the country’s Federal Department of Finance (FDF) outlined its plans to regulate fintech with an eye to introduce legislation sometime next year.

Key elements include plans for a new kind of license geared specifically toward fintech companies and a so-called regulatory “sandbox” for experimental firms. The agency said today:

“...the FDF should conduct additional clarifications in cooperation with the interested authorities on reducing further barriers to market entry for fintech firms, also those outside financial market law (e.g. legal treatment of virtual currencies and assets).”

During a press conference, Swiss Finance Minister Ueli Maurer argued that the proposed fintech legislation would help draw in more companies – though the country’s accommodative stance has already led some blockchain startups to make their home in Switzerland.

there seems to be a problem with the network when trying to send LSK from the nano wallet:

An error occured while sending the transaction.

What's this about?

Can you choose another node or check if your local time settings are correct?

I tried with all 8 nodes and different amounts (up to 100), always the same error.
My local time is correct.

Another bitcointalk user is having the same problem right now.

Bill Gates, Silicon Valley VC angels, etc. They get (government) grants. All of that good stuff. And STILL that doesn't guarantee a nice ROI if you would buy their token.

And then there's LSK. With it's only claim to fame being the offering of Javascript, because that would 'open up dapps to millions of developers'. And yet there's nothing notable in the works after 6 months. Just a bunch of bagholders speculating on token price after useless events like 'forging', which only adds inflation anyway. Congrats, you're mediocre.

You are right where all these millions of developers Java?
I talked to several, they are not interested in LISK it is not necessary to them.

Java is just a marketing thing. If a programmer can learn Java and he can also learn solidarity.
