In the dark net, you can buy a lot of illegal things (including slaves) with bitcoins.

Yes, bitcoin is used for illegal activities.

Slaves? Oo

How can you buy slaves? Well I guess it's not in developed country, I don't see how it could happen!

First time I heard about this one. But who knows, there are so many parts of the world that are yet being seen by the international media.
It isn't necessarily a part of the world that is "undeveloped", it is also possible to buy slaves in first-world countries, however it is slightly harder to maintain the secrecy of such a purchase, and then all the other challenges that come with it.

I think its always use for illegal activities mostly for drugs transaction.. Because bitcoin has no government and its anonymous..
If you can go to the dark world you can see bitcoin as their payment to any transaction they made..

In every society small part of the population are criminals, thats part of human nature and nothing can be done with it. Im confident majority Bitcoin users are good legitimate people or just speculators waiting for higher price. So yes, its the law enforments job to catch the criminal minority and peope should be really responsible with their Bitcoins to dont make the criminal minority easy living.

Following the attacks in ISIL income and reserves, they are now giving up the idea of creating their own money. They now use the currency of another country to fund their terrorism. Well they always did, but I gather it is now their everyday currency. What is that currency - The US dollar.

I see more and more acrticles of bitcoin being used for illegal activities
will this hurt bitcoin in the long run , will governments ban this just like they started to do wih paying in cash for some services
to harden the use of illegal , and money laundering
gambling, porn, and another activities is illegal in some country, and bitcoin has been used for that activities. but i dont think its will give bad effect for bitcoin, and we dont need to worry about that.

Yes bitcoin like the dollar/euro and all currencies are used by criminals. It's nothing new.
Criminals will use any currency to conduct their illegal business.

But some are more adapted than others! ^^
Example: Zimbabwean dollars is not exactly the best currency ever for it...
Btc tends to favor illegal activities.

I thing buying and selling of bitcoin should be regularised. This will prevent problems like money laundering to some extent.Even fiat are used for illegal activities but nobody talks about banning it.True bitcoin is anonymous but if buying and selling large amount of bitcoin is done after verifying the identity of buyer/seller,this will help

Yeah every coins has two sides and so does the bitcoins, it depends on individual how he treats bitcoins either positively or negatively, and the percentage of negative people are more worldwide.

I am surprised as to how this even became a topic. It's a topic asking a rather "elephant in the room" question. Everyone knows it's true that Bitcoin is used for illegal things, so why ask? Or better yet, why try to bring it up?

Bitcoin is money. Money in general will be used for illegal things.

Yes of course it is, even all of the currencies in this world must have been used for an illegal activities. The problem is not the currency itself, because it's not a living things it has no mind. The one who we should blame is the people themselves that using it, because they are a living things and they have mind.
