2022 will happen 5 years longer, if looking at the percentage of users of the bitcoin current and trend increase in users, I am pessimistic that bitcoin will use almost all of the people. users may be around 10-15 percent.

Probably we need a miracle for the whole people of the world to use bitcoin in 2022. The increase in user ins't that big each year, not to mention that aside from the increase, we should also be looking at people who are also leaving bitcoin. There is a chance of great increase in bitcoin if a famous country consider bitcoin as an alternative to their currency.

That way, it's more than an advertisement in TV which could probably make other countries do the same.

I agree with it, it's not strong but how come we are loving this bitcoin? The main reason why we are here is because we have great belief that in the future it will be strong not in the sense to lessen the volatility but more on the increase of value. Once the process continues like the trend we are seeing now, the adoption rate is very vital for our success and we should keep this going.

Yeah i think that right now, a lot of people are actually taking bitcoin a lot more serioualy and even spreading the word about it. Even reaching 15% would be a great success for bitcoin in 2022 because right now there can hardly be 5% people in the world using bitcoin and just after a few years it cannot jump so high, it needs a lot of time to discover all the world.

Bitcoin has already spread to a large population, it appears to grow in numbers each and every year ignoring falls... With other cryptocurrencies in public venue, there'll be an even spike in which all coins would gain buzz.

Over the years none will be as inexpensive as they are right now. With the looks of silver runner ups (with BTC being gold)... None shall be without hybrid options that spur when more than one coin open up. Now people are exchanging both fiat and smaller currencies to and from BTC stashes. This entire process isn't just the value of it's price, but of all in the economies held. With huge mining operations switching mine nodes this also will enhance all comparable.

Bitcoin is the most known of all the crypto currencies and it has gained public attention but unfortunately the growing of adopters has been too slow we can only hope that with new improvements  planned for bitcoin more people adopt bitcoin in the next years.

Nope, I think we will still be at less than 30% by that time, that's the maximum that I could think. Unless a great miracle happen and bitcoin was being introduced to the locality as money. It's true that the increase in bitcoin user would make the price increase but it doesn't mean that everyone will be rich. It is only for those who have huge investment in bitcoin. The scenario that I could think when 2022 arrive is that it will be harder to earn bitcoin that time by working. For sure, rewards  for micro jobs won't be that big anymore.

I think we should start praying for such a time when even 10% of world population would be using Bitcoin, to come real quick, because what it all translates to is some huge demand for very limited supply of coins. Imagine the huge scarcity that would create in the community, the price of Bitcoin would simply shoot to the moon. I think we should renew our efforts to bring more and more people into the community because it stands to do us all much good.

I don't understand that statement, is it 95% of the world population or 95% of the current BTC holder.

I believe Bitcoin will make inward route into some economy and sustain its growth but for if we can get 10% of the world population involved either directly or indirectly in BTC, it would be a great success and great investment for investors

It is possible everything that you say,the more the users the highest are the demands.Remember that not all the time the value is stable,so for us today who learned it already knew it must also do our part,like introduce it to those who are interested and willing to experience what bitcoin has to offer to everyone.That time that would be a gives a very good outcome for us now who already using it.

Highly doubt it. Currently around 40% people in the world use the internet. Internet users need to increase by a lot more in order to achieve higher global adoption of Bitcoin.

Good if we really reach that 50% of the population of the world... Coz I didn't see it like that, but probably a 50% increase in the user of bitcoin is possible by 2022. Most probably the reason that you cited is what will hinder the spread of bitcoin... We can't deny the fact that not all men has the same privileged when it comes to new technology and new things...  But who knows, someone invented some sort of a mobile internet and put it on areas not reached by internet providers...

I dont think so. We are far away from that. Destroyinh fiat? Nonsense. That is way too future to think and everyone is still leaning on the fiat system. I would say that bitcoin can be an alteenative in payments, something like credit cards (but I do not say they are alike).
Example is when you go to a grocery, there is cash or card, someday there will be a bitcoin line.

In developed countries, they pay mostly using their cards. There's not much people using paper money there now. Everyone just swipes their card to pay their bills. To the people that don't have bank account or debit cards, it would only take them a day to get the requirements to open a bank account and get a bank account as well. It wouldn't take that long for non-bitcoin users to start using bitcoins. Actually, you don't even need a debit card to start using bitcoins.

When a large establishments started accepting bitcoins, it would create a hype which will lead more and more companies to start accepting bitcoins.

A 50% increase in the user base of Bitcoin makes sense and has much likelihood but 50% of the world population taking to bitcoin by 2022, is same as wishing for the stars - day dreaming! Does anyone know the population of oldies across the globe that think technological growth is too fast for their liking or the number that represents people without knowledge or infrastructure that enables access to the internet?

Btw, if 50% of world population is to embrace Bitcoin, the undertone would be that most governments across the globe have said yes to Bitcoin! How possible is that? IMO, I don't see that coming, because they have realized their local currencies would have to take the back seats.
