Bottas needs to stay a team player as when he moves to AlfaRomeo whomever who will be partnered with next season wouldn't be creating problems for him because I don't think that F1 teams likes a driver that doesn't listen to team instructions,
It will probably not matter as much as in a team where it competes on Drivers Championship but still there is some situations where divers from same team needs to be on the same page look at Hass for example Mazepin and Schumacher have been in a heated relationship that making it difficult race next to each other.
Other news for 2022 season is that Tsonoda and Gasly have been confirmed for Alphatauri so Perez is also confirmed to be partnered with Max next season with RedBull I know that he signed a new contract with Redbull keeping him one more year but this week results have suggested that Gasly should be the one to be promoted to RedBull car.

F1 likes their first driver to be aggressive so we know as I said Bottas main weakness is exactly this,,, and he also knows it which is why he will play second. No team likes a second guy who does not take instructions at all cost,,, so Bottas seems the right fit for this. It will never be a problem I think.

Japanese ace for Tauri is great, he missed a few good spots but they do have a car that keeps getting better!

Now we are in a really important race week for Ferrari. I remember the huge rivalry between Leclerc and Hamilton on this track in the 2019 race.    Leclerc defended Hamilton superbly and won the race here. Ferrari was much faster than this of course. Now it seems like impossible that Leclerc or Sainz can get a win here. Because Red Bull and Mercedes are dominating the season and they are much faster than Ferrari. My favorite driver to win the race is Verstappen here also. But Hamilton can make him really big difficulties here like he did to Leclerc then.

Oh yeah! Leclerc's win in 2019 was really emotional. But I honestly doubt that this time it's gonna happen because of the things about the speed that you mentioned even though Leclerc said that the return of sprint format can help him get a good result. You know, Ferrari is now 11.5 points ahead of midfield rivals McLaren though. It is really difficult race for Leclerc. But yes the future is always uncertain.

Finally it's official and we will see Russel in Mercedes. I already can't wait for next season to see what role in Mercedes Russel will have. I doubt that he is going to accept wingman role like Bottas, but at the same time it's difficult to expect that he will treated like Lewis already in the first season in team.

I wonder who will take Russell’s seat at Williams.  I think they’re the team to look out for next year with the new specs.   They have a good team behind them after the restructure.  Maybe not much F1 experience but a team of brilliant engineers.

And what ever happened to Pascal Wehrlein?  He was a decent driver.  I think he was also part of Merc’s academy together with Ocon.  Maybe Williams should get him.  

There is some names like Albon, Kvyat or Hulkenberg mentioned, but IMO, it's not likely options. Maybe Forumula E champion and Mercedes system driver de Vries is more likely. Or someone from F2 - Ticktum, Nissany or Zhou.
Wehrlein had big potential, but he never had chance in competetive team. I don't see his return to F1.

It will be interesting to know whatever Albon is still with contract with RedBull or they they let him free for the sake of him getting a seat in F1 next season.

Knowing the leadership style of Red Bull and specifically Helmut Marko, there is no doubt that if necessary, there will be changes and all these contract extensions do not say at all that the composition of the teams will remain unchanged for next year. Also, I would not be very surprised if something like this even happens this year, if some driver from Alpha Tauri or Red Bull has an unsuccessful series. By the way, I am also surprised that the contract with Tsunada has been extended right now, and not at the end of the season. I don't think that Bottas will take revenge on the team in any way because of the non-extension of the contract, because in any case, Bottas remains in the Mercedes system and the contract with Alfa Romeo was signed precisely because of this and now it is just clarity and stability for Valteri, because before that the contract with him was extended these few years at Mercedes only for the next season.

I think Bottas is going to do great for Alpha Romeo. He is a great driver & He seemed to be really excited and also confident about his future in Alpha Romeo. Kubica had a promising career but everything changed after his rally accident in 2011 and nearly losing his arm for good, that accident changed his career as he signed a pre-contract with Ferrari for 2012. He was about to take Massa seat in Ferrari.
After that accident Ferrari renewed with Massa for one more season and then replaced him with Kimi.
Interesting is that Kubica got his first podium at Monza in 2006 but time I don't think he could even get points here because of power demand of this track that the Ferrari engine lacks compared to Mercedes and Honda and even Renault engine have close enough power to them as many times showed this before.

