NEM is definitly NOT open source even its using namecoins and peercoins tech.
LISK is open source. Everyone is having the right on the code
What MS is saying: if you want to make money by giving your code to devs, then we will charge you. If you just want reaching out the market with us, then its free for you.
NEM is using Namecoin and Peercoin tech? what are you trying to say? NEM is built from scracth, not a single line of code copied from any other coin. its not a NEM Thread neither other shitcoin Thread here. Is it? Or you want to explain the differences of POI to POS here? Or you want to explain the differences of Namespaces and Namecoin? Or you want to explain if Satoshi Nakamoto in persona wrote the blockchain for NEM and BTC in parallel of if NEM having no blockchain at all. Its Lisk Thread right? NEM Thread having 1200 pages, go there. Dacor or KMA

when it will be available in exchanges? on or around april 11th but that date MAY be subject to change if enough keys don't get generated (but i think it will still be around the 11th) and as of now only c-cex has 100% confirmed trading at launch AFAIK

Namespaces and Namecoin? haha You have no freaking idea about anything. Its a technology similar like PPC (very complicated POS with Excel sheet BS) and NMC, its not copied, like 1:1. Its written new JavaScript and its NOT open source, what mean I cant fork it. THATS the important thing. Anything else?Namespaces are the evolution revolution, good, believe it, that a domain name is completely different as NMS. You care, I dont. Once again. Shut the f*** up about NEM or get deleted, boy.

Mindless arguing about other projects, I'm not quite sure how that brings value to the Lisk ecosystem. Too much millennial angst for my taste, we have plenty to do protecting our investment. Social mediaWhile this thread is great for people already supporting or against Lisk, we need to make sure we are ALL reaching out through social media. Let's take a minute and list our social media accounts so we can support one another on the outreach. https://twitter.com/LISKCrypto_Fan

Could one of the devs answer please? NEM (XEM) decided not to join Azure, because it gives away all your rights. Read below. The tech team, rb2 and Patmst3r, worked hard in getting NEM into a docker for Azure. In case some of you who may not know Azure, it is a Microsoft cloud computing platform and infrastructure. Recently, some months ago, Microsoft opened up Azure for crypto projects to place their solutions there in the cloud repository so that testers are able to download and testbed these initiatives from one location.
We spent a considerable amount of time getting this done. Unfortunately, at the last stage of our submission we were shown the agreement. In the agreement, to put our solution up there, requires us to give away all our rights. This is not quite palatable. From http://blog.nem.io/status-on-the-azure-project/Did Lisk sign this agreement?

CjMapope, if you tell me your support request and I will see what I can do. However, if you could generate a new passphrase already, you acknowledged it and validated then all is good! We didn't sign anything. We are an open platform, Microsoft is supporting open platforms and working together with them. NEM most probably is describing something completely different.

Best to validate it so you are 100% certain that you saved the correct passphrase.
