Thanks soopy452000 for offering help. It is what we indeed need, people with with good reputation to help. Meanwhile, I'll try to address few very important question from bumbacoin... questions that seem important
1. there are a bunch of people involved in the coin, is frazazel the particular person who received the wallet.dat and dumped the coins? does he have access to anything else that might be a temptation? - it seems important to know who it was, and whether other people were involved
As far as I know, there are several people in the Dev team, who could have access to wallet.dat. Surely some of them are just victims of the offender, just like the rest of us. 2. who has information pertaining to the swap process that maybe helpful to get a better overview of what still needs to happen? - the post c-cex/yobit exchange process still needs to happen
What refers to C-Cex wallet, no post-process possible now. The wallet is compromised, and maximum we can do, is to ban further withdrawals from those addresses (if we update the Drz2 wallets). Communication with Yobit needs to be restored though. 3. who is in communication with yobit? - it seems that it might be useful for yobit to burn the coins they hold
I tried to contact them, but they seem unresponsive, unlike C-Cex. Is there anyone here who has good connections with Yobit, so can ask them to provide an info on their old wallet.dat? Please step in... 4. who has control over the unswapped DRZv3? how many are there? where are they? - fairly obvious question
This is probably the most important question. We need Frazazel to tell us. By some reason I believe he is not involved in the offense, and we all need his input. 5. does anyone have a copy of win wallet as the OP link is dead?
I have it, put it here: https://mega.nz/#!f9kSQAwA!8LK6xUOB3ORbGhzk_nFvaUtXKuIKrdyK41ZwFOz-_1MPlease virus-scan it before installing (not to blame me later ). And DO NOT download it from quotations of my message, if any! It runs well, and syncs well as soon as you put the node list from bumbacoin into the Droidz2/droidz.conf. I also have a node on VPS running, and it is in that list. - a new explorer for v3
I can install Iquidus-based one, but of course, CryptoID-based explorer is much preferable. Cryptoid is the best of the best currently existing explorer, though still not perfect (I missed few features while trying to review Drz2 recent activity). EDIT: just noticed CryptoID the post about new explorer. That's great! Any new finds from there, bumbacoin?

i just had a look at tracking D3 coins (or D2) depending on which naming protocol you follow :p i'm going to stick with D3 !! anyway. yobit coins are in a huge clump still. https://chainz.cryptoid.info/drz/address.dws?2SQ8WCYzs7UdjLR3JED43EtemPb6Eeb9Av.htmc-cex is split up a bit more. but this is one of theirs. https://chainz.cryptoid.info/drz/address.dws?2FvDigucsXdxM1QHzonfY71rFooLvh8apa.htmi'm not sure the best way to communicate with cryptoid but i've been messaging them with these, so they can add names to the richlist/wallets all i'm doing atm is just looking at my past transactions in/out and checking the addresses

yes, C-Cex stakes their new DRZ coins (and was staking the old DRZ coins too)... Well, I'll not comment on this (as it still has something to ethics, which is a shady subject as we know ) .. but I would tell this helps the network at least.

I am happy to see an UPDATED BLOCK-CHAIN yes, this ( https://chainz.cryptoid.info/drz/address.dws?344.htm, 2RL8w6zM57Ly3B4MN3Cc9qoW9sfy5RGbaV) is the swap main wallet. It still has all the unswapped coins, and it stakes! And yes, its very nice to see the new blockchain explorer in cryptoid. It means not only dark forces are working, but also forces of light are not sleeping

