They have like 8 full time devs working on the project right now. Why can't they hire more? The hiring at startups is always an ongoing process. Maybe Sasha doesn't have the time anymore to manage the dev-team alone and he wants to delegate this task to a full time team leader.

Okay that makes me think they have a problem they cannot fix without help, or not complete as much as they have said they can without hiring. Team leader? Senior scala developer? Who is even working on Waves currently if they need those team members?

Main difference I see about all that is that in say here Germany people working for banks in the software security field earn 30+K Euro per month upwards. Why so? It's a fee you pay as a company for them to stay loyal as an expert. Difference in this case is that finding software security guys in an already established field is not easy, but not that hard either.

With some crypto coin startup things might look very different. Not only is that a specific field, there is a certain amount of money you have to pay someone for their one in a million skill. Aside from that do you trust them? Can they be bribed?

We don't have any idea, only poloniex owner knows when he will add waves on his exchange. Huge volume may not be the only basis on poloniex listing.

We have been waiting here but still it was not added in poloniex, this tokens will really have a good volume and possibly increase its value when traded in poloniex, trust me, this is a good project but lack of exposure in bigger exchange.

It bounced down again at the resistance, its a tripple top. The rebound should be like the last low or more up , so you can see a triangle formation. Thats the  most likely possibility finally  with good news coming in. If It breaks out and stay with three green days candles, the resistance turms into new support.

Thats the basic mathematic analysis you do with charts.

Shaking out week hands and accumulation of whales will bring a pump and dump up to 0.0045 long term $1.
