Open a support ticket ...

Alternatively, take a flying fuck into a rolling doughnut hole and admit that if you idiot & greedy enough to "invest" in a zero experienced university student and a wanker-lawyer (who doesn't mind to give his name to a blatant scam), then you shouldn't be surprised when the whole scam is collapsing.

lisk is not a scam. dev will build masterpiece and lawyer will get rich. and then we can get rich. learn to have patience.

Good. So there are no valide reason to delay launch.

April 11 is coming!!!

"Up until today, we had estimated an official launch of the Lisk platform for April 11th, 2016. Unfortunately, there have been setbacks concerning the generation and validation of keys, associated with each ICO exchange. Consequently, we have decided to delay the official launch to the end of April, the worst case scenario being early May."

In the past in Iota thread you said "one scam at a time". Now I feel myself like you have cheated on me. I hope it's just a threesome and you didn't really break up with Iota...

At some point did you generate a new passphrase? Make sure no spaces are trailing in the passphrase (spaces after phrase is a common error when copying/pasting)?

I got an email for validating my passphrase.  Is this legit?  Should I validate it or is this send by hackers?

Should I do this?

Also when can we get the bounties for doing the facebook, twitter and newsletter sign up?

Thanks

it's not about space, the key associated with this passphrase is different than the one the site is asking me, i don't remember about generating two

I've just got a reminder from Lisk Devs

Validate your ICO Passphrase!
Important! Every ICO participant should do it!
Hello,

You are receiving this email because you participated in the Lisk ICO. According to our records, you haven't validated your passphrase yet.

Validating your passphrase is extremely important. We are therefore actively encouraging all users to validate their passphrases at their earliest convenience. This is in order to be absolutely certain that you have recorded the correct passphrase. Otherwise you risk not being able to access your Lisk account after we launch. Validation requires that you enter your passphrase on the Lisk ICO website, where your passphrase will be verified against the public key we have on record. No passphrases are transmitted over the network, all validation is performed locally within the browser.

Please refer to the following guides in order to successfully generate and/or validate your passphrase:

...

We make photocopy, downloads and print of our passphrase and still some are not valid  Huh.

Their ico systems has failures at the time the ico was creating addresses...

if you did not confirm you saved your keys, it will generate a new key every time I think.

If its not that then contact support to get a new key that you can validate.

lisk is not a scam. dev will build masterpiece and lawyer will get rich. and then we can get rich. learn to have patience.

Lisk is a scam ... if you didn't buy-in yet, or are hoping for below ICO prices.

It's funny if you look at all the scam threads while the ICO was ongoing. Those same people shouting 'Scam' then turned around later stating how their FUD didn't work, and they actually bought in. They simply wanted to keep the ICO numbers down so they would get a greater number of Lisk (although since the price would proportionally be lower, not sure if that would have been much of an advantage).

FUD/Hype, take all with a grain of salt. It just depends on whatever benefits whomever is posting. This forum is like one giant trollbox.

Well, there is an entire community asking to launch on april 11. Dev seems ignore community telling the real truth about the delay.
It's not just cause of validation key. It's ridicolous.
Look at github and how many problems with source need to be fixed.....

Seems there is nothing here. Only github issues to be fixed.
Eth,decred got months of testnet with community before mainet. Checking all functionallity.
Here there is nothing ready ihmo.

I bought some, so, it's not fud. Just my opinion on current facts.

They always have said that the 11th is not a fixed date and that there could be a delay. So, I don't understand the drama here.

And even if it's not just because of those who didn't generate their keys yet: It's still a fast process.

Most of all ICO-projects have a lot of months between ICO and launch.

A decent number of investors didn't validate or confirm their passphrases. Seems like a reasonable explanation to me, especially when we have people posting here about passphrase issues too.

A delay of a couple of weeks is really nothing. I mean, other coins delay for months sometimes and don't even have a coin yet. It's not like the 11th was even a firm date to begin with.

Something people tend to forget... delays between an ICO ending and coin hitting an exchange usually results in a higher price. If anything, the release date was too soon.

This shows you know nothing about Github Issues and how they work.

Anyone can submit an issue. I could submit one that said I don't like the shape of the L in the Lisk logo.

It would have nothing to do with the operational aspect of Lisk.
