I've been loving the volatility of the coin - and its great to pick some cheap ones up to stake. I have every confidence the price of the coin will increase again - so have no problem in buying during any downturn.

Those articles make a lot of sense.

It may also be a matter of perspective with patience playing a role.

First noticing EGC a little over a year ago, to me, the value has increased maybe three to five times, especially if that short term price rise/adjustment is ignored.

Probably preaching to the choir here, but digital currency is still in it's infancy, and if EGC can stick around, I believe that it has great potential.

SegWit is just 2 MB blocks if I am right. EGC has much bigger blocks if I am right, that means SegWit is a downgrade.

For new updates, I suggest reading the past few pages of this thread. We go through about half a page a day, sometimes more. There have been many developments the past week alone. Those can all be found here.

Of course, there are more developments in the works. But things are only made public at a fitting time, so as not to raise false expectations and for other 'business' and 'strategical' reasons.
