I think in 5 years Bitcoin will be known to almost everybody on this planet, but will they be using it that's a question. I think most of them will but can't say for everyone.

That's the reality they may know bitcoin but also another is that, they will know it for good reason or with bad? Because many are already have knowledge in bitcoin but their knowledge into is very bad, thinking that bitcoin is just something that is being used for bad things, illegal activities and other types of crimes which is very unfair but its the reality.

Knowing bitcoin to everyone for its beneficial purpose is important and i dont think everybody in the world be introduced to bitcoins even after 5 years. I can say that bitcoins will be used in majority of the nations if not all. Most under developed areas still not having Internet cannot use bitcoins without infrastructure of Internet and computers.

A certain point, many or more than half still not using nor understand what is really a bitcoin.How does it work?how to use it?how to earn it?Still their are lots convincing ,campaigns ,advertisements to be done in order for it to grow more so that almost everyone will be able to use it.That 5 years run would still be struggle if it really try to be used to everyone,still mostly are still using fiat as means of paying and everything that goes beyond money.Through this great innovation maybe when 2022 comes hopefully bitcoin still on its high mark then we can say that it will come that is used by everyone already.

It's literally right in the start of my post.
The 21 million limit of bitcoin wouldn't affect the adoption that much since we can always have small denominations like 1mBtc, 1uBtc, etc. The scarcity of bitcoin would create value to it. If there was no limit, bitcoin wouldn't be this valuable or it might not even be valuable.

Simply take a look at the water, in places that are surrounded by the sea, water isn't expensive. You can get it easily. But in places like Dubai, water is valuable and they just don't waste it. They preserve it and at the same time the recycle water.

In the case of the people that has access to the Internet and those who do not, you might want to read about the Digital divide. There are also proposals wherein they would launch hot air balloons (or some air stuffs) that would carry Internet/WiFi signals. That would allow remote places to have Internet connection but it also has its disadvantages like everyone being connected in the same network, etc.

We cannot really say that bitcoin can adopt by all nation, but, I can say that it will be widely used by each country who seen it as an opportunity in the economic growth because it will increase income tax and businesses can grow more since they can add bitcoin as one of their mode of payment, while an individual can earn more that what he is earning in employment.

I think that in 2022 it would be too soon to see Bitcoin reaching such a large number of people. However, I am really impressed with Bitcoin's progress in recent years. Bitcoin is a relatively new technology, and is already receiving investment from large companies and large investors. I am waiting to see what projects like MegaUpload 2.0, Bitcache, Lightning Network and other projects are able to bring to the ecosystem.

Bitcoin needs a stable value before it has mass appeal. Nobody wants a currency that they ant have a reasonable expectation what the value will be day to day. Bitcoin routinely fluctuates 5% in a single day, and 20% movements are not uncommon. This is anathema to a currency. The usd, which devalues very slowly over long periods of time, is far superior for transactions that a currency whose value is a giant question mark every day.

Nope, taxes will always be there if we want it to be in the mainstream. Without tax, it will be illegal. Besides, that's our share to our country's expenses. IT is the fact that less 10% of the world's population are going to use bitcoin by that time. We are too many in this world and it's really hard to believe that it can be used by almost everyone on that year. That's a problem in third world countries and depressed areas that there's no technology they are also included to the world's population.

Just like other gadgets we are using now, like cellphones, first release of cellphone is not yet been too popular, but after 10 - 5 years, cellphone became popular, like on bitcoins, first we are not familiarized with bitcoins, then after we have been using it, we promote them to other people. You are right, stability in price is highly essential especially when it comes to buying goods and services, but I think it has got to attend mass adoption first before we can have stability in price. When the coins are spread in the hands of many more bitcoiners, the strength in number would really start to play out and the coin would become more liquid.

For speculators however, those fluctuations in price turns out to be good news, because that is the tonic that creates the profit making opportunities.