I'm voting for NAV DEV! He have experience and already rescued a lot of coins including NAV, and not only that, at one moment nav was very very valuable on bittrex 6k sat l think?!
Yes i agree, i`m supporter of nav and i think nav dev has ability and knowledge to get us back in the game.
I've heard about the situation here at Droidz from a good friend of the community and I'm really sad and extremely sorry to hear about the turn of events here and for the losses everyone endured.
I'm glad and happy to extend any technical expertise or any fix that could put your guys back on track and turn around this situation for the community's sake.
Hold Strong.
Regards, ~SoopY~
tanx soopy ... there are no real hard 'facts' about what has happened - but the fingers all point to some foul play here ... any ideas - or advice mate? ... #crysx You're welcome , it would be lovely if the community can give me the current status and a brief overview of the turning of events upto now , so that I can suggest and advice what I believe that could be done to keep this coin alive and the community together.
Regards, ~SoopY~ive asked you for your qualified advice soopy - and brought you into a mess unfortunately ... as we have spoken in our chat - there is limited information as to the ACTUAL events - but fingers point to many reasons why - and only a few reasons HOW this all happened ... you have the info that i can muster - and the rest needs to come from the people in the know ... whether publicly here - or in pm ... i dont care which way ... if there is a way of repairing ( or reversing ) this issue - then we are all ears - and as you know my ideas - i think your ideas and advice on what needs to be done would come with more experience in such situations ... a great deal of nay sayers have frequented the thread - which unfortunately includes the original dev who rears his ugly head with negativity and gloat about how much he has ripped the community off in btc ... who knows what part he / she plays in this also - if any ... but what we do need is some expert advice and ideas to divert ( or revert ) this issue ... we have worked together previously - and will have no issue working with you now - as i trust that your advice and knowledge will not be in a negative vein ... i trust you - so do many of the other community members - but we also know how busy you are with all the other projects you have on your plate ... your advice would be enough soopy - and well worth it ... lets do this ... #crysx Yes SoopY can do this without problems, and it would be good to cooperate with NAV! He is very good developer, Drz could be in safe hands if he agrees to do a takeover ?!

yes, this ( https://chainz.cryptoid.info/drz/address.dws?344.htm, 2RL8w6zM57Ly3B4MN3Cc9qoW9sfy5RGbaV) is the swap main wallet. It still has all the unswapped coins, and it stakes! And yes, its very nice to see the new blockchain explorer in cryptoid. It means not only dark forces are working, but also forces of light are not sleeping the remaining pre-mine has been moved to some new addresses, there was some concern that it was still vulnerable in the above address at the time of the move there was a balance of 1,323,192.972073 DRZ https://chainz.cryptoid.info/drz/address.dws?2NvsGGrrQwhVqJUv7cmYf26GZzPLL6wCxg.htm 485,816.55420805 https://chainz.cryptoid.info/drz/address.dws?2ZfZn4w4cge4nF27gN5sU5i4428KmqAGDb.htm 500,031.12945739 https://chainz.cryptoid.info/drz/address.dws?2DQ16ZFLoKK9kABUtZWMy7TM7Q2HGJCrgv.htm 400,028.93557205 as the wallets on the explorer are not updated real time, it's hard to see total balances without looking at individual addresses atm.