Yes I also heard that news but Williams announced that Alexander Albon would be joining them in the 2022 season. He will team up with Nicholas Latifi. Pretty eager to watch him race after he returns. I hope that his chemistry with Latifi turns out to be a good one.

With Russell joining Mercedes, Albon looks like a good replacement for him. Not that he can outperform Russell, but it would be a good addition to the team. And watching him race again would be fun I think. Let's hope he has a good future with them and gives his best.

We are back now at Monza and if you don't remember the last race here it was the first victory for Alpha Tauri and Pierre Gasly with Carlos Sainz finishing just 1.2 seconds later as second.It had some episodes that made the race even more beautiful than it usually is.This track is greatly in favor of Mercedes as it is run almost 100% at full speed with just a few slow corners.This race has always been beautiful and here what is better is that you can race even with heavy rain because the track is straight mostly with just a few corners.

Monza is one of my favorites, the opposite of something like Monaco which is far too tight for F1 imo.   Monza is the fastest course in the whole year last I checked, highest average speed as said due to the frequency of long straights with corners that can be threaded at high speed quite often.   I used to play through the F1 season on a simulator made by a programmer who had first qualified in physics, done with excellence.   I even heard F1 drivers unable to gain any other practice time with a new course or change would use it rather then only view the course on paper which I can believe; no doubt teams have all sorts of tech nowadays.

RedBull has certainly helped and was very obliging that Albon may come back to Formula 1. For Williams it is certainly not a bad choice, Albon is not so bad only he has always stood in the shadow of Verstappen.

Why he did not get the release and must still be in quarantine I do not understand, last year Hamilton was allowed to drive again even after a race suspension immediately, is Hamilton preferred?

I actually did not remember that at all,,, I bet that emotion would win the Dutch GP and I was right, so maybe it is good to be sentimental again and back for Alpha Tauri to get another win. Heavy rain good as long as they can SEE

Man that match was insane . Winning with 1.2-second difference is something else. That match gave me goosebumps. Till the last second, it was hard to know who would win, and Monza is like a heavenly place for Mercedes. Mercedes excels at these types of straight tracks. Mercedes should be hoping to win in this one.

I have seen this in almost every sport nowadays. These top-tier players always get some benefits either way. This is quite demoralizing for other players. Especially the mid-tier or low-tier ones. They feel like they don't get the benefits the top players get. I am fine with Kimi not being able to race, but Hamilton being able to race last time saddens me. I’m starting to think it’s Verstappen overperforming in Red Bull than Albon not being good enougn for the team.  Remember, there was Gasly before him and now Perez.  Lol.  Gasly is doing well in the Alpha Tauri car and Perez was always consistent with Force India, Racing Point.  It’s possible that the car they have at RBR is hard to drive.

Exactly so it is also find it not fair to other counterparts and all are not treated equally.

Albon is certainly a good enough driver to be in F1, however I am not even sure how we calculate that all together. I mean we have Nikita Mazepin in F1, sometimes I feel like I could replace him and I do not even have a drivers license, I just need to know what makes it go and stop and turn etc etc, in a month I will definitely be good enough to actually never earn any points at all. I mean how hard could it be to constantly be last in the races? All I have to do is make sure to see blue flags and move away to other people and get lapped and spin out sometimes, lol.

So, if we are comparing Albon with that? Then I can guarantee you that Albon definitely deserves a spot in F1. However he is also never going to be at the top levels, I do not see him as a top 5 level racer at all, not now but he doesn't show that potential neither for sure.

Tomorrow, we are starting a new race weekend in F1. This time, we are on a great track which is in Monza, Italy. And we have another sprint race also here. So tomorrow evening, we will have the qualifying session first. And one day later, there is a sprint race and it is the same format as before. And after the grid is determined, we will be able to watch the race on Sunday. I think that Verstappen will take the pole position and the points after these events. And I'm favoring him to win the race also.
