The price is looking good until the whale who set up very large sell walls in the past get back again. Does anybody know who that was and what he was trying to do? I can understand if the reason was trying to prevent doing a pump and dump from a group of traders in Poloniex. Some say that the group called Whalepool do this.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Greetings all,
I want to introduce Elite Group

Our goal is to help Lisk grow, we plan to do this by expanding it's userbase (letting more people know about Lisk). We are also fully commited in supporting the Foundation with resources which will support future projects.

Elite Group will share 25% of our forged Lisk to voters who support all delegate members of this group, 5% will be sent to Lisk Fundation. There will be more rewards when we have more members who are active delegates.

We are a group of extremely reliable and highly qualified delegates with a mission to support the Lisk network. We are long term holders who are constantly increasing voting power and significance of our group, we do this by buying more Lisk, we trully believe in the project.

We want Lisk to stay decentralized which is why this group will have a maximum of 50 members.

If you would like to be one of our supporters please go to www.liskelite.com/member and vote for all our members listed there, once voted please go to http://liskelite.com/voter to verify your voting address. For security reasons we kindly ask you to send 0.18 Lisk to the following address: 9524367522012787573L. The following proccess is there to make sure that the votes have been broadcasted accordingly.
The system will ask you for your email, it will be used for any alerts and will keep you up-to-date with our voing list.

We recommend our supporters to generate a second passphrase for greater account security.

If you would like to be a member don't hesitate to send us your proposal, our e-mail address is: services@liskelite.com

If you want to know more about our group we welcome you here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1824907

Kind regards.

So, it seems you're creating a cartel in order to make the forging centralized, and you want to control 50% of the top delegate slots.
You obviously won't admit you want to have the top 50 members, but I'm pretty sure you would be more than happy.
Well, it's a sign that DPoS should be changed/replaced immediatelly - otherwise Lisk is probably doomed.

We are not a cartel. We are not centralizing the coin, we are sharing our forging coins.

Many people like the idea of receive dividends when they are holding, do you like the idea of receive dividends when you are holding? I asure you that people will hold more as long as they continue to receive dividends Smiley even if the price drops they will continue to receive dividends.

We are causing people to take their coins out of exchange. Do not you think this will lead to less dumps? We are long term holders so do not expect a member of us to sell their coins soon.

Kind regards.

Why is LISK going up

No reason, maybe just the price is correcting, the price was overdumped weeks ago, and after ETF rejection, people buy altcoins insanely, and Lisk gets pumped again.

There is a correlation to ETH. Positive and negative.
- Eth popularity attract more investors to "blockchain tech"
- Polo has a ETH\LISK parity that makes it cheap to convert ETH to Lisk.
- The buy orders increased enormous the prevous days. Do they know something?

Hello @all. I request community to vote reward sharing delegates or pools. At the moment your reward will see as low for voting reward sharing delegates, but when Lisk hit $1, your daily dividend from pools will be higher. So, now vote and accumulate till Lisk hit your target. Remember don't vote for pools like Lisk_pool_02 - 20 . Lisk network need to be decentralized. 1 guy - 1 delegate slot is best for Lisk. Pools also don't hurt Lisk in anyway. Voting also decentralized. No control. Reward spread to various 100+ voters and I am sure that not all will sell their reward. Pools also spread Lisk awareness to new incomers. For me, I start crypto journey by claiming bitcoin faucets. Pls also remember to votes good delegates who contribute their talents into Lisk. They are also important for Lisk eco system.

For me, I run one 75% reward sharing delegate as communitypool. Read my full proposal on here: https://forum.lisk.io/viewtopic.php?f=48&t=1268&p=9802#p9802 .If you interest, support for communitypool. Thank.

Why is LISK going up

Lisk was clearly oversold.

The silence of the FUD is also a clear sign that it was mainly price manipulation to get it down as far as possible before they started buying back in.

You say

but what if those 50 members will be the top 50 delegates? Is it still decentralization?
What if those 50 members will try to "rule them all"? What if another few members will join your group silently?
The main problem is basically DPoS itself which is flawed idea that has nothing to do with decentralization.

What else? Here it is about votes and money.

This is nothing more than GDT, just a little different.
And the 25% to the voters is just camouflage. There are a lot of pools that pay more to the voters.
In addition the GDT members have also donated for initiatives and projects.
And some GDT members or ex-members also distribute % to their voters.

On 27.1. I've posted that:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1346646.msg17634695#msg17634695 or that:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1346646.msg17635132#msg17635132

Now I have realized that carolinaliskdelegate is a member of this elite group.
First she/he criticizes GDT, then re-enters a new voting group?
LOL, what a hypocritical person.

The ratio is higher because BTC is struggling. How does that in any way suggest it was oversold or being manipulated?
