Question about supply...
How do you not know the supply totals? I must be missing something.

Hi when you announce the winners. This friday or next. Could you plz be more specific due to the fact we only have 1 day to claim the price.
Its cryptoworld. The early bird catch the worm Haha I hope not my friend. That is not a reliable agrement of the GAME team of they go that path. If they choose to give a price Give Away, then you need to handle that in a professional manner. I hope you are wrong and they dont act like they regret to give the price away. We've announced our winners and have reached out to them via social media and email. We will announce it again tomorrow. We take this very seriously and want to ensure our loyal community members get their prizes.

A community member was just a little uncertain if the total 59,000,000 coins were out on the market. I explained to them that as a company we naturally have some of our own in reserve, while the rest is out in various marketplaces and user pockets. That's all

I am proud to announce that GameCredits has officially launched in Fragoria, an MMORPG with millions of players. This achievement is nothing short of fantastic. Users in Fragoria can now use GameCredits to pay for in game items/currencies. This is the beta test of our new payment gateway, so please expect some temporary limitations, unlike what we will have in weeks and months from now (meaning will we update and perfect it). As we polish off the gateway, we will plan for our next integration in Get the Gun a third person shooter. Please don't hesitate to ask us any questions regarding this launch and anything else you are concerned/interested with. Again, there may be a number of minor bugs with this version! The dev team has been working around the clock to make this possible, and will continue at it until the gateway is perfected! Thank you to our community for the support along the way, the GAME is on! https://wallet.gamecredits.com/landingAbove is our new web wallet (mind the difference in .come from the previous .org). Gamers will be sent here where they can currently purchase GameCredits with bitcoin, and shortly paypal, credit card, and other methods.

And another important remark: the former, org wallet will remain fully functional and we will be merging accounts gradually. You can transfer finds from .org to .com wallet yourself of course.

This is very cool news, I joined in the Thunderclap campaign and even told my Son about GameCredits. I think I need to try to pick a few up from POLO before the price goes up ..

I was just wondering about other use cases of GameCredits. Not like in the usual manner when money goes from players to game developers for some extra in-game features. But instead players could compete for GameCredits against other players? Like for example there could be paid matches and free matches for a game. In a paid match people would have to buy-in to compete against each other and the prize pool would then be awarded for winners while developers would take a small fee. Think of a poker tournament. What do you think?

That sounds like a great idea i think the real adoption hinderance as of now is, player required to first buy bitcoin and then to buy GAME rather than simply buying GAME with paypal or credit card. I know developers said they would be intergrating this but if adoption is your goal, IMO this should be first priority. Although i like your idea of distributing GAME for free matches. Free GAME (dust amount) for players to play around would be good too.

A seamless exchange from simple mass access payment methods has a number of hurdles which are not easy to overcome.

Within a matter of days/weeks we will have the option to pay with paypal or credit car. We launched in Fragoria before we had these options to test a number of bugs and work on fixing the system. It was best to do this when only a rather small portion of users would be buying GameCredits with bitcoin from our wallet. As for the question about prizes. GameCredits has the ability to monetize a number of games. In essence, we could (and are planning) gaming tournaments where individuals can play to win thousands of GAME. Any early tournament will again, be a test of our system polishing off any bugs. That way, when we offer our solution to developers, they can start doing paid tournaments of their own. Hope that makes sense!

Ok. I know Devolpment team 'knows' whats best for GAME. How is the response from gamers regarding GAME? However I observed rise in number of transactions but don't know which transactions are made by players. A data about transaction volume for GAME transacted by gamers or something would be great.

Ok. I know Devolpment team 'knows' whats best for GAME. How is the response from gamers regarding GAME? However I observed rise in number of transactions but don't know which transactions are made by players. A data about transaction volume for GAME transacted by gamers or something would be great. The number of transactions has increased, however it is definitely incredibly small. We've said time and time again, we're not focusing on Fragoria's size because we think thousands of people will start using GAME. Right now we're not focusing on the increase in transaction, and frankly that is insignificant to us (It's very important long term. Don't get me wrong. We want many people to use GAME, but that wasn't the concern with this launch.) We choose to launch in Fragoria because we felt it had the right size player base to allow us to make our solution absolutely perfect. In several months, when we're on many more games across several platforms, that is when focus on transactions by gamers would be important. We're not there just yet but we will be in due time. I hope you understand the reasoning behind our perspective. Thank you for your support and interest.

if Circle is going to incorporate other digital tokens in its platform to send via social media, game tokens would seem like a natural fit. or are they just focusing on the sending of fiat currencies? I know they would not be the conduit to acquire tokens, but they could be a great conduit for spreading tokens (interest)

Well I only vaguely know about Circles platform. But we are always looking for ways to use game both in and outside of the gaming industry. We'll jump on any opportunity we come across.
