If you really have that number of bitcoins well giving loans or offering loans would be bad for you or in your term risky.Because bitcointalk accounts may be hacked and use to get loans and default it

I agree that bitcoin loan is so risky factor to handle. But its not easy to hack you bitcoin wallet until you share your private key,No one can hack your wallet bro. However be away from the loaning bitcoins.

I was a regular member of btcpop lending site some time ago and i can tell yes they are way to risky.When some one repays loan then we can get 2-3% profit in 2-3 montths and but suddenly if one user run away with your bitcoins all that 100% bitcoins gone,so i dont think there is any profit in it.

Loans can be pretty risky but only if you are not sure on how you are going to be able to pay it back because that is going to screw you if you do not have the answer.
If you do have the answer then you should have no worries what so ever.

Like with fiat loans youw can get into same trouble with Bitcoin loans to. Maybe even worse because of price volatility and if you don't have income in Bitcoin it could be very difficult to return the borrowed sum. People also think that is easier to get Bitcoin loan then loan in the bank but actualy this is not true.

Loans are too risky to give if you are not accepting collateral because you cannot tell which user will scam you , why even you cannot tell about your friends also, most of them not purposely scam but they are not able to achieve the goal for which they take loan. That is why giving loan for gambling is also risky as if they lose it then you also will be in loss, so it is much better to accept collateral against the loan.

Loans are too risky ofcourse because if you can't give some collateral then you can't request loans because will tagged you as scammer or your not going to pay what you barrowed from someone. But if you have some collateral then you can request some loans for gambling etc and with ofcourse the fee's

Loaning is really risky because why you need to loan? Because you don't have money? And how you are going to pay that if your salary and income is not going to be enough for having you a debt and loaning. That is why if I need money I am just working hard for it and I'm not allowing my self to loan because I really don't want to have debt.

Obviously we need money because we are talking a loan, however the purpose should be properly evaluated as there are people who are wanting a loan to buy their wants, I had experience this before that I really take a loan just to buy my favorite phone and I did not like the result.

Loaning is really risky because why you need to loan? Because you don't have money? we know the loan is a risk, but sometimes we need the money, so there is no other choice, Besides borrowing. but when you borrow should for something really important, like for capital. If you see a good opportunity in trading then you borrow because you believe it will be profitable. I also had to do it, if I really was in need I'll borrow.

of course, to minimize losses when the borrowers run away and not pay. you should make arrangements with the borrower money as requested collateral and so forth, so when they do not pay you can recover it with the collateral they provide

The problem is that the collateral is not that valuable online, therefore if I were in the shoes of the lender I would not risk my money lending online as I know the risk and the risk is bigger compared to having my own lending company in the physical world.

i think loan is not risky if you are taking it for investing in bitcoin only as to me bitcoin a safe investment and its price is not going to fell down in near future, but if you are going to invest the money you take from loan in gambling then it is really risky.

Definitely true, emergencies can happen into our lives and when we are talking of our health that problem is urgent and needs to be attend the soonest, so under the situation we are in need of money and if we do not have one that is when we have to borrow money to solve the problem.

Loans is very risky.. few people can be trusted. Yes? but there's a lot of people who can scam you and might loose all of your investments. giving loan is already illegal and in Islam, you can give loan for free  but cannot demand for interest, so it is better to invest you money some where else from where you can really get good profit instead of giving loan as it is really risky and some people can scam you.
