Meron naging viral dati na senior citizen pero bulk parin ang pangangatawan talagang disiplina lang sa isip at katawan ang kelangan . Teka ngayong tag ulan parang mas advantage nanaman kameng mga matataba kasi hindi kame madaling lamigin tama ba mga kapwa ko matataba? taas paa hahahaha

Hahahaha kakatuwa itong topic na ito and nakakaiyak at the same time. Actually to have a beach body, disiplina talaga ang kaylangan kase for sure kung hindi ka disiplinado kahit anong gawing exercise at paginom mo ng mga kung ano anong pampapayat, walang mangyayari. Like me now. Sad
I was 62 kilos way back in January kasi nga kakatapos lang ng Pasko at bagong taon tapos since malapit na magsummer need na magdiet to achieve that perfect body and here is what I did:

1. Do curl ups or sit ups, search ka na lang sa net kung anong magandang exercise ang gawin for your tummy kahit mga 50 repititions lang. Pwede na yun. Kung baga yun na ang magsisilbing pag iinat mo. ahhah

2.  Then pagkabangon na pagabangon mo, the first thing that you should do is drink 2 glasses of water, Dapat wala pang laman yung tiyan mo and better kung sasamahan mo ng lemon or calamansi for cleansing na din.

3.  Everytime before meal I drink  2 glasses of water na din para konti lang ang makain ko. Sobrang lakas ko kasi talaga magrice hahaha. So I guess kung ganun ka din, you should do the same. Mahirap kasi magburn ng calories so hinay hinay lang sa intake ng calories.

4. Never ever sleep ng busog or wag ka na nga naman kumain ng heavy meal after 6 kasi mahihirapan na ang katawan mo idigest yung food.

5. Avoid softdrinks.

and ang pinakaimportante sa lahat don't ever skip a meal, dahil babagal ang metabolism mo.


After 2 months of doing those regimens, I lost 13 kilos so 49 kilos na lang. hahaha . How I wish I can show a picture as a proof. But now since tapos na ang summer, kakatamad na ulit magwork put. Mas masarap pa din kumain. ahhaha Goodluck.

If you want to attain a beach body, you need to have enough discipline. Start by exercising at least every day if your body can tolerate it, I use the 7min workout, you can download it in Google play Appstore. Then, focus on your diet, make sure to lessen the rice, you can take it at least once a day and refrain from eating foods that are high in cholesterol.

Isa lang yan pre.Kumain ka lang ng masustansyang pagkain then sabayan ng daily excercise at vitamins at maging disiplinado sa kinakain

Ako nman sobra payat kaya konti lamig lang hay naku magkakasakit na agad. May advantage naman talaga ang bawat build ng isang tao hindi nman dahil hindi pang beach body ang katawan nya wala na syang karapatan mag suot nag kahit ano gustuhin to make him or he sexy and be out and proud. Ako mas natutuwa ako sa mga tao na they dont care what others would say kasi they are free and happy to go out and have fun they deserve it no need to hide. Sa kanta lang ni madonna express yourself.

On a running track- Run 1 lap, do 25 sit up, 25 push up, 25 squats, and repeat 4 times. You would effectively run a mile at the end, and done 100 of each exercise.

Well pansin ko nga na kailangan talaga ng work out ng isang tao kasi mas madalas na hindi na ako nakakapag exercise dahil na rin siguro sa kulang sa time gawa ng work ko sa call center lalo na pagkakain upo na lang agad kaya may bilbil kahit hindi naman mataba talaga. Mas nararamdaman ko kasi ngayon na parang mahina na ako hindi masyado nababanat ang mga buto kaya parang wala na gaanong lakas kumilos or gumawa ng mabigat na trabaho. Kailangan talaga ang exercise hindi lang para sa bosy figure but also for health.

The best thing you can do is to exercise, particularly run.

Running is the easiest and most effective weight of losing all those unwanted fats because your entire body is working.

And when your body is under that kind of intense workout it gets its 'energy' from the parts of your body which has the most fats.

Plus, it's less painful to do than most other forms of exercises.

Bar lang muna, then hanap na lang ako ng mga plato. Then home made bench and rack made of wood para mura, pero matibay.

Sa ngayon nagda diet ako.. ang hirap pala, madali mag advice pero pag ikaw na ang gagawa mahirap pala. nakaka tempt kumain lalo na pag masarap ulam. kelangan talaga disiplina at konting tiis. mas maigi na din magbawas kahit konti para iwas na din sa sakit.
True kahit ako hindi ko mn kailangan mag diet pero pag talaga pagdating sa food attempt talaga ako na kumain ng madami at kasi masarap talaga pag food lalo na yun part ng mga dessets favorite ko din yun kasi nakaka alis sya ng stress although mahirap ang umiwas sa sweets kasi diabetes nman ang katapat nya sana lang lagi akong ganito hanggan pagtanda ko para hindi ko na kailangan mag diet ng bongga. Mahirak kasi talaga mag kontrol sa sarili lalo na yun dati na fasting ako ang hirap para akong hihimatayin.

You don't need to starve yourself to death.

You can try food replacements that makes you feel full fast, but also helps get rid of fats.

An example of this is brown rice (instead of white) which is perfect especially if your viand has a tomato-based sauce like afritada.

You can eat as much as you want, but I bet you can still really do that because brown rice really makes your tummy full fast.

Try searching about apple cider vinegar drinks as well.
