I'd like to spend bitcoins in real life but where I am from there are no stores that accept them so I have no other choice but to hold on to them. But this can also be a good thing I do not have to worry about spending because I can't spend them.

I would have spent some of them in a physical bitcoin shop if there is any in my area but there aren't, I practically almost traveled to visit a bitcoin ATM that opened close to my area but couldn't find a cafe or anything like it accepting bitcoin till now.

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

Holding is profitable method, but i think we can't hold all our coins, especially earning from holding the coins isn't guaranteed. The best decision is to spend some coins and invest it, and holding the rest

Now at this moment holding can also provides you more profits, if you are well experienced then invest your coins or you may lose, you can spend a few according to your needs that's fine.

Sooner or later, physical shops are going to accept BTC as payment. People are still largely unaware of the benefits that BTC can give, that is why even shops don't bother (or maybe they are also unaware such a technology exists) to add that as another payment option.

Demands and request for other merchants to accepts bitcoin are currently on their lines now but not as priority.

Still the importang thing for a merchant is stability so I see others still don't hug bitcoin as one of their payment method.
Maybe it is because people still do not know what is bitcoin, i think that Doms says right sooner and it takes time. People still have to learn about it.

Holding seems to be the choice of majority of users as everyone is expecting higher price at halving, but spending it on regular intervals can be good for the future price of bitcoin.

I mine altcoin with GPU. I sell them for bitcoin. I use the bitcoin to buy more GPU. That process repeats until I reach the power limit.

Yes and if you are earning it then you should spent it too, as we earn fiat in the form of salary and we spend it on regular basis, bitcoin should also be treated in same way.

I know that feeling (like people looking at you as in seeing a celebrity and then asking things they don't believe until their impressed). I've spend BTCitcoin once only here in the country I'm residing and it was for a shoe (the only shop that accepts it openly here), and it took more than I expected (just a bad day). Had to wait until it got 3 confirmations before I was allowed to leave the shop (and it took longer than I expected before the confirmations came in).

In terms of paying and buying fiat and bitcoin are same. Fiat money is similar to commodity-backed money in appearance and usage, but differs in that it cannot be redeemed .

What are you experiencing frustration? having to wait for confirmation of transactions reached 3 confirmation?
actually no need to wait up to 3 confirmation.
1 confirmation is enough to enter in the bitcoin wallet seller. but still it takes more time. I can not do anything for this problem

Yes I have spent Bitcoins shopping online for stuff when I am low on cash on my debit card and there is a very appealing deal I don't want to miss out on. For example I have already bought a couple of games on Steam with Bitcoins because I found it more convenient to use that instead of going to the bank to deposit more money to my debit card balance. Also I have bought vouchers and coupons with Bitcoins for fiat businesses because I like the bigger discounts. But in general people are reluctant to spend their Bitcoins and tend to hoard them in hopes of getting a greater profit after a price rise.

You can convert it anytime to your local currency and then can spend very easily, as to spend it directly in physical shop will take a long time.

No it is not because I do not want to spend any coins in real life but because I just cannot spend bitcoins where I am from the stores here just do not except them.
It would be better if you are spending it later when it will be more worth.

That is a problem that we cannot spend it directly at a moment, but if you think that price is higher then you can convert it to fiat currency and then spend.
