After first bubble we had 6 months of price falling. We are not going to experience long time fall here too?

Are you surprised by the swiftness of the down move?  What are the implications of such a speedy down wave on future waves?

This is exactly what I expected. Smiley

IMo This was a classic bubble, a speculative fifth wave/ending move. Not a third wave with strongly improving fundamentals. I think pretty much the whole thing will be retraced

So yeah I'm as bearish as Proudhon these days...

The top post on reddit now is about suicide hotline. 1200 up votes so far. Dozens of threads about lost money, potential family break ups etc.
I think the sentiment have been reset as good and thoroughly as it needs to. The 32 price held on all exchanges reaching a bottom of around 40.
That was the hardest, fastest and most brutal ABC correction I have ever seen. I was expecting a more prolonged one like the one from 32, this was something else.
Considering how fast the correction was maybe we won't have to wait around too long for the next leg to start. Can only say wow for the last 48 hours.

That's how I feel.  Bitcoin's acting like it's got places to be.  Just get this correction shit over with.  We might have a few more shakeouts, but we only lose those who are in it to get rich quick.

Hey guys, you really need some Haloperidol tabs to calm down.

My volume was less than 1000 BTC. I can not sell such amount at once on secondary markets as  I leaved Gox (see my sig).

Also laughted on DDoS accusations. No, No and No. You have sick imagination. And sick envy.

My exit point was based on many sources. I saw that market is running out of fiat, I saw this bubble based on two single points of failure. I wrote it in public and everybody laught. And now they blame me in market crash, DDoS and everything worst in this world? Fuck you.

All my profits were based on iron logic and nothing more.

boy I'm glad I only misunderstand you wouldn't show up any more.

Effectively, I have nothing else to say.
The amplifying effect of this thread ripples beyond the forum. The worst part is that he is not the only one.

Was this thread amplifying things when bitcoin rose from $10 to $266?  Because you mentioned earlier that this thread was predicting doomsday from the start.

If you predict every freaking day that it will fall, someday it will.
Ironically for lemmings, the last result will seem to legitimize their predictive power.
This also work with nonsensical patterns, such a birth charts and cold reading.

On top of that, now we must consider the bias that depressive forecasts have over hopeful ones.
The same thing happens when you get in a reunion and meet old friends. When they talk about how extremely well they are doing in their lives, you are skeptical about it. When another guy says that his life sucks, you take that for granted.
It is a common bias. Bad predictions always gets amplified... especially when they are vulnerable.

If Lucif didn't have enough power then, he is now on the path of becoming a demigod.
The way to prove Lucif's growing popularity is to start charging a monthly fee for his analysis, and I don't doubt that he will get a growing customer base.

With such a small market as in bitcoins, it is very trivial to move trends with a few thousand bitcoins, if you add to that a relatively small and yet faithful group of followers... you can play pump and dump at will... even unwillingly.

don't be so sure yet. it is amazing to see this little staircase fight its way upstream against all the selling pressure, but there's still a whole lot of steam to let off. we're not "back to normal yet", this is going to be a period of high volatility, do not be fooled.

this sentence has fifteen words, seventy-four letters, four commas, one hyphen, and a period.

Yes absolutely, highly volatile, but I hardly think this spells the end for bitcoin as some would have us believe.  I'm excited to see people buying 70k btc to reverse the trend and keep us above $100US.  The long term future is bright buy buy buy!!!

emphasis mine.

this has literally always been the case. a lot more are worried about buying due to the threat of a short-term drop that might inflict more losses on their already goxed wallets. and you should be too.
