Wow - Missed all the fireworks. If I read correctly, I am banned from
Cryptopia by tomorrow. All I ever did there was Mine, Buy and Sell coins there.
I just took my last small amount of BTC off the site. I do not believe that
banning someone associated with a coin and, closing their account within
24 hours is an ethical business practice (just my opinion).

Had I not logged on to the FLY thread today, I would have lost the small
amount I had on Cryptopia. After Cryptsy, I don't keep much on any exchange.
But, I am OK with it. I respect Cryptopia's right to provide or not provide service
to anyone. As a business that is their right.

All locking an account does is prevent access to the site and its services. All balances are still in tact, audited and accounted for and can be retrieved. If you contact support with withdraw addresses your coins can and will be sent to you where the networks will allow it (I.E. We can't send you your FLY)

Every last one of my users knows that I have never stole, lied , deceived , cheated them. In fact ive done the opposite. I have recovered their fly coins when they have lost them for one reason or another, a hacked wallet ect. So in order to be a scammer I must have stolen something. I must have made false promises simply for my own gain. None of that is true. Thats why I left your posts up. You can rant and rave all you want, but at the end of the day, the people here know when things go wrong I deal with it. So I dont fit the profile of a scammer. Im the opposite. I cannot count how many times Ive paid out of my own pocket that were for loses , not even caused by me. As far as I was concerned I was pleased to see you payout to all users that requested. There was one late bloomer , Don Freddy. I hadnt mentioned cryptopia even once, until he came on and said that he had 340 FLY stuck there. So he asked "what the hell is going on here". So I told him. that you opened financial stats of one single private user is a crime itself. This is unacceptable and absolutely horrible for ur business reputation. Never saw this in my whole trading career from somewhere.

All exchanges have no problem with it, if customers are unfriendly or even "blame" (ur words) exchanges for their doing.

But its never acceptable to hurt the discretion of a single user. What u did is more crime than maybe one is crying, that you fouled. edit: I can cry as a customer my opinion, but you as a financial institute are not allowed to hurt human rights!!!!

Guys Ive cleaned most of the thread. Nobody wants to come here and read fud. I have left some of the posts of Cryptopia, so others can see how they conduct themselves. I knew when Don Freddy asked for his money from Cryptopia and they refused that all hell would break loose. But as you can see, they dumped it on Yobit instead of giving it to him. Anyway, as Ive said before I will still stand behind fly and Don will be compensated. I think they themselves caused ENORMOUS damage to their reputation. So I give them 60-90 days before they close the doors for good. The fact that they could not send a measly 340 fly or equivalent to a user to keep the peace tells me of their financial situation. Im sorry for all the fud, but I will always stand up for what is right.

Thats a fair question. I dont have Don's address. I have asked publicly for him to PM me and he has not. I have a very old address for him, but Im not taking a chance on sending funds there. Many that have followed fly know , when I say something I keep my word. I also deleted loads of my own posts too. I also did NOT delete all of their posts or delete all of mine. But there was pages and pages of useless information. People come here to learn about developments and not read useless fud. As far as I am concerned its over, and it was over until Don posted that he was not getting his fly, and asked why, and I told him. So hopefully this will be the end of it. I can only speak for myself, but I have NOT had any transaction problems or coins stolen by Hex and Adam while I've been a member of Cryptopia.
To delete others reply's in this thread seems very one sided. And, YES, I have been following it and know what Hex and Adam posted.

Question @vegas, If your planning on paying Don Freddy, (like you have said repeatedly in this thread) then why haven't you done it?

Thats a fair question. I dont have Don's address. I have asked publicly for him to PM me and he has not. I have a very old address for him, but Im not taking a chance on sending funds there. Many that have followed fly know , when I say something I keep my word. I also deleted loads of my own posts too. I also did NOT delete all of their posts or delete all of mine. But there was pages and pages of useless information. People come here to learn about developments and not read useless fud. As far as I am concerned its over, and it was over until Don posted that he was not getting his fly, and asked why, and I told him. So hopefully this will be the end of it. I also must point out that near 50% of all of your posts were used defending Cryptopia. That doesnt bother or alarm me, and your welcome to ask any question you want in a calm professional manner without accusations or fud. Truthfully its best we dont discuss Cryptopia, I think we both need to move past this. Im going to ask everyone else to do the same. Im sure Adam and Hex having better things to do, as I do too.

Not sure whats going on, so I'm not picking sides... But all of you should take this matter into private channels.. Endless discussion who's wrong or right will only hurt both parties.. Act professional, and take this out of the public channels...

So I'm a criminal now eh? So you must have a specific law in mind? Do you know New Zealand law? Did you read the terms of service and privacy statement that you agreed to by using Cryptopia?

And just so we're clear, I wanna get this straight. You can lie about us, your coin, your actions, and our actions, accuse us of theft, refuse to provide evidence, and then when I provide incontrovertible evidence to counter your unfounded claims, I'm the one who's in the wrong?

You who were repeatedly warned that if you did not admit that you were lying that I would publish the data I said I would publish, are surprised that when you continued to lie I published the data I said I would publish? Is that what's happening here? You can lie and accuse us of theft, but when I provide data to prove otherwise I'm a criminal? All of the data I provided is either available publically on the blockchain already, or data you gave me willingly.

Remember you were the one blustering about how you would do everything you threatened to do, and now you're stroppy because you thought I was bluffing about doing everything I said I would do?
