i think that loans are really too risky, if you want to make some money then you shouldnt do that because people might just steal your money and that would be it

I wouldnt do that also except for a friend that I can see personally and a real friend. I just cant trust anyone who I know just online or in some forums. Maybe someday but not now. It is really hard to risk.

When giving out a loan in Bitcoins it involves a lot of risk of not getting them back, but if you make use of a trusted Escrow service who collects appropriate and necessary identification documents and probably some form of security that would ensure repayment by the borrower, then you're in safer hands. It's better to understand the purpose of the loan, the amount and if it sounds like a reliable deal. Consider yourself as a bank, and collect the necessary prerequisit documents from the borrower, this should do the trick. Also it's tough to make a background check of the borrower online, hence it's still very risky dealing in loans online.

Yup, even though you have an elaborate system of trust and feedback in bitcointalk, scams still happen.
The online world is definitely more risky.

Just let the people who you trust to borrow your money. Because you know who you are going to borrow your money. The more you trust the people that is going to borrow your or the lender then the is less risk at all. As long as you trust each other. Because when it comes to money, people are very hard to trust.

Do not loan because its too risky you only torture that particular payment . Because after you spend it , when the pay especially if you do not have it stored for Wedge pole where you get the payment . But if you have collateral loan was okay but hopefully those not too high . If posible do not get loan for your own sake.

Loans can be pretty risky if you are not going to be able to pay it back because that can bring you in to some trouble.
Also only take a loan when you really need it to buy something important.

Trust does not work all the time in lending business, regardless of how trusty you are but in times of trouble and you are having a financial problem you cannot still pay your loan. That is why as a lender you need to require a collateral on your borrower to secure the loan or if you think that would not work then don't lend money at all.

Everyone wish to be loan sharks, but its not so easy. What do you think why they are like in movies always nervous? Loans are too risky, cause you will always have fool that will borrow money, and they will just spent it. Without any plan how to return that money! What you going to do whit that kind of man? How will you show that you are serious man, and that you dont like someone to trick you?
I never loan money, and I never will. For anything! Even when I`m forced to loan, I go to very close people and I arrange right away how will I return it, which day, or month..Everything to be precise!

Well im consider closing my loan service here at bitcointalk, the colateral i work besides altcoins are accounts, and im scared if someone doesnt repay the loan to be forced to auction the account and wait someone interested into it. There are others ways to lend with less % to earn, but there are plenty users wanting drop their others accounts.

That is the better decision you are making dude, I am pretty sure you are at lose now and if I am correct you better stop lending at a small lose so as not to aggravate the damage done to you. It is really not profitable lending here in online because you cannot read the mind of borrowers and the fact that scammers are everywhere in no time you will be victimized.

This is like saying, "I don't ask for loans and never will, but then again I get loans from my friends every now and then." The first one was you're saying that you don't get loans and then the latter says that you just arrange to your friends how will you return the money when you're getting a loan from them. Seriously, what do you even mean?

For me it is somehow it is a good amount of rate, and of course you don't have nothing to do but to lend your bitcoin and going to wait for the interest rate and return of your bitcoin. That's a fair enough rate to lend your bitcoin to HaoBTC.

Everything is very simple. Most likely, the person takes a loan from her good friends. Neither any contract, or who does not sign. All rely on each other's words. Such loans usually do not have the interest rates and based on complete trust between people.

It is very important if you are going to borrow money from someone to sign for a contract. That is the risk of borrowing or lending money to someone you are trusting, because even if you are trusting them they can still do something that is not written on your contract. So, it is very risky for borrowing or lending loan.
Contract is the basic requirement to bind two parties but in real life scenario that would not work all the time because if you will analyze very closely when the borrower cannot pay due to delinquency or bankruptcy you can sue him but that would not guarantee that you can get back your investment.

you'll realize what's the meaning of "good amount of interest" when you just investing on HaoBTC and suddenly the price of bitcoin because so fluctuative and the value decreased, wasting time and wasting effort

With almost 0% interest on any savings account I find 8% a pretty good rate. What collateral are you taking?

Accepting just a bitcointalk account as collateral is not enough in my opinion.

I have lent some money to HaoBTC. The interest rate is about 8%. It is not high, but I get some income.

With almost 0% interest on any savings account I find 8% a pretty good rate. What collateral are you taking?

Accepting just a bitcointalk account as collateral is not enough in my opinion.

The HaoBTC is a company. You can find the information below:

For me it is somehow it is a good amount of rate, and of course you don't have nothing to do but to lend your bitcoin and going to wait for the interest rate and return of your bitcoin. That's a fair enough rate to lend your bitcoin to HaoBTC.
you'll realize what's the meaning of "good amount of interest" when you just investing on HaoBTC and suddenly the price of bitcoin because so fluctuative and the value decreased, wasting time and wasting effort

I must say that loans can be risky. I suggest you only take a loan when you buying something that you really need. And if you are sure that you will be able to pay it back. If this is not the case do not take a loan because it will mess up your life.
