trust in the community due to the massive premine and other things.

Its a very smart idea and it was staring everyone else in the face.

Right now Dash has a market cap of what - nearly 20x PIVX, despite the fact PIVX has better tech AND wasnt mega premined. And people just don't trust Dash in general.

Thats why smart people are buying and HOLDING this. Its going to overtake the market cap of Dash. Just be patient, and stop stressing if it drops in value sometimes. Thats what all currencies do. It doesnt mean its getting dumped.

I'm not even going to consider selling 1 PIVX until it overtakes Dash in market cap. And even when it does (which it will) I'm going to continue to hold most of it.

Fast, instant private transactions in a coin that wasnt premined? Who doesnt want that?!

PIVX is going WAY north of $1 billion in market cap.

Go have a look at the Dash forums - people who have been heavy into Dash are starting to invest in Pivx instead.

Of course. But erase any copy done before encryptation.

Would it be possible to implement a PIVX selling service on the website as a second method of payment. If so, I would bring a lot of trade volume for the PIVX platform. I really do believe in this project, but the market cap growth has been way to fast to be stable in the short  term.
I expect a painful correction sometime, maybe even now. Just putting it out there, there are never any guarantees on price.

Lol what floor? Do not watch the floor. Wait for the moon. Inevitable that PIVX will rise a lot more with huge volume. Hold and see. Don't expect it to happen in 1 day. If you can stand the storms on the way you will be fine. People sold BTC for a dollar too once. DASH too. ETH too. This is the game and it takes some balls to ignore the few dumps on the way.

While I agree it will moon eventually, volume goes both ways, selling and buying. So volume doesnt automatically result in price growth.
I think people need to appreciate this is a long term project and shouldnt all pile in for short term profit, as that might not happen.
