If you have private key, just delete crashed the wallet.dat file. Then open the wallet again. It will create a new wallet.dat file. Then use importprivkey command to import the private key. Once it syncs, you will get your balances.

Is it stille mandatory to set staking=0 on the masternode / controller wallet or dies masternode=1 protect the colateral on the masternode / controller wallet ?

Yes, the PoS value was set wrong in v.2.1 and 2.2 so that wallets only got 1.5%, this has been increased to 20% so MNs will get 50% of all stake reward on the network. This then means that a "normal' wallet will get 10%, so if you stake 100,000 MOJO, you should get around 10,000 MOJO annually.
