Even if i hold my bag tight for 4 years , the question is where i will keep my bag? If i keep them on exchange then there is chance that after a yaer they might not exist and if i keep them on my PC then it is hard as my pc keeps crashing and i fear if i format the pc then it will wipe out? so whats the solution?

You must store/save your passphrase (or both passphrase, if you put a second one) outside your personal computer, so you will be always able to access your lsk from any lisk client.

The founders are wealthy enough to not care about the Lisk investors. They will probably let it crash even further. It's done, Lisk is done. It has less volume than a shitcoin called Voxels and you're talking about smart contracts and billions of dollars. Sell and don't return until late 2017. You heard it from me

not a perfect example but ethereum is unlimited too... still reached 10$+.

People also do not want to invest in ETH. Its price was 50 cents. Just one Chinese company has saved from collapse Vitalik Buterin and a large speculators group organized pump&dump. Now the bubble has burst.
