My wallet is working fine now. Have 10+ connections and has not crashed for the last 24 hours.
Just was not sure what was happening as wallet worked like a charm for the past month.
Everything seems to be back to normal! Griffith explained it, I trust in his skills!
Back to staking!

I am having the same problem, my wallet keeps crashing. Restarted it and crashed again. Had my wallet open
since new wallet came out had no problem. Also noticed blocks were like 2 hours apart. Blocks 70644 and 70645
there was a 2 hour gap. What's up with that?
This morning had 10+ connections. After restarting wallet, had 1-2 connections. Weird! Is this part of the problem
Cryptopia having with their wallet? I guess, I will try zap wallet? Thought that was behind us? for almost a month
wallet was running fine. Now wants to keep crashing. Had something strange happen. Had 2 connections and both
blocks in rpc said 70656. Then had 3rd connection and estimated blocks reverted back to 68412? Now have 4 connections
and went back to 70656.

Guys, I want to let you know that the wallet being on maintenance is on my mind every hour of the day. Griffith has been working on it. I reached out to Keesdewit today to ask if he had the time to work with Griffith and get this resolved. So, know that I have not forgotten this or take it lightly. So , Ive really been thinking a lot about fly and the wallet situation and thinking a lot about the past 6 months. I want to discuss the "anti-dump" feature. I am strongly thinking of removing it for good. Based on results, its not helping us. Its hurting us. I am always looking at the gauges and  signals that tell me if im taking this is in the right direction or not. Creating the antidump feature has created more problems than its solved. First I dont want to blame the devs. I was asking them the impossible. They have worked tirelessly to try to create this feature. But at the end of the day, its causing misery for everyone. I mean everyone. So I need to get with my team, and see what their thoughts are on removing the antidump. The good news is I have the funding and the talented team to create anything you guys want. Ive thrown many ideas out there, but I still havent "hit the target". I need to bring demand to fly as much as possible. Fly needs to stand on its own. So thats the direction im looking. I would encourage any of you that have creative minds to input your ideas. I would rather see some unique ideas. Fly will still become something very special and unique, it just needs to find its place and reason. The best suggestions are going to be some sort of service that is not already existing, and there is a need for it.

Some ideas I thought of and the payment would be in fly:

1. Compiling mac wallets
2. Selling seed nodes
3. We did create a site that would email people when a new wallet is released of their choosing and they would pay say 10 fly a year to get an email upon release. But there didnt seem to be much interest in this.
4. Selling massive amounts of of hashpower rental
5. People did seem to enjoy the additional rewards of superfly for social media. But that got kind of old.

Pokey, as I understand it, your wallet has to be online to earn time credit to staking....if not online, not aging, or maturing coins.  I hope that's right, I know I'll hear about it if it isn't!!

With regards to anti-dump, and future of FLY, I think Vegas said it very well; it has just hurt everyone.   And Groggin's comment about people holding the coin would probably work just as well as any anti-dump feature.  Plus, I know people's plans/circumstances change over time, and should it become necessary to sell, their hands shouldn't be tied. 

I think the most important thing is having a working wallet 99.9% of the time; it seems the anti-dump (and maybe other features, i don't know) has caused just the opposite.  So "if the eye offend thee, pluck it out"  .

Your correct Binmon. My intent was good. At the same time, Im man enough to admit that I chose this direction and it didnt work as planned. Ive always been brutally honest about everything, and I think that people know Im an honest guy that will tell it how it is. So, ive given this some more thought, and I feel in my heart a better direction for fly.

The antidump will be removed. Everyone is sick of it.

In place, the Fly wallet will take a new direction, and it looks like this:

I read the alcoin forums every day, and read about the different coins. I focus on the ones that are popular, and try to find out what they are doing to make them popular. So our new direction with fly will be based around the wallet. I want to find technology that has been proven and implement it into the fly wallet. I want to make it the most advanced wallet on earth. So it will be the "swiss army of wallets". We will implement POSP first, then let things settle down for a few weeks while we discuss ideas to make fly the best it can be, and what we can add to it to make it even better. I have seen HODL coin and it seems very popular. I have not read much except to say I saw on their OP where the longer the user holds, then the more they earn in interest. Ours would be on a much smaller scale. As If we give away 4000% it will badly inflate the coin. So these are some other ideas I wanted to add. Weve talked about adding 2FA to the wallet, so that may be another idea. So I want to create a rich , full featured wallet that develops over time, and get more ideas from the community like Groggin posted. We certainly have the devs that can do it, and we are well funded. So there is nothing stopping us from being great!!!

i look here like once a week

and i open wallet for staking once a week

and both is a positive experience

to not work for a coin and a just enjoy POS income

and reading that other people are working for my success

thats nice
