Excellent! More exposure, more ease of use, ride the Waves! This is a huge step in Waves development. I'm glad because now I can trade on Waves Dex right from Mobile device as I use my Android for majority of the time. Now the team should get non-waves assets to be trade on the DEX. That would be fantastic. Great news

Hi, I got some question regarding full node and leasing. 1. What is the difference if you have 10k waves and setup full node and lease to other full node your 10k ? does full node make you earn more on average? 2. I saw on the http://dev.pywaves.org/nodes/There's a P2P Port, Free Socket, Matcher, Status... Does it make any difference if all of it is - ? As far as I understand P2P Port is for other node to connect to your node? Free Socket - Don't know what this is. Matcher - Something to do with DEX but I have no idea how to set it up. Status - most of the node is "-" so I assume if your node is running it will show "-" Thank you.

People can literally launch millions of tokens, there is nothing unique about that with a 1 Waves fee if you could limit the tokens count, like only 3000 tokens could be created in total, then those 3000 tokens could be appreciated, but since we're in an open source world, someone else could create a platform like Waves with no limit. Can someone tell me what is the difference between Waves and all other platforms like it? is the Counterparty also like Waves? is ETH also like Waves? Who is funding the Miner reward token? Why did you launch the platform while it's only half complete? there are some features and functions missing, are we going to see a rise after they're finished and ready for work? can I at least buy myself a lambo this time please?

Status - most of the node is "-" so I assume if your node is running it will show "-" Thank you. If you run your own node, you get all fees you earned by forging new blocks. If you lease, you will get less in most cases as most nodes don't payout 100% of earned WAVES/MRT. On the other hand it costs you of course the server rent to run your own node. So, under the bottom line i think it's better to lease 10k than run your own node, for sure it's less work . In general a node can run with a "-" for all parameters. But to be a good node, there shouldn't be a "-" for P2P. A "-" means you are blocking incoming handshake requests from other nodes. These are needed, if a node is started. "Free Socket" shows, if there are sockets available for handshakes. Should be "yes". "Matcher" can be enabled in the config. But currently this doesn't make sense as the lite clients currently only uses matchers run by the waves team.

I hope they will adding Lisk on their DEX. I'm with that team since the first, it's the best opportunities in term in decentralized market. I lease my waves since the beginning, receive so much assets from them, participate at a lot of ICO. But ADD LISK ! The roadmap is excellent for september. All is fine Thanks Sasha

That was a crazy growth in few days. I feel that Waves can go to 200k sato levels soon (with the very positive current news background)!

Its being traded with huge volume everyday and I think Lisk holders are also WAVES holder because its those time when they did their ICO.

Traders on-the-go will like this feature. Let's see when iOS version will be available.

ok.. could someone point to me a noob step by step guide to setup a full node for mainnet. I've been following the official guide and it came out error. I'm trying to setup in windows. getting the config from https://github.com/wavesplatform/Waves/wiki/Waves-Node-Configuration-Fileand change some of it config file: # Waves Node settings section. waves { # Node base directory. directory = "c:/path/to/waves"

The official guide doesn't seem to have much explanation. Could someone please point me whats wrong with the config file. Thank you. Just ran into this myself...the answer is in this thread. What you will have to do is remove or comment out a section: #create-alias { # WAVES = 100000 # } I have commented out (using the #) in my conf file. Hope this helps.

Thanks for pointing that out. I also have to disable the matcher otherwise it will still came out error. Also I have another question. Does the default config automatically accept all kind of payment fees or do I need to input it one by one by asset ID to accept it? Thank you.

Waves looks like its gaining traction after the August 1st bitcoin split. It now has the 15th biggest market cap with 388 million. If this goes to a billion, it will be at least worth 10 dollars, which will be by the end of the year.

Did anyone notice your account today? If you had kept some bitcoins in waves wallet then you should have received an equal amount of Bitcoin cash now. I had a small amount of bitcoins and today they credited equal amount Bitcoin cash with a green tick mark on it.
