What is your plan to get rich with Bitcoin?

My plan is holding as much bitcoins as i can and then when the price is going up maybe after some few months, we can sell our coins for high prices

i think you have to wait at least 1 year to make good profit from sellig your bitcoins. price will not go up so much in a few months

Buy, hold, sell, rinse, repeat. It's not always the best way to profit but it's a profitable way since you would only sell whenever you see profit. Although at some times, it takes weeks or days even before you'd have to sell your coins.

yeah it is the best strategy to be honest, it allows me to make some decent profit over time i hope that i will become rich with it one day

Yup that is the best strategy to follow as only holding will never help you in earning regular profits, to earn regular profits you need to keep on playing with your coins regularly.

I know i wont be rich with bitcoin, as i believe to reach those status i must invest and the best moment to had made it has already gone as well. Now its possible to get a source of income with bitcoin, maybe enought to daily basics but well is very hard to make a life from bitcoin nowadays.

Ah... I've had so many plans when I started with bitcoins. Use every faucet every day, when I learned about sig campaigns I thought that I can reach the max posts every day but then all that fell into water because I'm realy lazy. Altho, I'm thinking about making 1-2 more accounts here and get them to unleast full member before I get on with my plan that is, Get up around 8am, from 9am to 3pm try to post as much as I can in those 6h (like a regular day job) and then weekly sell btc.. I mean if I can get around 5$ weekly now with this campaign, that can be a lot more if I got max post number 5 days of the week. So yeah, that's my plan for now.

That's a good idea of yours, its true and I agreed also with you many of the members here in this bitcointalk.org they have multiple accounts. And found out too that if you are full member rank and up is a big advantage in joining in the signature campaign. I don't see any wrong with it as long as you know how to maximize your time management. It is because I'm also doing that things in different IP addresses.

OP's friend's plan is a great one, but the hard part (heh heh) is getting that 100 bitcoin.  It must have been so nice back in 2009-10 when the price was low, and you could have easily become a whale in only a couple of years.  Now you have to be rich beforehand to grab 100 btc.

In either case, I think getting that amount might set you up with retirement level money in a few years.  We'll get to $5000 eventually.

If someone want to go back to the time when the price of bitcoin was in pennies then for them I will suggest that they adopt an altcoin which you will think will survive forever and after you support it and promote it one day it will be at the price where bitcoin is now.

I don't think no altcoin will ever reach Bitcoin's price to be honest... all altcoins seem to be pump and dumps, even the ones with good technology eventually end up not delivering and get stuck.

Of course there are still big pumps to profit from but its a lottery.

Extremely true that no altcoin will ever reach Bitcoin's price that's the reality and we need to accept that, Altcoins is just a clone of bitcoin or it can compare it to a shadows only. It may increase but not like bitcoin has now.

Mining for Bitcoin as it is right now is worth it if you have access to cheap electricity and you are able to get some powerful hardware for decent prices. If you're able to do that (and keep the operation going), chances are it is worth it. Altcoin mining, probably not so much.

You could consider entering the Bitcoin mining industry, but it's your choice.

I think mining bitcoin / altcoin is still valuable, so buy the hardware for mining I think it is good for your plan. But due to the halving yesterday reward earned by miners so much less. So it is a bit disappointing because with that ROI will be longer, plus the price of hardware is not down. thank you

I would say best way is to invest them in trustable service and wait for few years.be patient and you will see the result.you can also invest them in altcoins ,most of them are really successful.

yeah investment is a good method. you can become rich from investing with an investment site notes that it will never be a scam? and they have a business that continues to run. I'm sure you can get rich from it. but sites such investment, it is very rare you know ?

That's right, too rarely finding a site is offer a real investment but if saying about the trading site, I can say ok that is a good investment site but always there a risk for you to losing your amount in there. I think all of having a relationship with investment is always there an possibilities about the scam.

Well altcoin trading is for profit taking only and it's fine if people doesn't like this method. It's just an option for everyone to maximize their earning methods.

How much is the price of hardware mining you are talking about here.  As far as I can see to your statement your not doing anything in trading but mining bitcoin in your home only. I just spoke to a guy over chat who told me his plan was to get 100 BTC, wait for the price to reach $5k per BTC and retire after that. Since he lives in a third world county, that might be possible for him. I know this is a simplification of the problem but I d like to know what s your plan. How many BTC is your goal, at what price and what happens once you reach that goal. After all, we have all been involved in a dream, why not dream it a bit more. 

According to your story about your chatmate his plan was to get 100btc until the price to reach 5k$ per btc. The question is do you think when will gonna be happen? or How long we are going to wait? is it a years? As I can see in here most of the bitcoin/altcoin traders they just simply do the basic trading while waiting the price high. And that is trade at high price then but at low price. Yes, because the altcoin price is still relatively cheap and sometimes there is a very high pump. So with that if you get in the market in the right time you can have bitcoin in large numbers. But altcoin also very risky because it turns out if you buy dead coin, and the price will never go up. IMO
