For now I think it's going to be tough if want to ban bitcoin, because bitcoin communities are big enough in the world and bitcoin users also feel good results from bitcoin because bitcoin has good potential in the future, so chances are if bitcoin is banned then this community will move for fight it. I personally would not agree if bitcoin is banned, we must maintain the existence of bitcoin in this world.
let me add that bitcoin is not something illegal and harmful to be banned. Bitcoin is a technology that that was made to make transactions simpler and more innovative.

who will forbid? Bitcoin deals are very confidential, if you have an internet connection then you will still be able to have and find Bitcoin, no one will know who is doing the transaction. nothing can stop Bitcoin except god.

What do you guys think it would happen if all the governments in the world declared bitcoin to be illegal? How do you think the community would react? What could be the possible solutions?
I think if bitcoin will be ban by the government in your country, all the bitcoin that you earned as well as the bitcoin that you invest in some bitcoin related companies will be gone. Those people who knew bitcoin will just forget it since it become illegal in their country and others will just continue earning it in a secret way.

Hypothetically speaking, if all governments in the world will ban the use of bitcoins, many BTC investors will complain of course because their money will all go to waste. It will create dispute between sectors of the society. I won't know what are the possible solutions but I am pretty sure that the online community would be the first one to propose solutions.

If Bitcoin is banned, bitcoiners would be criminals and the exchange rate would go up. That's about it.
Its a disaster for many investors and bounty hunters because some of people here. They prefer bitcoin as their source of income and when bitcoin was banned its really bad for them. Also for me.

If Bitcoin is banned, then most of the people who invested in bitcoin will be bankrupt. They will take away the Opportunity for some people to earn money too. and I can't think of any reason why they should ban the Bitcoin.

I dont think this is going to happen. The goverments cant do that. They can not do this as bitcoin continues to be used. But if they wants to do this bitcoin prices will be very low.

You are right no one can dictate us to use bitcoin since all bitcoin transactions are confidential. As long as there is an internet we can use bitcoin anytime. Banning bitcoin will cause chaos because many people depend on it. I really don't see any sense why someone will think on banning bitcoin where jn fact it helps a lot of people financially.

I don't understand how countries can ban bitcoin? If I am a member on a forum, then the moderator can ban my account and then I can't use this account anymore. But how can governments ban my wallet or the blockchain or bitcoin transfers?
I understand that governments can ban bitcoin exchanges, but people will still continue using bitcoin as they can accept it as a payment or they can even mine the coins by themselves.
If the government prohibits, then all crypto activity will be illegal and consequently are courts and prisons. there will be a lot of fear from the community, especially crypto miners, the rule will also lead to a bank transaction path that receives unnatural funds from online business, if your money is known to come from crypto business then you have to face it in court, the Government has a strong power in this case.

I think i will follow my country. If the government banned it and followed by full scale tracking of people using it, I can say it will affect majority of the users. Unless a person is ok with working underground. They will stop using bitcoin because of fear of being jailed by using it. Banning without penalty will simply make the users of bitcoin laugh at that policy, but with penalty then most of us will stop. One thing for sure, people who are involved in illegal activities won't stop

If Bitcoin will be banned by all government, then I think bitcoin will die and so the other altcoins. But I dont really see a reason why this would happen, if the government really wanted its people to improve financially, then why ban bitcoin when there is sure income for the people from it.

If there is a worldwide ban it would be possible to happen but I don't thin the government will do that when bitcoin now is beginning to answer the problems of the centralized system. Big companies are seeing bitcoin as an asset where it can help them with their operation and there is no reason for banning bitcoin just being of some irresponsible users who use bitcoin for illegal activities like money laundering.

I would definitly continue to use it! Bitcoin can't be shut down unless they shut the internet down. They may turn us into criminals just for using it, but the community won't bend!
It may be easier said than done since this would dramatically decrease the price of bitcoins to the lowest level. The decrease on the price of bitcoins are highly dependent on these kinds of factors, especially in the event of world-wide ban of it. Should there be a ban, then expect ICOs decreasing, investors pulling back their investments, and establishments removing the option of paying with bitcoins, then slowly its value will become worthless. Even if it still lingers around the internet despite the ban, I highly doubt that people would still utilize and use it.

If the government will ban bitcoin then we will be put to jail if they caught us using btc. Btc will be illegal. Well if that happened maybe the bitcoin users will lessen and the value will decrease but i don't think it will be possible because the bitcoin users are increasing in number.

There is always a threat for the usage of bitcoin because if the government will get annoyed by bitcoin and if they will not find any benefits for accepting or using it then they will just ban bitcoin to get rid of it and that is the start when bitcoin will start to fall down and its price will just dump into its zero potential and all of the investors will be in depression because of the loss.

Such a banning won't happen with bitcoin. This has been growing good without much issues, so maybe in the short or long run the usage increases with more markets giving priority as an acceptable payment source. If a ban gets confirmed, surely that'll be a disappointment. Because lot many users have invested into bitcoin all their earnings.
