Well halving has made impact on the price atleast as i know ,i dont remember when those halvings has started ,but sure they made the price readjust.
Truly bitcoin has made lot variation in price over the past and gave good profit for those who trusted in its growth. No in accordance users believe bitcoin halving is profitable. |

as such should be the same as before or the same as the currency of another crypto after halving the price will automatically go up either a lot or not at least the price will up.

Well the market is under pressure and since the reward to the miner will get reduced we should see an increasement around the price.

You are right, but in fact some sr.members do not even know the bitcoin halving is profitable, most likely it will but its not to predict right now. I hope the halving will be profitable and I think it will because of the fact the block size is gonna get halved and a lot of people also invested for this event. |

It would be nice if holders were rewarded with a price increase. You can never tell though, it may take awhile to actually change the market price of BTC. How much do the current size blocks found everyday saturate the current price?

yeah, the increase might be really big in my opinion though no one can be sure whether the price will go up or not as bitcoin price is unpredictable to be honest i hope that there will be a huge growth because of the block reward halving thus it will make me a lot of monney in a short period of time, im buying my bitcoins now like crazy |

I really hope the bitcoin halving will be profitable but the bad thing is that its not predictable at all what could happen when the halving has been done.
If I follow the speculators it will be profitable but the fact is that speculators are not always right and I think with the halving it can be the point that they are not right.
I really doubt about the fact if it will be profitable.

The halving will be profitable, its just a matter of time before the price is gonna rise because of the halving.
Most likely the halving is gonna start July 17 if I'm right, well that is what I have heard at least.

If everyone shares the same thoughts over profitability, then it will be profitable,as people will rise their bids and asks expecting surge in value. However, there are some that believe that the halving factor is already factored in the current price, and that we aint going to get much higher than this for now. I'm a believer myself, so i think this year is going to be epic and very profitable. |

Well about the epic year i dont know mine expectations is to bitcoin achieve 600 dollars and readjust till end the year ending near the 700 dollars but sure all wanting this to happen lets see when the pump will start that is sure it will start over the next weeks.
my opinion is that the halving brings a big price rise and at the end of this year it would cross $800, all that we need now is patience that we have to wait till july to see a big profit. |

Honestly, it's only profitable when you're paying copious amounts of attention towards price increases and decreases. If you sell too soon, you miss a price increase and if you buy too late, you have to spend a lot of money on one single coin for holding.
That's why someone who bought a few months ago. when bitcoin prices remain below $350. will get many benefits. altthough he only has 1 BTC only. maybe he'll get a greater profit. but one notes that buying now is still possible to make a profit when it comes halving |

no one can't predict the future, even though the price will be up i trully believe that the price will be only stay for a while, everyone will sell their coin at the same time and dont forget about the whales they have ultimate power to influence the price |

I'm absolutely sure that one of these three scenarios will happen:
a) the price goes down
or
b) the price stays stable
or
c) the price goes up.
Yeah when that choice is going to happen and it all depends on the user. if the user increases the demand will be pushed up and because of reduced total bitcoin for halving. then the stock market will be reduced the price will go up automatically. option C would happen |

Miners have large power and equipment costs to cover. |

There are strong feelings thats humans want to get rare things like bitcoins.
So bitcoin will be harder to get, it is very possible to see a raise in price. Actually halving does not mean necessary raise in price.
Every user has strong expectation in bitcoin halving. This time as quoted bitcoin price will rise along with the increase in bitcoin users. This will make bitcoin more strong |