Dear All,
Thank you very much for your kind words of affection and support , appreciate it very much and means a lot to me hearing that you guys love my work and are part of NAV too. Thank you.
I'm pleased to present you with a comprehensive report of the entire scenario from my point of view from what I read through the thread and will present you with a few avenues that we can walk through to finally rectify the issues on behalf of the community and what we can actually do to give back life to DRZ.
First of all I would like to state that sadly DRZ is currently in quite a messy situation which you would already know , but I would also like to state that there's hope in getting back up.
Let's talk about what has happened.
1. DRZ was taken over by 3 developers of 1 gave up right from the begining , 2nd one put out an update and went missing and 3rd came a bit more far and seems to be having issues of his own too I believe.
2. Swap process was initiated by the 3rd Developer who took over DRZ and first phase of it was completed , which being the swapping of coins at the exchanges , which was successful where C-Cex and Yobit recieved coins from the new blockchain and client but it was all successful upto a point where C-Cex old DRZ wallet with the coins was directly given to the Dev to be burnt by himself but something has occurred at this point and these coins ended up on Bittrex , where the market was still open for OLD-DRZ and someone dumped the coins and made away with a few bitcoins , anyhow while all this was happening Yobit has Burned the coins themselves and I believe there was an address on the thread to support this.
3. The developer has close to over 1 million coins with him from the new blockchain and client.
4. Developer has not been seen online for the past 2 weeks or so.
5. Currently though I would prefer the markets at C-Cex and Yobit Frozen as there is a possibility of the new coins being dumped as we do not know for a fact who currently have these and poses a risk.
Problems Identified ----------------------
1. OLD-DRZ dump on Bittrex
2. New Coins held with the developer
3. Loss of trust in DRZ and its future being questionable
4. Presence of FUD and comments by the original DRZ developer who comes around every once in a while and tries to fail any efforts put into this coin to revive it.
What can we actually do. ----------------------------
1. The old DRZ dump has already happened and the culprit has run away with BTC , so there are new people holding DRZ and they will need to be swapped to the new ones.
2. The above cannot be currently achieved as the developer holds the balance coins for the swap of user balances of individual holders.
3. Currently there is no excess DRZ-OLD coins in circulation , the circulation is the same , I believe this was a concern of the community and I would like to put it to rest , the number of DRZ coins on OLD and New Chains should match and neither of them should be in excess.
4. There is a certainly a need for a name change and restructuring of the coin.
My Suggestions ------------------
1. Re-name of DRZ and full restructuring of the Coin.
2. OLD-DRZ dump can be resolved with a blockchain rollback but I believe this is quite useless at this point as the culprit has already run away with the bitcoins and people will be at a loss.
3. The NEW-DRZ coins left with the developer needs to be dealt with and the same amount of coins will need to mined again.
4. Let's get to work shall we?
Please correct me if I am wrong and please put your thoughts on the table and discuss the same.
Warm Regards, ~SoopY~

SoopY, thanks a million for your analysis and your positive efforts toward the salvation of this project! As you asked this: Please correct me if I am wrong and please put your thoughts on the table and discuss the same.
I will speak out There are few points in your analysis which either I don't completely understand or they need some correction. Point 1. ---------------------------- First of all, there are good news you are not aware about yet: 3. The developer has close to over 1 million coins with him from the new blockchain and client.
5. Currently though I would prefer the markets at C-Cex and Yobit Frozen as there is a possibility of the new coins being dumped as we do not know for a fact who currently have these and poses a risk.
Here are the good news - as far as I understand, currently the new DRZ swap coins supply (1.3M) is in safe hands, and coins are moved to new wallet, so no malicious person could access it anymore (see this post from bumbacoin: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1292142.msg13688828#msg13688828)! Point 2. ---------------------------- 3. Currently there is no excess DRZ-OLD coins in circulation , the circulation is the same , I believe this was a concern of the community and I would like to put it to rest , the number of DRZ coins on OLD and New Chains should match and neither of them should be in excess.
This is the part I do not completely understand. Yes the money supply of the old and new DRZ is currently practically the same, however the old chain contains unburnt coins which have already been swapped (about 2M coins), and those coins belong to people who got them after dump on Bittrex. So bottomline, we have about 1.3M "swap coins reserve" on new chain, and about 3.3M (1.3M + 2M) unswapped coins on the old chain. How we are going to deal with the swap then..? ---------------------------- I am not going through the rest of your analysis, as I personally completely agree to them. Rename is a good idea too: though the Droidz name is good was good by itself, but all those failed takeovers create too much negativity around that, so new life should be started with new name! EDIT: I would even suggest a name containing "Phoenix" word in... for obvious reasons. It describes this coin very well and explains its constant behavior in a good way. For those who didn't get it: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phoenix_%28mythology%29 . And the bird is really nice, much nicer than grinning droidz with bared sharp teeth . Thanks again for your input and efforts!
